Air conditioning was very noisy, same thing for breakfast every morning. Ice machine only on first floor. Limited parking due to construction equipment.

Elevator broken, was placed next to stairs where everyone was dragging luggage up the stairs all night, stained tub, coffee looked like colored water. No usb plug ins, dated, wrinkled and a bit moldy. Don’t stay.

When you first arrive there are many large potholes to avoid. Staff was beyond friendly. I'm the day I checked in 2 hours early which was awesome. I left for a bit and came back to it smelling like smoke in the lobby. We used the pool. I was under the impression it had a hot tub, and at one time it did. They used tile to cover it up and it was beyond uneven. The whole pool room wasn't not taken care of at all. Missing tiles on walls, over coated window trim with paint. The pool had something in the bottom of the pool. And walking barefoot in the pool area had what felt like crunchy pieces maybe from plaster or fallling trim. Our room originally the key fob didn't work, so we had to change room. The beds were beyond uncomfortable, next to the stairwell made for loud night. Whoever renovated this hotel did it half the way. Overall it was beyond disappointing for $108 a night.

This property is under renovation, there are nails and stacks of building materials in the parking lot. The sign on the pool states it is open till 11 but they act like they didn’t know it said that and have to go look for themselves and if you leave before 11 they lock the doors knowing you plan to come back. Breakfast was subpar and the area was not clean. It takes forever for someone to come to the counter when you check in or out. I will say the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the housekeeping staff was very friendly but the water pressure was horrible and the shampoo and conditioner were mismatched and half gone. I really expected more from a Wyndham property.

Recent change in name and exterior renovation not completed yet. Temp signs look they have been there for a while.

Liked this hotel previous stay. Changed names to AmericInn by Wyndham this time. Entrance dishevelled. Exterior of building is a mess but perhaps a reno and new finish is in process. Breakfast was not nearly as good as last time. No milk, no yogurt, no muffins, gross watery eggs and undercooked sausage. Rooms were fine. Clean and well appointed. Staff friendly. Parking convenient. Hoping the reno’s take place. Great location.

This property is being renovated. We were unaware of this renovation and would have changed our overnight stay.

The front desk girl was Very nice. The beds were clean and the pillows are nice. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel and i wish it had been finished at the time of our stay. The parking lot needs more lights.

The looks of the outside is misleading, it's really nice inside. The pool area need updated, painting would help. Outside needs new stucco , outdated stucco makes hotel look down grated.

We have been traveling for 3 weeks and this hotel by far was our worse experience. We booked an accessible room. It was on the 3rd floor and the only thing accessible about it were the handicap rails by the toilet and the bathtub. The toilet was not handicap height and bathroom sink could not be used if sitting in a wheelchair. A wheelchair could not maneuver in the room nor get over the door threshold without assistance. The bathroom floor was extremely filthy. There was newer carpet but the blackout curtains were dirty and ripped. The elevator had a sign on it that said, "For safety please limit to 2 people or 1 family." That definitely didn't make us feel safe to use it! Breakfast was not good quality. Scrambled eggs were dry, sausage was awful, very limited fruit selection. Only positive for breakfast was a waffle maker and juice. Our first morning, there was no milk for cereal. The hotel is clearly understaffed. It was difficult to find anyone if you needed anything. But the young man that ran the front was very kind and helpful, when you could find him. He was the only positive part of our stay. The outside is obviously undergoing renovations. The parking lot was well lit but location was not great. Definitely do not recommend this hotel nor will we ever stay there again.

Pictures DO NOT reflect the hotel. The outside is being renovated. The inside and halls are dark and dingy. Smells weird. Room was VERY hot when we opened the door. Luckily the AC worked great and the room eventually cooled off.

The place was kind of dirty and run down. Needs some serious TLC. Pictures made it look way nicer than it was. The check in process and staff were great though!

Pink mold on the bathtub caulk. Black mold in the ice machine tray. My glass straw went down through the grate, and my nails came out with black moldy gunk. Cigarette butts and weeds around the flower beds. Dirty windows in the foyer.

Not the cleanest but served it's purpose

Not the best experience we had hair in our bath and on our beds. Outside is filthy definitely seems they don't deep clean.

Inside is dirty. Carpets are stained. Bathroom floor had white tile with dirt ground into the texture. Staff were polite They are working on the outside so maybe the inside is next

I am at a lost of words for the property description. I arrived to the property as I am pulling up it looked like a tornado tried to remove the roof. It’s was supposedly being remodeled but the workers were in the back talking. I will never hear the end of it from my family. The room covers had stains and the curtains. The decor was old and half old half new. The window seal seemed like the dust collected there for years! The ceiling looked like someone removed half of the pop corn and tried to patch up the ceiling. The tub had a stain from where they had an old non slip mat print but no mat was in the tub. It was pee stains behind the toilet. I would not stay at this place or recommend it to anyone. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. Breakfast was okay. ✅ They don’t personally check you out you just drop your jey off at the desk and then leave.

Our bed felt like the memory foam was crumbling. Very rough night of sleep. The pool looked nice but we were to tired to use it. The breakfast didn’t look so good. But we took coffee and a box of cereal for the ride. The room was clean except for the mold in the shower. The room was very cramped. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast area was very clean. There was a lady there cleaning tables ss soon as people left. The waffles would be a better hot option. For the money, we were disappointed. We won’t stay again. There are a lot of other options in the area if we pass through again.

The restraints to keep items from falling off the shelves in the door of the refrigerator were absent. None were major problems, but enough to keep the rating at 4 overall rather than 5.

First room I was put in was very hot, The AC ran for over an hour without helping, I told the staff and they moved me, The second room was also hot but the AC was helping, The AC ran continuously until at least 3 am before the room was cool. Breakfast was lacking. I wanted a waffle but they had not put any batter out.

We enjoyed our stay although very brief (Just one night) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would suggest light blocking curtains for rooms facing the parking lot as the lights blinded our room (208) which made it difficult to fall asleep.

Clean. A/c worked really well. Beds were pretty decent comfort. You can definitely tell it's not brand new, some cosmetic updates would be good, but it really was a nice stay over all. It was very quiet. The front desk & lobby attendant always very kind & polite. We returned to our room a little before midnight on a Saturday & the parking lot seemed well lit.

Beds were great. AC didnt work. 97° out Very low water pressure in shower.

Plumbing issues (toilet constantly running and shower only worked when i had to pull up & homd on the faucet lever. Some outlets didnt work. Glad I brought my own sheets too

I had a great stay, just sucked that the wifi didn’t work and my airpods has somehow disappeared on property. Other than that, great place.

The front desk clerk, Robert, was polite, friendly, helpful, personable and kind. I didn’t arrive till after 11pm and he was cheerful and actually interested in helping me. He told me about the breakfast, best parking relative to the elevator and he was patient. I would come back to the hotel for the very polite staff.

The hotel was older and needed some updating, but was clean and comfortable. Bryan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

So when we go l got there we were greeted by one of the best frobt desk people i have encountered in a long time. I feel bad i can't remember her name but she was so nice. When we got up to our room we saw it wasn't ready so i thought maybe we were given the wrong room so i went Dien and checked it was the right room but they were running behind staff shortsges (totally get that) so i went back up said we could just put our stuff in the room. Go in and see it was only one bed... there were 5 of us. Im like did i really reserve a one bed room?! I didn't. So i went back to the front desk... she was so apologetic. Got our fixed to the right room in less than 5 minutes. Ot was a great experience even with the hiccups.

Room was clean. Small pillows which I never seen before. The staff was great and nice. I had came into town early and they let me check in 2 hours early so that was nice of them

This was a great budget friendly place to stay. They are working to transition from Fairfield by Marriott to the Wyndham corporation so there are changes being made to the exterior and the interior is a bit worn. It felt safe and the staff was very friendly making my stay pleasant

Staff is friendly and accommodating, we have stayed here twice for family trips and it will continue to be our first choice. Some shopping and restaurants are near by.

The picture does not look like the hotel. There were no signs, so it was hard to find, and they are in the process of remodeling the outside. The rooms had a smell, and the bed was hard. It was okay to stay one night and keep driving. You might want to invest in a sign so people can see where the hotel is!

Comfortable bed, great shower, very helpful staff, very pleasant people, great breakfast! The only problem was trying to find it in the dark, with construction, closing off the access road.

Had I reviewed the crime statistics for Topeka before booking my reservation I might have chosen a different city. The motel seemed safe, but my wife and I chose not to venture far from the property for fear of property damage or personal injury. The staff at the motel could not have been nicer or more helpful, so my review is not a reflection on them in any way. My impression is they find themselves working in a city that has not gotten on top of its crime problems yet. They're obviously not alone in that regard.

It was cheap feeling. I didn’t quite feel safe. It was nice that a police car sat at the entrance of the parking lot. Or it was disheartening???

Quiet, clean facility - would stay again on travels through town. Easy access to the freeway and lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside was breakfast on Sunday did not start until 7:00 after we already checked out. Staff was friendly and check in went smoothly.

Very good breakfast for a free one. Had scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuiys, gravy, several bread and bagel options, cereal, waffles, orange or appñe juice and of course Coffee and tea. Eating area was very clean and staff jept the breakfast buffet clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very quiet, and enjoyable stay. Check in was very friendly, the pool was nice (pool temp could've been a tad bit warmer), and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and very well stocked, friendly staff as well. We will stay again

The breakfast was terrible: the only hot food was a tiny bit of watery eggs; waffle maker but no batter; no fresh fruit; hot water for tea was tepid. Bathroom smelled like mildew when the fan was on. Trash all over the place outside

Hotel was having some exterior work done. The breakfast given was not like the picture on the website, and the dining room chairs are broken.

Our stay was okay. We were on a family trip and it worked perfectly. The breakfast was great and the room was good

This hotel was very clean inside and the beds were comfortable. They are working on the outside, so it was a little iffy first pulling up, but once inside everything was very clean and nice. Breakfast was not wonderful. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend.

Is it a hotel? Yes. Would I ever stay there again or recommend anyone else waste money there? Absolutely not. The outside of the hotel looks like it’s been under construction for years, the photos in this listing are NOT of the hotel. I thought we were driving up to the wrong hotel based on the photos listed here. Breakfast was stale bagels, watery eggs and really bad coffee. We checked out an entire day early due to the conditions of the room, not to mention that other guests were literally screaming and running in the hallways from 11pm-3am. We were not refunded even though we completed checked out and did not return. Won’t ever return, do not recommend.

Staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. very comfortable place to stay.
