ロビーも部屋も天井が高く、ゆったりとした造りのホテルで、とてもくつろげました。特に便利だったのは、フロアごとにある無料で使える給水器です。備え付けのガラスボトルで飲料水をくんできて、お茶やコーヒーを飲むことができました。また、ホテルの斜め前に屋台（レッドガーデン）があり、夕飯に利用できて便利でした。コンビニも近く、市場まで歩くこともできる便利な立地でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

Es un hotel muy correcto, algo anticuado, pero con preoucupación por el medio ambiente. Bien situado. El personal es muy atento y agradable. El desayuno es espectacular, tiene de todo, des de porridge a tortillas al gusto pasando por pasta, sushi, iogurt, pan,… La piscina y el gym correctos. Posiblemente repetiria.

The lobby was very welcoming with seasonal decorations when we arrived and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and there were a lot of breakfast options. The hotel has one or two restaurants and a small shop within its lobby area. The swimming pool was small but nice and not very busy. The room was a bit dated but overall good. We walked in the local area at night and felt safe.

Good breakfast options, we enjoyed the welcome drinks in the lobby! Convenience stores opposite the hotel, bus stop to the free CAT bus, great food options nearby and further down the street :)

The location was really good. Easy access to various transit options and restsurants. The lobby is a lovely, conformable cool environment in which to relax. The pool is great but could use some maintenance eg cleaning of the shower near the children's play area and floor around the childrens play area.

The place is terrible! The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are yellow, and dirty. The toilet and the rooms seems like its stuck in the 1990s, and the pillows definitely looked liked it was from that era. I arrived late at night. While I had a 3D2N reservation, i checked out the following day and booked another hotel instead. One of the worse experience I had. ugh.

Bathroom floor is very slippery when wet. Shower screen is unable to keep out water during a shower. Slip and fell on 2nd night. Luckily did not sustain any head injuries. Similarly for the jacuzzi pool. No proper grip bar to assist safe descend into the pool. Must look into these areas

Room was right beside elevator shaft. Can hear woofee sound, particularly evening time at bedtime. If not of this, I would give high score for my stay. I think people who stay for 3 nights deserves to know what room they are getting into.

Sadly the Room Had dirty towels in the bathroom, The reception very good the hotel look very nice, Sadly asking for a taxi I got told no without even checking after new years eve, I persisted to ask again and again ending up with myself and the Bellboy arguing, The overnight Receptionist ordered a taxi, Upon getting the taxi the driver said they have several cars 24 hour service with hotel and always available, I wont be staying again However the Night Receptionist I do thank for getting my taxi sorted.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Allow late check out by 2pm, which most hotel only till 12 or 1pm. I stayed few years ago before COVID, they still have my records and I need not fill in new forms. Check in was fast and smooth. I booked 4 rooms and all my family members were happy with the hotel. Reasonable price, very good location to walk about. Got lift which is great for senior, no need to climb stairs.

The staff are what made this hotel stand out from the 50 or so others stayed in last 4 years. Nothing was too much trouble, requests for extra hangers, printing boarding passes were handled with a smile and immediately. When I mentioned wifi in my room was irratic they offered to upgrade me to room with good wifi. I used phone hot spot perfectly well so declined kind offer. Next thing I know they turn up with a box of delicious cakes, again going that extra mile, well done.

Area around is a bit shabby at night. Staff were very helpful and get things sorted quickly. Room was spacious although dated. Do not recommend the buffet breakfast as there were too many group tourists and i saw a guest spitting. Overall a pleasant stay

Easy check-in. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good location with plenty of coffeeshops eateries, cafes, restaurant, many rated 4.2 and above in Google reviews. Walkable to places of interests in Georgetown. There is a free bus ops the hotel which can be good for city tour and ends at Jetty terminal.

Hotel was in a nice location right in the heart of Penang Road with easy access to food places @ Chulia St, Campbell St, Kimberley St. Staff were polite and friendly. Room was comfortable snd clean. Will probably be back next time I'm in Penang.

On the whole, the stay was good until one morning at breakfast I spotted a cockroach where food was served. I provided feedback to the management and was surprised at the speed at which the management responded. I received a gift from the management which was much appreciated.

It’s my favourite hotel to stay in whenever I’m in Penang. Friendly staff who pay good attention to your needs, clean rooms with good views and it’s located within walking distance of all the usual spots you love to visit. One area I feel they could improve is the breakfast. I remember the breakfast being decent in my previous stays but this time it was very disappointing.

Friendly reception and they even gave us a sea view room upgrade. Breakfast has good food choices and roti bread was made to order. Building is a bit outdated but overall still clean.
