Lovely hotel perfectly situated between the airport and old Rhodes town. Easy cab ride to the town. There is plenty of pool space and there were plenty of very comfortable sun beds. Service around the pool is excellent for drinks and snacks. The dining area was large and very comfortable for breakfast. Our room was large with a huge bed, bigger than a super king. The hotel staff were very friendly. There was entertainment most nights. We had a lovely stay.

For a large hotel the feel was very welcoming. The staff were helpful and hard working. The pool was amazing and food options were plentiful. My only complaint would be the shower over a spa bath. Climbing into a bath is annoying enough but a spa bath is much higher and just annoying.

The hotel has great facilities, indoor pool ,gym, spa and various dining options. Staff are friendly helpful and well trained. The room was comfortable and spacious with everything you expect in a five star hotel mini bar safe etc. There are half a dozen restaurants and a few shops in easy walking distance of the hotel and Rhodes town is a short taxi ride away. My only slight issue with the hotel is that it is huge and the main dining room is rather soulless and canteen like. However that is a design flaw and does not take anything away from the management of the property which is excellent.

A very nice hotel. Great pool. Lovely room. Good breakfasts. Staff all seemed happy & were friendly & helpful. Both pool bars have excellent teams. Aquafit/Aquayoga led by two young Ents staff twice a day was great. Cooking lessons on a Friday super. Because the hotel is so nice, once you get outside the grounds the area feels a bit underwhelming, but there are decent places to buy water, booze etc & restaurants & bars 3 minutes away (Greek, sushi/Korean and more) & lots more down towards Ixia (mainly Greek, but a good pizza place too). Best were Olympias on the parade and Le Gourmet on a side street in the Ixia area. Bus stop to Rhodes is very convenient (bus takes 10 minutes, but can get v busy). The walk into Rhodes is easy & safe, and particularly nice early morning or early evening; takes about 40-45 minutes. Taxis available over the road (there is an underpass) & would be cheaper than bus if there’s more than 2 of you. Rhodes Town is a must visit. Excursion place on the parade outside the back of hotel (Manosgoing) sold us a couple of very enjoyable and very well organised trips. For a sunset drink on the beach try Anna’s Place, just behind the taxi rank

Im Pool fehlen Mosaiksteinchen, Geländer sind blind, Flure des Hotels sind lang, kalt und erinnern gerade in den unteren Etagen eher an Krankenhausflure. Gläser am Pool aus Plastik und auch ziemlich abgenutzt. Kein Zugang zum Strand. Also das Hotel ist völlig ok, aber eben aus unserer Sicht kein Luxury Resort mit 5 Sternen. Früchstück ist sehr reichhaltig.

Excellent resort with upscale touches in the otherwise quite middle-of-the-road island of Rhodes. We stayed at the resort with my family ranging from 6 to 65 in age and everyone was very pleased. There was nothing uniquely exceptional about this resort, but everything was meticulously maintained and up to expectations. My mom and dad enjoyed their beautiful sunset view from the balcony and my daughter loved her "secret pool" on our balcony. And she loved the kids club, of course. Even though compared to many other luxury resorts, it was quite a modest closet next to the pools. But it did the job—and the staff was lovely. The breakfast spread was also excellent and the staff everywhere at the hotel super helpful. We also really loved the location: easy access to Rhodes town but also convenient to explore other parts of the north coast. And the airport was also just right there. We would absolutely stay here again.

Super hotel, lovely pool, towels provided for sun-beds, bottled water provided in room each day. Excellent choice of food at breakfast and always a warm welcome from staff. Easy to use App to order food and drinks to your sun-bed, or mini-market where you can buy drinks, snacks and ice creams and charge to your room. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby to walk to. Beach across the road from the hotel very stony and sea was quite rough, umbrellas and sun-beds available for hire. Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town, lots of lovely shops we had fantastic meals in il Borgo and mama Sofia, definitely worth booking in advance as large queues outside. Only downside, not really enough sun-beds in July if you get down to pool after 11am, although staff are very helpful at finding spare beds and moving them for you.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Platinum Resort in Rhodes. The customer service was excellent – the staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was spotless, with everything kept very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the food was of very good quality with plenty of variety to enjoy. On top of that, the views were absolutely amazing, making the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return in the future. Please keep up the same high standards – it truly makes a difference!

I have stayed here a few times and really enjoy it on every occasion. I love the view and the walk along Ixia Bay into Rhodes is one of my favorite parts of my stay. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are always immaculate. I will happily stay there the next time I'm in Rhodes if they have a vacancy.

Sehr Gutes Hotel KLeines Manko: fast alle Zimmer-Türen klemmten Sehr positiv waren die Handtücher für die verschiedenen Pools Air Condition war in allen Bereichen perfekt Gesamtes Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen, vor allem das Service uns auch das Essen waren hervorragend.

Excellent hotel. Amazing staff made the stay memorable. They really are brilliant. Room was lovely and sparkling clean, serviced daily with housekeeping visiting morning and afternoon checking on towels, water, mini bar etc. The wifi was great, even for work -teams calls etc. never used the pool but it was beautifully clean and well subscribed. 15 mins from old town made it a perfect location with spectacular views.

This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me.

This place stands out because of its amazing staff. From bellboy George to bartenders Tereza and Sophia, every interaction was warm and welcoming. The waitstaff, including Vasilas, Petra, and Alexandra, the redhead lady from a la carte restaurants, made our meals special. We hope management recognises their hard work! On the downside, while having a private pool was fantastic, ordering food and drinks to the private pools, too, would be a welcome addition. Additionally, more hooks for towels in the bathroom would be helpful, and the rooms could use better soundproofing, as noise from neighbouring families can be disruptive.

Das Hotel ist fantastisch. Die Zimmer haben einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Besonders schön: abends bei Sonnenuntergang wenn die Sonne hinter den türkischen Bergen verschwindet. Die Pools sind riesig. Genügend Schirme und Liegen vorhanden, sodass es nie Probleme mit dem Platz gab. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und die Auswahl an Essen hervorragend.

Excellent hotel in great location. 5 Star service given by ALL staff - from front of house to waiters, bar staff, cleaners and the unsung hero - the Pool Man. My Delux King room with Balcony faced the pool and sea and was excellent.

For a large hotel the feel was very welcoming. The staff were helpful and hard working. The pool was amazing and food options were plentiful. My only complaint would be the shower over a spa bath. Climbing into a bath is annoying enough but a spa bath is much higher and just annoying.

We had a nice stay at the Platinum Resort. The staff were great. We had a large room and I enjoyed the breakfasts. The pool was clean and refreshing and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is very close to the hotel, but we found that swimming there wasn't pleasant due to the beach rocks and litter nearby. We walked to Rhodes 3 times, which is a bit of a journey - taxis are easy to arrange through the hotel, but agree the price beforehand..

Esse hotel não é pé na areia. Ele fica em frente à praia mas tem que atravessar a rua para chegar na praia. O café da manhã é muito bom. Serviço dos funcionários é excelente. Os quartos precisam de serem atualizados na decoração urgente. Nesse sentido parece ser 4 estrelas e não 5*.

Room was lovely and sparkling clean, serviced daily with housekeeping visiting morning and afternoon checking on towels, water, mini bar etc. The wifi was great, even for work -teams calls etc. never used the pool but it was beautifully clean and well subscribed. 15 mins from old town made it a perfect location with spectacular views.

This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me.

checked in was late at 11pm due to delayed flight. Thanks to Mike for warm welcome and helped with our luggage bags to the room. offered with a champagne for myself and orange juice for my wife. amazing welcome !!! Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. They offered a lunch coupon for a missed dinner as we were on half board. Smooth check in and check out. Every evening with new dinner menu with Italian, Asian and many others. Great foods and drinks. Room were cleaned and maintained everyday. Drinks in the freezer were filled on usual basis including tea and coffee stuffs. Pools were clean, quiet and a bar in the centre. Hotel has got multiple restaurants with so many varieties of menu and local foods. Beach is very near with 2 supermarkets nearby for purchasing groceries which accepts card all the time. Encountered safe even at midnight while roaming around Aircon works efficiently in the room during hot days. towels were offered free of cost for the pools. Only thing I got confused was with the billing of drinks getting filled everyday. We just had 3 drinks but were billed 100+Euros. They should have left the receipts/bills on the table after filling the drinks as mentioned on the policy. Spoken in the reception during check out but they were unable to explain in English. They still got to improve this for fair pricing and avoid hidden charges. Except this, staying was great. Recommended to everyone who are new and looking forward for travelling in the future. Superb

A delightful experience! The 300 room hotel is well situated, a few minutes drive to the old and new parts of Rhodes town and to all the restaurants and shopping. It’s also an easy drive to the best beaches located on the south side of the island as well as to the cute beach village of Lindos and to the airport. Facilities are top notch and the staff even better! The breakfast buffet offers all options and the omelet chef made the best! Specially highlight at Mary at Reception and Litsa or Housekeeping for their personal attention. Over and above! We will return!

We loved the hotel! the staff made you feel welcome everywhere you went. We certainly will come back. We rented a car in the hotel lobby, which is a great service. This gave us the opportunity to drive around and see a lot of the wonderful island of Rhodes.

A very nice hotel. Great pool. Lovely room. Good breakfasts. Staff all seemed happy & were friendly & helpful. Both pool bars have excellent teams. Aquafit/Aquayoga led by two young Ents staff twice a day was great. Cooking lessons on a Friday super. Because the hotel is so nice, once you get outside the grounds the area feels a bit underwhelming, but there are decent places to buy water, booze etc & restaurants & bars 3 minutes away (Greek, sushi/Korean and more) & lots more down towards Ixia (mainly Greek, but a good pizza place too). Best were Olympias on the parade and Le Gourmet on a side street in the Ixia area. Bus stop to Rhodes is very convenient (bus takes 10 minutes, but can get v busy). The walk into Rhodes is easy & safe, and particularly nice early morning or early evening; takes about 40-45 minutes. Taxis available over the road (there is an underpass) & would be cheaper than bus if there’s more than 2 of you. Rhodes Town is a must visit. Excursion place on the parade outside the back of hotel (Manosgoing) sold us a couple of very enjoyable and very well organised trips. For a sunset drink on the beach try Anna’s Place, just behind the taxi rank

Excellent friendly staff, great location if you’re looking for some quiet down time but easy walk into centre of Rhodes. Only a few minor things that didn’t quite meet 5 star- no water fountain in the spa/sauna area. Rooms were good but lack of signage to elevators/stairs. First day was a mystery tour trying to find way from room to exit!

Excellent resort with upscale touches in the otherwise quite middle-of-the-road island of Rhodes. We stayed at the resort with my family ranging from 6 to 65 in age and everyone was very pleased. There was nothing uniquely exceptional about this resort, but everything was meticulously maintained and up to expectations. My mom and dad enjoyed their beautiful sunset view from the balcony and my daughter loved her "secret pool" on our balcony. And she loved the kids club, of course. Even though compared to many other luxury resorts, it was quite a modest closet next to the pools. But it did the job—and the staff was lovely. The breakfast spread was also excellent and the staff everywhere at the hotel super helpful. We also really loved the location: easy access to Rhodes town but also convenient to explore other parts of the north coast. And the airport was also just right there. We would absolutely stay here again.

Super hotel, lovely pool, towels provided for sun-beds, bottled water provided in room each day. Excellent choice of food at breakfast and always a warm welcome from staff. Easy to use App to order food and drinks to your sun-bed, or mini-market where you can buy drinks, snacks and ice creams and charge to your room. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby to walk to. Beach across the road from the hotel very stony and sea was quite rough, umbrellas and sun-beds available for hire. Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town, lots of lovely shops we had fantastic meals in il Borgo and mama Sofia, definitely worth booking in advance as large queues outside. Only downside, not really enough sun-beds in July if you get down to pool after 11am, although staff are very helpful at finding spare beds and moving them for you.

Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town, lots of lovely shops we had fantastic meals in il Borgo and mama Sofia, definitely worth booking in advance as large queues outside. Only downside, not really enough sun-beds in July if you get down to pool after 11am, although staff are very helpful at finding spare beds and moving them for you.

checked in was late at 11pm due to delayed flight. Thanks to Mike for warm welcome and helped with our luggage bags to the room. offered with a champagne for myself and orange juice for my wife. amazing welcome !!! Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. They offered a lunch coupon for a missed dinner as we were on half board. Smooth check in and check out. Every evening with new dinner menu with Italian, Asian and many others. Great foods and drinks. Room were cleaned and maintained everyday. Drinks in the freezer were filled on usual basis including tea and coffee stuffs. Pools were clean, quiet and a bar in the centre. Hotel has got multiple restaurants with so many varieties of menu and local foods. Beach is very near with 2 supermarkets nearby for purchasing groceries which accepts card all the time. Encountered safe even at midnight while roaming around Aircon works efficiently in the room during hot days. towels were offered free of cost for the pools. Only thing I got confused was with the billing of drinks getting filled everyday. We just had 3 drinks but were billed 100+Euros. They should have left the receipts/bills on the table after filling the drinks as mentioned on the policy. Spoken in the reception during check out but they were unable to explain in English. They still got to improve this for fair pricing and avoid hidden charges. Except this, staying was great. Recommended to everyone who are new and looking forward for travelling in the future. Superb

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Platinum Resort in Rhodes. The customer service was excellent – the staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was spotless, with everything kept very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the food was of very good quality with plenty of variety to enjoy. On top of that, the views were absolutely amazing, making the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return in the future. Please keep up the same high standards – it truly makes a difference!

The hotel has great facilities, indoor pool ,gym, spa and various dining options. Staff are friendly helpful and well trained. The room was comfortable and spacious with everything you expect in a five star hotel mini bar safe etc. There are half a dozen restaurants and a few shops in easy walking distance of the hotel and Rhodes town is a short taxi ride away. My only slight issue with the hotel is that it is huge and the main dining room is rather soulless and canteen like. However that is a design flaw and does not take anything away from the management of the property which is excellent.

Overall very nice hotel. Five star in service and amenities but four star in quality/style of the facility itself with property overall needing refresh in some places. Great breakfast buffet and excellent pool.

This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me.

The staff training must be very professional because all of the staff without exception from the front desk staff to the housemaids to the pool staff were extremely polite, smiling, helpful and immaculate Everyone possessed a smile and a cheery helpful manner Weakness is that there is no “bar” other than a large communal rectangle area near reception which serves as a bar - no atmosphere and not relaxing The service makes up for this weakness but if you want a drink in the evening you have to leave the hotel which is a shame

Excellent hotel in great location. 5 Star service given by ALL staff - from front of house to waiters, bar staff, cleaners and the unsung hero - the Pool Man. My Delux King room with Balcony faced the pool and sea and was excellent.

Excellent friendly staff, great location if you’re looking for some quiet down time but easy walk into centre of Rhodes. Only a few minor things that didn’t quite meet 5 star- no water fountain in the spa/sauna area. Rooms were good but lack of signage to elevators/stairs. First day was a mystery tour trying to find way from room to exit!
