We were a bit early checking but it was no problem. Parking is underground and free. Washer/dryers are shared between 2 apartments and are also free. Within walking distance of the main shopping and dining area as well as 4-mile beach and the pier.

Enjoyed our stay immensely, quiet and close to the Main Street. The pool was beautiful, perhaps needs an extra handrail for the poolside rooms.

Loved the close proximity to the main drag. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy, pool well kept, we used it daily! As an older lady with arthritic knees and feet, struggled to get out of the pool with the narrow steps on the ladder, and couldn't use the Spa as couldn't get out without difficulty.

This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday.

The Young receptionist on arrival was extremely helpful and lovely. The floor was dirty, with Minimal cutlery and crockery. My wife and i stayed at the Meridian Port Douglas in November this year. Our room was awesome. Our room had pool access from the bedroom. Very clean bathroom and a nice big bed. Staff were very friendly, and even let us use the facilities there on our checkout, while we waited for our coach back to Cairns. We will definitely book with them again next year. Also, adults only was a plus! Cheers!

Access to room was a minefield. Room was very ordinary with nowhere for soap etc in shower. Staff couldn’t care less until I expressed our feelings very forcefully. Definitely not a 4.5 luxury hotel

Great location just a 2 minute walk to the main shopping/bars/restaurants yet still very quiet at night. The one bedroom on the first floor (11A) was fantastic with a large balcony. Great pool area and the property is immaculately kept. The addition on laundry facilities and underground parking were a great additional touch - certainly would recommend

This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Everything was excellent A . Locality was great and close to the beach and shopping and dining options. Very quiet (no kids); which suited our needs for this trip. Would recommend.

Good central location, adults only a plus for those not keen on kids shouting around the pool. Comfortable king bed (2king singles joined together). Nice pool and never overcrowded.

Nice room with large balcony table and chairs, lovely pool, walkable to everywhere. Great a/c, kitchenette with stove and full-size fridge. Underground private parking for no extra fee. Required we take out trash ourselves or be surcharged for not doing so.

Stayed 4 nights in a one-bedroom pool view apartment on the second floor. Spacious, clean, well-appointed apartment with a large private balcony. Everything we needed for a comfortable, quiet stay and self-catered for most meals. Loads of restaurants and groceries within easy walking. Beach is a 5 min walk from property. Fantastic pool area and gardens. Some of the décor/furniture is getting dated but is kept in good condition. Unfortunately, the window blind in the bedroom of our apartment was not a blackout, may not be a problem for other rooms.

The motel was perfectly positioned for access to amenities, restaurants and sights while being away from the street noise. We thankfully upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was beautiful. My sister stayed in a poolside room and couldn’t open her doors or windows due to people looking in from the pool. I would stay again in the room we had. Very nice and lovely staff.

Great pool, comfy beds, perfect location. Next time we will get the larger room. We were in a Studio apartment a nd wished we had a bigger balcony.

Nice property but AC needs maintenance. The AC in our suite dripped and was causing water damage to the wall. Pool is nice.
