Good stay. Is a big hotel so if you’re ok with that it’s fine. Pool disappointing. I think they use ‘artistic license’ on their web site as on there it looks big with lots of seating. It isn’t and has too few sun beds. And most importantly it doesn’t get sun all day and for several hours in the afternoon has nothing. You then you have to huddle in a tiny area once it reappears. Fine if you’re not after sun but we specifically chose this hotel as the pool area looked good.

We were disappointed because the pool was out of action esp as it was over 30 degrees. The grandchildren were in tears. Emre was lovely and organised chocs and offered us all a complimentary breakfast. We used the valet parking for the car. $65 and so easy. Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Would have been perfect except for the pool not being available.

Staff were great. Breakfast was something to look forward to. Shame that the pool was in the shade all day. The steam room was not functioning. The location of the hotel was very convenient.

Nice hotel, close enough to the city and river area. Good value for the area, room good size and comfortable, good wifi. Only disappointment was the size of the swimming pool which was far smaller than the photo suggested!

Waited 30mins at check in behind bus tour group who kept cutting back in front of line to change rooms…put us on the same floor as said group and in an adjoining room next to very loud neighbours. The pool area looks better in the photos is very tired and in desperate need of an update. Didn’t eat at the hotel but the bar had good happy hour specials.

Hotel was lovely clean and new. Room was lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Pool area needs some music as no atmosphere and the pool was freezing as the sun does not heat the water up. No complimentary water in the room however can fill water bottles in reception area.

Rooms were very nice -- decent size, comfortable and very clean. Modern also. Staff were friendly at the reception and throughout the hotel. Gym was great for a hotel gym! Very safe and quiet around the hotel - and not to far to walk to shops and restaurants. Lounge on site closes very early for a hotel. Otherwise very pleased with my stay.

Gute Lage. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Täglich zwei Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer und das Auffüllen der Dusch-Seifen etc. ist vorbildlich. Bad ist renovationsbedürftig und die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig!

Had a wonderful stay here, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast buffet. There was also free street parking available in the area from 6pm to 8am which was nice, will definitely be back.

We made a late checkin (at about 1 am) and slept a few hours before leaving the hotel for a day trip. When we came back at night (at about 9 pm), the room ahas not been cleaned.

Due to needing to stay for business work purposes Major Motors. The room was not that clean, very disappointing especially on hearing so much about it. Not sure if it was cleaned fast by staff but rubbing was left behind the fridge cabinet & also the sofa curtains. The shower area was a bit yuck from the floor having hairs on it so we had to wear out thongs on our feet when having a shower. The aircon on 18 wasn’t even keeping the room cool at all so we barely got any sleep tossed turned all night with heat. The bed had small tiny black things we actually thought it was fleas or bed bugs so that grossed us out.

We could hear people talking in the next room when in our bedroom and also when showering. Fridge wasnt very cold, tv was on a slant, we were watching a movie and kept getting kicked out and had to start from beginning. The room setup isnt user friendly, lounge in an awkward position. The only really good thing was housekeeping do a great job during your stay.

It was amazing. Service was excellent! They upgraded us to a suite! But the suite has not been renovated yet, so it looks a little dated. But still comfortable and it's huuggee!! So no complaints! Perhaps pan Pacific can adopt some eco friendliness measures such as refillable bottles instead of giving out single use plastic bottles.

There was no soundproofing. I could hear everything going on outside the room & hear the entire conversation clearly of the adjoining room. When I expressed these concerns, I did not feel they were taken seriously. We had no sleep due to the constant noise.

My stay was very good. They are still doing their upgrades but knew of this before booking. Was busy at check in but was offered a drink while waiting. We did have an issue with our room but that was looked at straight away and when it could not be fixed was moved to a new room. Service was great.

Would probably not stay there again. Booked Premier King Room with River View Waited nearly 2 hours to get into room Only 1 guy on counter with huge que checking in. Concierge not interested in our plight to get into room. Only got into room after after we complained. Got put in Level 18 room, view of adjacent buildings (but a glimpse of river), no mini bar stock, other than on opened off milk. When they delivered some minibar stock they told us these rooms are normally only used for Qantas staff and are not stocked up. So did feel we were just put in this room to get us out of the way. From our experience I would rate it more a 3 star offering and would not pay $560 for this room again. Maybe $200? On the positive side, UMA restaurant was excellent and breakfast was also good.

Bit sad really . Once a premium business hotel now a low rent tourist , fifo short stay transit hotel . Service is hopeless, breakfast pitiful and virtually no staff speak English and are clueless. Clearly on low wages . Have stayed there hundreds of times over the years but no more .

We had several rooms booked my a friends 50th birthday function, when her room was not ready on arrival? Then another room was also not ready on arrival and took over 3 hours before they could get into room, making getting ready for function stressful! It out a complete damper on all of us!

Extremely helpful service plus the receptionist did everything to help our stay be smooth. We arrived early and she gave us an earlier checkin and gave an hour later check out complimentary. Also gave 2x drinks vouchers to use in the bar.

Staff so helpful .Louise, David,Andre,and Stuart went above and beyond to help us. Even the staff cleaning the rooms were wonderful. Staff always very professional and happy. Breakfasts were the best I’ve eaten. Fantastic selection. Thankyou. Felicity and Suzanne.

Check in was slow and felt disorganised. Baggage handler great. Room - bed ok, lack of bedside storage. Bathroom floor very slippery, no grab rails in shower. Disappointed with seating in room more designed for business traveller. Lounge - very disappointed and worst lounge we have used on our travels. No access to cold drinks during day, no staff during day, no atmosphere at all. Not enough comfortable seating all geared up for dining space. Limited food offerings in the lounge and nothing during the day except cookies. Breakfast - overall good but hot food wasn’t hot and egg chef not present enough. Poor instructions about mini bar in room and would expect daily restocking of complimentary items especially given the lack of water and other soft drinks in the lounge. Check out was smooth and efficient. Staff were generally friendly but we did have to ask many questions given the lack of information provided during check in and available in room. Pool - could be improved by some music to mask road noise and availability of drinks and snacks nearby. Conclusion - first time using Pan Pacific and didn’t feel that Perth was a good advert for the brand.

Pool - could be improved by some music to mask road noise and availability of drinks and snacks nearby. Conclusion - first time using Pan Pacific and didn’t feel that Perth was a good advert for the brand.

This was my second stay at the hotel & yet again it didn't disappoint. The hotel is well maintained, the beds are comfy & the rooms a good size. Many options for dining around here & only a short walk into the Perth Mall if you want to.

Great location, hotel still under going some refurbishment, but you hardly notice. Staff really friendly. Bar in hotel very good , as is Grosvenor Hotel (one block up hill street )and Fenians ( opposite) both good for evening drinks and food.

Fantastic stay at this hotel - our third time and certainly the best. Hotel has undergone upgrades so really looked fantastic and felt brand new. Lovely helpful staff on reception - very chatty, helpful and genuine (Dutch lady I believe - sorry don't remember name but top customer service). Extended my check out time due to cancelled Jetstar flights too without even asking. Lovely bar and lounge area and nice easy stroll into the CBD or Swan River.

Hotel is under significant renovation still - 2023 dates are indicated but there is still a lot of work in progress. Self parking is a joke, car park is being used as storage for the renovation work. Paid for breakfast as part of our deal, hot food was stone cold. Room was comfortable and clean. Did make a complaint about the parking and breakfast when checking out. Was told breakfast could not be refunded as was part of a package so I asked if they would cover cost of car park ($40 for 1 day), I was offered a discount down to $24 or drinks vouchers. Very disappointing stay - we have been here before but will not be returning

Enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific. Spacious Room, nice bathroom. Mini bar adequately stocked good room service. Choice of restaurants. Meal at UMA restaurant was outstanding. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Valet parking. Really there was nothing not to like. Would defy recommend.

I cannot fault this hotel. We had recently stayed at the westin in perth and done a club room there. But the pan pacific club lounge was by far alot better. The wine selection was amazing and local. The food was delicious and the staff were so attentive. The suite we stayed in was very cozy and large. Overall i would love to stay here again. My new favourite hotel in perth!.

Breakfast was used to have fried rice, porridge and more options. But at that time the options were limited :( I came back for food. A lil bit disappointed. The shampoo in the bathroom “mango thai lime” made my hair fuzzy. Pls change to your previous shampoo I forgot the name of it but it has luxury brand name on it.

Mixed experience: Great anniversary touch but let down by noise and service gaps We stayed at the Pan Pacific Perth for our 20th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, the reception staff gave us a lovely complimentary room upgrade, which we deeply appreciated and made for a great start to our trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. However, our stay was disrupted by a few notable issues. On Thursday morning, we were woken up by loud, heavy banging from the floor above that lasted for about half an hour, sounding like furniture being moved. We attempted to report this to reception immediately by phone, but the call went unanswered after multiple tries, so we eventually gave up. Additionally, we experienced a minor maintenance issue with the in-room technology. The TV remote control had no functioning volume control. Every time we turned the television on, it would default to zero sound, which became quite frustrating. Overall, the property is clean and the check-in service was highly attentive, but the missed phone calls during a noise disruption and the faulty remote control pulled our experience down to an average stay. It is a good property, but management needs to ensure room electronics are fully checked and that front-desk communication remains responsive to guests in their rooms.
