Probably the best hotel we have stayed in for a family pool/ beach holiday. We booked a family room and were upgraded to 2 x connecting rooms - this was ideal for our situation and we were pleased with this. All inclusive set-up was first class and easily accessible and always available. Very clean, well run hotel and definitely worth what we paid. Reception staff/ cleaners/ room services were very professional, helpful and friendly at all times. Bar staff/ waiters generally were very good. One exception with a member of the bar staff, which was a shame. Overall though would highly recommend the hotel.

Positives: Loads of food selection, more options than anyone could want or need Entertainment team were great - our 3 year old loved the mini disco. Evening stuff was good Location is handy for Rhodes Old Town and the beach We went in April so it was good value for money Negatives Drinks were very watered down. Wine/Beer/Cocktails barely alcoholic Cleaners tried to come into the room every day at 8.30 despite having the sign on the door and saying no thank you every day Pool was freezing cold to the point it was unusable Mattress was so uncomfortable

Staff are helpful and polite when you ask for anything. Extremely busy here, queue for over 10 minutes to enter the restaurant. Close to beach and shops. Pool is rammed. Rhodes old town is well worth the visit and the old town behind the walls. Very, very noisy. If you want/ need 6 hours sleep or more then this really isn't the place for you, it's impossible to stay asleep it's the hotel that never sleeps. Don't usually get to sleep before 2am due to people coming back from the bar and continuing the party in their rooms re-arranging all the furniture then it starts at 7am again. That was our biggest issue, lack of sleep. No air con is difficult and sleep with doors open, I know it seems pretty standard for hotels not to have air con in April, it was very difficult with the noise outside to sleep also.
