Convenient and had dining and cocktails on site. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean but the poolside bar was not open which was disappointing but overall stay was okay.

Love the idea of dressing up an old motel and giving it a unique vibe. Such a cool aesthetic here! What i didn't enjoy was the staff's general lack of knowledge. The pool and hot tub were FILLED with bugs. It's clear that no one skims. Also the Pool bar was advertised as opening at 12 and didn't open until 4. The room was great so that helped!

Room was reasonably clean bed was very comfortable , no work desk , could not find ice machine , elevator to third floor was broken , free coupon for a drink but I don’t drink . No breakfast included , extremely limited parking if your not back before 7pm

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Decor has a great vibe in both lobby and guest room. Pool is way beyond your normal hotel pool; with giant chair loungers to gazebos, to pool side food and drinks. There is also a large hot tub. Only cons were coffee was not available in the lobby and street noise was rather loud. Breakfast was good, but miss having the option to grab a quick bite; like yogurt, muffins, or fruit. After all is said and done, We Will definitely be back!

The man at the front desk was nice. Not overly friendly, but nice. The room looked ok at first but when we came back after eating dinner to go to bed, we discovered the shower was dirty and the sheets had clearly not been changed. There were crumbs and BLOOD on our sheets. When I called the front desk the lady answered and there was no- I’m sorry or anything. It was- you can change rooms or come get some new sheets. We were literally in our pajamas at this point so I asked if they could bring some clean sheets to us so we could get in bed as we were tired. She said well yeah we can but it could be 10 mins or it could be 30… you never know what could happen. REALLY. No Sign of giving a crap about the fact that there was literally BLOOD on our sheets. So my Husband put his clothes back on and went downstairs to get them and while he was gone another man came to bring more. Laughingly he said here ya go. Again… not one apology for the inconvenience. Probably won’t be staying again. And would not recommend due to the HORRIBLE customer service we received.

Check-in was a breeze, staff was attentive and friendly, we never had any issues parking, the room was large, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom sink had a few hairs on it and the bathroom floors had a couple dirty spots, but everything else appeared clean.

We were in town for Jeep Invasion. First time staying at this hotel. The staff is as amazing. Restaurant was phenomenal.our only drawback was housekeeping. Our room was skipped 2 days in a row. Not such a huge deal with the exception of towels. Would have been nice to not have to go to the office every evening.

Room was amazing at first glance which overall the room and property was good. The housekeeping however apparently was lacking. Went to go to bed around midnight and pull back the sheets to find dirty unwashed blood stained sheets. The hostess staff were great in ensuring we had clean linens. Just wasn't what we wanted to deal with when we were ready for bed :(

Poor service. Room was never serviced the entire 4 night stay, even though it was specifically requested on more than one occasion. Had to take dirty towels to guest services to get replacements & hunt down a staff member to get more toilet paper. Also, rooms do not have microwaves. Not the hotel's fault, just took for granted one would be available. Limited storage as well.

I loved the location! It was so easy to walk to many of the places I wanted to try. I even had the chance to walk to Publix (7 mins) when I needed something. The room was cleaned just enough to sleep comfortably in. The shower was pretty dirty with hair and stains from previous guests. I did have to clean the shower before using it. It was also poorly swept and mopped throughout the room. Breakfast was super good. I would refrain from sitting outside, because we were forgotten about one day of our stay and decided to leave. It did give us the opportunity to try a local breakfast spot though! The waiter we had on our first day was fantastic. Pool was great! Service was great (excusing the one day at breakfast)!

It’s very nice place to stay, pretty affordable. Within walking distance of multiple activities. Only thing that was a downside is that the floors and shower could have used extra attention while cleaning. The room itself was very clean.

Did use the hot tub. Room was clean. House keeping never once came in our room. Stayed 4 nights. No fresh towels, no one cleaned the the room. No replacement of kleenex, toilet paper. Was done by 2:30, so the next day we stayed gone til 4pm. Still no housekeeping

Great location. Room was clean and gorgeously decorated. Staff was welcoming and provided service with a smile. Breakfast was included with our stay. Highly recommend the breakfast yogurt parfait. The French toast was amazing too! Definitely would stay here again!

Super pretty hotel, loved the room we were in and very convenient next to everything we needed in walking distance. Our only issues were 1) no Wi-Fi when we checked in until later the following day. 2) the water dispenser on our floor was not working 3) Every other night we were awoken at 3/4am by the LOUDEST and CRAZIEST noise, figured out it’s the garbage truck emptying 3 huge metal garbage bins about 10 feet in front of the rooms on the right side of building. It sounded like bombs going off HOWEVER if they could fix those things I’d definitely stay here again for its convenience.

I don't like being located under the stairwell, first room was like being in a cave. They were very nice about moving us but still only 3 room over so still not out where you could see anything, room was just dark. They room was retro but the fridge was a joke, could hadrly get a bottle of pop in it. I dont know if other rooms were more spacious but the bathroom was just cramped.

The employees were extremely nice even thoes who could not speak nor understand english. 1. It did not have a closet 2. It did not have a dresser 3. It did not have but one place to set you suit case 4. The end tables had USB ports yet the end tables were about 10" ×.10" 5. No microwave On the plus side it is in the middle of the "Strip"

High-end nicely renovated motel. Facilities including lobby, bar, gym, rooms, parking, etc. all fully renovated and in really good shape. The hotel condition in general is great and the location is perfect; very walkable and many attactions close by. The only minor issue was the noise. Noise from the main corridor leaks through the gaps in the main door frame and the thin corridor wall. My wife had nice earplugs that worked like a charm and took care of the "problem", without those getting to sleep was going to be a challenge.

NO MICROWAVE, Tiny mini fridge with no tiny freezer-not deep enough to set anything in. So when you get a presidential suite you still can’t really do any meals or snacks in your room. Can’t heat up any leftover take out and fridge not big enough to put any leftovers in. We bought a pie and had to stand it on its end No garbage can big enough for more than a drink bottle or two. Our room had an adjoining room availability- but we could hear every move they made! Kept us up until early am. Other wise PERFECT!!!

Can’t heat up any leftover take out and fridge not big enough to put any leftovers in. We bought a pie and had to stand it on its end No garbage can big enough for more than a drink bottle or two. Our room had an adjoining room availability- but we could hear every move they made! Kept us up until early am. Other wise PERFECT!!!

Nice place, however WiFi was terrible. Also - no cellular service available until I would drive off property. Also, TV kept freezing and turning off. I did not ask front desk to rectify since we were only there for the night and didn’t have time to wait.

Obviously, this is an old motel that has been remodeled into a cute boutique hotel. It really is cute and in close proximity to the island and other activities. The bathroom was amazing and the bedroom was ok. It was so incredibly loud, not from activities happening outside or people walking up and down the street, but because the air conditioning units are so old and so loud. I also stayed in room 335 and it is the only room that is sort of in an indoor area of the motel. This means there was no natural light, the ice machine was directly outside my door, and it was so loud, and all of the other air conditioning units echoed in that space. I had the TV on volume 50 and couldn’t hear the words. It was quite an unpleasant experience, considering you paid to spend the night and sleep somewhere and you can’t sleep.

Well, this won’t be as long as I’d like it to be… My first review got taken down because I “used profanity” LOL Basically, this is not a hotel. It’s a crappy motel that they tried to renovate. The people who were working the front desk were rude, even my young daughter noticed and mentioned it. They couldn’t find our reservation for 40 minutes and we just had to sit and wait. The beds were dirty and I didn’t feel safe in the location they had us in. We checked out due to the place being far from advertised online, but they are refusing to refund us. Pretty bad experience after having driven 10 hours and it being our first day of vacation

Workers were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast should be a simple buffet style so you can eat quickly especially when the hotel is booked. There is no way to feed everyone efficiently. We only got one breakfast because the wait was so long. It was not the workers fault. It was the system management had in place.

Started off with the room not being clean after checking us in. Left and came back 3 hours later to feces on the bed. They changed sheets and promised to comp the entire stay. And scheduled a deep clean for the next day. The next day we left for 5 hours and no deep clean was done and the housekeeping actually left dirty dishes in the room. The keurig didn’t work as well. The keurig was replaced. The house keeper acted like she didn’t know it was supposed to be deep cleaned. Even after all that, the hotel fought with us to be refunded. But eventually did.

We loved the Wayback! From welcoming us right from the start with a smile to continued excellent service through our checkout, we cant say enough about the overall fantastic quality of stay! I love the atmosphere and the change from the mountain norm. The coffee on our way out was the cherry on top, delicious and tasty!

Everything was excellent. Only 1 complaint. We got to breakfast at 7am and didnt get our food until 7:45 my son and husbands food was cold. Not sure what happened there. Otherwise the food was really good. I got the avocado toast and they got bacon and eggs. My husband's bacon was so overcooked that it crumbled to the touch. Like it was made the day before. We were one of the first families their. So again not sure what took so long and how their food wasn't fresh.

Check in was hard. It took a while because they could not find our reservation from Expedia. They were doubting that we made a reservation with them and finally they found it. Made exactly like we said and we gave them the Expedia confirmation number Expedia gave us. It was better when we got in our room. The people cleaning rooms and handling towels were very nice and helpful. We don't like room doors that open to the outside but that's all they have.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! It’s conveniently located (directly across from the Island) which makes it easy to walk or drive to many places along the strip. The drink and breakfast options were great. We loved the retro style as well. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay overall. Hotel in excellent location, within easy reach of everything we needed and the fact walkable to the Island was a bonus. Our room was clean, the beds really comfortable and despite being in a busy area we were plenty surprised how quiet it was. The children especially loved the pool, which was a real highlight for them. Breakfast was a mixed experience. The set up was unusual - our room booking was for two adults and two children, but only two breakfasts were included as part of the room booking. We have never come across this before. The food itself was lovely, but service could be slow especially if you sit outside. At times it felt like we had been forgotten altogether. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its location, pool and comfy beds.

The hotel was nice and clean. They offer a full breakfast. The pool was nice. The only complaint I had was the bartender running the pool bar kept disappearing. When I first got there I thought the bar was closed cause there was nobody around.

Great staff, quiet, well-appointed rooms, awesome pool area and cocktail bar. The rooms had great little details like plenty of hooks for bags, clothes and towels, good lighting in the bathroom (and a makeup mirror!), a clothes steamer and nice bed linens. Best part: Housekeeping NEVER banged on the door in the morning. They actually waited til we left for the day or checked out to clean the room. Food and service at the restaurant and cocktail bars were excellent. We LOVED the adults-only pool time after 5pm. Lastly, it’s really well-decorated.

What a fantastic hotel! I cannot tell you how happy I am with my stay there especially the restaurant and bar in the reception area and pool. The food is next level and is as good as any five star restaurant you can find. Highly highly highly recommended.

Our stay was pretty good. We were excited to try the restaurant and it was VERY SLOW. Seems that there were only 1-2 servers. It was later and we were one of mabe 3-4 tables….the food took forever. It was good just took awhile.

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Decor has a great vibe in both lobby and guest room. Pool is way beyond your normal hotel pool; with giant chair loungers to gazebos, to pool side food and drinks. There is also a large hot tub. Only cons were coffee was not available in the lobby and street noise was rather loud. Breakfast was good, but miss having the option to grab a quick bite; like yogurt, muffins, or fruit. After all is said and done, We Will definitely be back!

The tribute was done very well. It was a step back in time. Lovely amenities. The pool was fabulous. Damien at check-in was less than helpful. He didn’t give us any information about anything the hotel had to offer. He just pointed us to our room. The bartender was super friendly and helpful. Also, the man who assisted us at checkout. We stayed right outside the pool and there was more noise than usual. The doors at the hotel slammed really loud. So be aware of that. We would stay again but maybe not near the pool entrance.

For breakfast though it is included you need to request for vouchers and breakfast is okay. Servers delay to attend and there is unnecessary wait time. Rooms are not cleaned every day.
