Courtyard by Marriott Goa Colva

My Husband and I stayed for a week at the end of June into July for a holiday and to visit family, and we really enjoyed staying here. The hotel itself is obviously new, so everything was looking clean and fresh. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated, and contained all the essential amenities you could need. All of the staff here were very friendly and accommodating, especially the manager, the front desk staff, and the restaurant staff who looked after us very well during our stay. We will definitely consider booking again on our future visits to Goa!

Amazing stay for a week. We were treated like family by the entire staff and everything from food to amenities were top notch. A special thanks to the entire staff in the restaurant to the reception to the gym/pool/spa for making our stay outstanding and memorable. They also celebrated my Mom’s birthday with decorations, cake and special gifts. Thank you so much and we shall be back soon.

This was just what I needed for my birthday. I loved this hotel so much, I extended my stay. The food is excellent and I recommend the buffet packages. Local cuisine like fish curry and ross omelette and chicken shatuthi are a must. The pool is heated and very pleasant. Poolside bar is very good. Restaurant is amazing. Even my picky American teenager was very happy with the food every day. Spa treatments are relaxing and superb, and not rushed. We had a doctor come see me in my room and got meds right to the hotel room so fast. It's a small walk to the beach and a gorgeous evening view of sunset over the Arabian Sea. BEST part of the hotel is the staff. You feel like you're at the Taj with the level of service they provide. I had the direct number of the person who checked me in and she was always contactable and extremely helpful. I would ask, and it would happen. The staff even decorated my room for my birthday and gave me a special cake. The chef comes around to ask about how you're enjoying the food and the staff makes excellent recommendations on things to try. Rainshower is amazing and tons of hot water. TV works and you can watch Netflix and stream YouTube directly from your phone. I was not in need of anything while staying here. I was in such good hands I just didn't want to leave. In fact, I didn't. I'm still here, having extended my stay. And I'm going back to the spa for my 3rd time later today. I'm in heaven. HIGHLY recommend.

Loved our stay! Incredible facilities - great buffet for breakfast and dinner (menu changed every day), beautiful 15m pool for swimmers, clean & cool gym with big windows and new equipment. Staff was outstanding and worth special mention - wonderful in every way, every day (I couldn’t even isolate a specific person - quick & cheerful help was everywhere and they all cooperated and seemed to sincerely enjoy their workplace, teams and roles). We highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott in Colva and would definitely stay again on any future visits!

Staff were amazing, with excellent service and support all the time. The food, both at the poolside bar and at the restaurant were so good. The gym was well equipped too.

Great facilities and a nice place away from the craziness. The service is great - the staff go above and beyond to help. It's a short walk from the beach and a short walk to the main road. It's can be a pain to get a taxi but the hotel can help.

We enjoyed our stay at Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms were clean with ample storage. It came will all the toiletries and amenities we needed. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast and dinner had a lot of variety and the food was delicious. We will certainly be returning to the Courtyard.

What an amazing stay! The staff was absolutely superb, and the food was delicious. The dining staff became like family - one of the chefs invited my son into the kitchen, gave him a chef’s hat and allowed him to cook his own egg for breakfast. It was such an incredible experience for my son. The hotel is brand new, really nice pool and incredible game room for the kids on the top floor. It’s walkable to the beach, but the area isn’t developed yet. The walk to the beach is along an old fishing village, where fish are laying out on tarps drying in the sun. A little stinky but a neat cultural experience. Once your feet touch the sand, all will be forgotten. Pristine, quiet beach with a few beach shacks. We will definitely be coming back here again!

The hotel is a short pleasant walk to Colva beach and about a 15 mins drive to Benaulim beach. What makes this hotel special is the wonderful staff here. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed and go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable, be it the housekeeping team, restaurant staff or the hotel staff in general. Amazing and can’t be faulted. Laxman and Shamir- alongside their team attended us during dinner and breakfast very well. I was impressed how they went above and beyond during service. Cherry on the top when the chef came out to ask us about the food. All top notch. Thanks to Deepika for coming out to ask about my aunts health as well. Hitesh

We arrived early and had a wonderful experience by the staff. We went for breakfast and 1 room was given to us short time after breakfast.

The GM was very good and even came to see us off on the last day,but a couple of the property staff lacked professionalism.I found the Manager did his best to resolve my taxi issue but his staff spent a lot of time gossiping amongst themselves whilst looking over at us. Probably since I raised concerns. We felt very uncomfortable and I was ignored on more than one occasion in the dining room by Gopalnath who whilst acknowledging the other guests decided that it was a good idea to laugh at us with the other manager! I address the issue with him directly on my last day and he just looked at my blank.Lack of accountability.

We arrived early and had 2 rooms booked. They were able to give us 1 room early. The staff were wonderful and spent time talking with us. Also gave suggestions for where to go, as we only had the next day. Special call out to Devika and Akshat.

Overall the hotel was good, the F&B needs work, the live stations for breakfast is very slow and some staff need more training.
