Clean spacious two bedroom/two bathroom room. Easy check in and late check out. Nice size outdoor pool and hot tub. Great location close to shops and restaurants.. and handy having the Dubh Linn Gate pub just off the lobby. Highly recommend the pub!

Upscale service and hospitality. Only one negative thing was the parking garage has very small spots. However, I love that the EV chargers are free. All amenities were clean and operational. Location is perfect. The rooms were very clean and accentuated the vibes of Whistler village. We would definitely return.

I booked this hotel for the swimming pool and hot tubs. They were closed for the entire time I was there due to some issues that were not shared. Yes I understand technical issues come up but the hotel should be giving its clients some free hotel nights or something to compensate for the swimming pool being closed.

We enjoyed our time at the pan pacific. The suite we stayed in was big and clean. The facility was beautiful. Our kids loved the massive pool and hot tub. We had an issue with something and the front desk was quick to fix it and make things right. We really value that kind of service. Would definitely stay again

The hotel has potential, but the we kept finding hairs in the room, bath robes, towels, and the dish cloths were dirty. The gym was very small, and the pool and hot tub was not operational. So we couldn’t use those features. The front desk told us we had a mountain side veiw, which we did not, and they doubled charged us our deposit…. I’m sure I’ll get it back but lacks organization. We asked for a to go coffee cup and the receptionist at the desk could not understand. When I showed her a photo she just simply said no they don’t have a to go coffee cup. Which I find very hard to believe. The only thing we seemed to enjoy was the shuttle service.

We recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Mountainside and, unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet our expectations. While the location is fantastic and convenient, the cleanliness of our room was not up to par. It didn’t have that fresh, well-maintained feel you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, we feel the rooms are overdue for some updates. The carpet looked quite worn, and the decor feels dated, which takes away from the otherwise premium mountain setting. Refreshing the rooms with new flooring, modern furnishings, and a cleaner, brighter style would make a huge difference to the guest experience. We hope the management takes these points into consideration, as the property has the potential to be truly exceptional with a bit of attention to detail and refurbishment.

the room was spacious and we had a nice little balcony and lovely view. amenities in the room were great (kitchenette, bathroom, etc). parking stalls in the parkade were difficult to navigate (very small and tight area). the murphy bed and sofa bed were not very comfortable.

Can't get any closer to the lifts. Great location for that. Restaurants and bars nearby and the pool and hot tubs means it isn't quiet until about 11. Not really late, but not calm. Pool and hot tub were nice! Rooms are looking dated and used a bit. Great to have a kitchen. Snacks was nice.

We stayed at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside during the winter and loved the location; just steps from the chair lift and gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made things easy for our family. The room had a full kitchen and fridge, which was great for preparing meals. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable enough for me, my children, and my brother. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant and gear store right in the hotel, which added extra convenience. On-site parking is available and priced similarly to other hotels in the area. Even though the hotel is right on the main street, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again in the winter. However, I didn’t enjoy the summer experience as much due to dust and construction in the competitive biking park, which affected the mountain views. Overall, a great spot for a winter family getaway!

The hotel staff were great. The bed however was very uncomfortable, it was a Murphy bed. We stayed for two nights and woke up every morning with back pain. Most unfortunate other the hotel was quite nice

The staff was extremely helpful during the stay, however it was unfortunate that my credit card got double charged during my stay. The staff told me it was an error and a refund has been processed but may take 3-5 business day to process. But since it was double charged, one of the charges as authorized and other was pending. So a total of 3x the original amount was held on my account forcing my credit card to go over my monthly limit. I am still waiting for a refund, but this was unfortunate as I was not able to use the credit card anywhere else during my stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I have chronic fatigue and must sleep mid-day. Reception managed to get me into a room with an early check-in. This made all the difference to my trip. Thank you.

This location is amazing for a Whistler ski vacation. The hotel is iterally feet from the two main village Gondolas and great dining and apres ski. The room and other hotel amenities were nice and comfortable and we had no complaints but the amenities of the hotel are not quite 5 star caliber in my opinion. We did have one disconcerting incident where we witnessed another hotel guest walk into our room (the front desk apparently gave her the key to our room by mistake). Nonetheless, we would stay here again based primarily on the convenience/location.

Received zero help from the staff with luggage & skis. On checkout day, they didn't get the skis from the lockers and bring them out as we have experienced during previous stays. Front desk phone was never answered, just a recording saying they were busy. Poor service for a high end and high priced hotel.

Check-in was easy and they were able to accommodate early check-in for our group. We were here for a work event/retreat and also booked a boardroom. The level of service we received during our stay was less than subpar - when we tried to obtain one of our four vehicles, it took much longer than necessary and we were late for dinner. When we were in the boardroom, we tried to order some food (fruit and veggies), we are aware we could order this in advance but we were hoping that Pan Pacific could accommodate our one request.. again, did not happen. We would not recommend staying here and we do not recommend bringing employees here for work events either. When checking out, they did not have my correct email, when I asked them to update my email and send me the invoice - they never did.

The toilet never worked as soon as we walked in. asked the frontdesk for different room but our request was denied , had to wait over hour n half while staff try to fix it we had to hold our pee for all this time once they realized they wont be able to fix the toilet then they decided to move us into similar room no upgrade after wasting our two precious hours as it was already late check in we got late for our dinner reservation due to this nonsense. worse customer service ever

The toilet never worked as soon as we walked in. asked the frontdesk for different room but our request was denied , had to wait over hour n half while staff try to fix it we had to hold our pee for all this time once they realized they wont be able to fix the toilet then they decided to move us into similar room no upgrade after wasting our two precious hours as it was already late check in we got late for our dinner reservation due to this nonsense. worse customer service ever

We loved the location of the hotel. Everything was amazing. But as our room was facing the mountain / pool. We had constant blasting music into our room from long horns. Made relaxing and sleeping really unpleasant.

We stayed at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside during the winter and loved the location; just steps from the chair lift and gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made things easy for our family. The room had a full kitchen and fridge, which was great for preparing meals. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable enough for me, my children, and my brother. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant and gear store right in the hotel, which added extra convenience. On-site parking is available and priced similarly to other hotels in the area. Even though the hotel is right on the main street, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again in the winter. However, I didn’t enjoy the summer experience as much due to dust and construction in the competitive biking park, which affected the mountain views. Overall, a great spot for a winter family getaway!

Can’t beat the location of this hotel. Great, convenient parking directly underneath if you can get one of the limited spaces. Unbeatable view of slopes while enjoying one of two hot tubs! I’m not sure where/why soundproofing of rooms is being advertised. We stayed in a village facing room on the 6th floor and still readily heard street noise, not enough to be a major issue but certainly noticeable. Our only disappointment occurred one evening when requesting a shuttle to the upper village for a dining reservation that was in 15min. We inquired at front desk and they informed us that it wouldn’t be a problem, even asked if we would mind being dropped off a bit early. We waited in the lobby for 10-15 minutes to then be told they shuttle wasn’t going to make and asked if we wanted them to call a cab for us. We chose to walk and fortunately we didn’t lose our spot for dinner.

Clean spacious two bedroom/two bathroom room. Easy check in and late check out. Nice size outdoor pool and hot tub. Great location close to shops and restaurants.. and handy having the Dubh Linn Gate pub just off the lobby. Highly recommend the pub!

Was quite happy with the studio room. The only issue was the breakfast. The restaurant does not serve breakfast until 10 AM. There is room service available, but the options were limited for those with dietary restrictions. I found a restaurant in Whistler Village that was open at 8 AM for breakfast and was a better option. Other than that, the staff were great and I enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and staff was fantastic. Bar/restaurant downstairs was great, but walk out of the lobby into the village and everything is right there. Didn’t use the pool but our room looked out over it and it looked very nice. Overall great, we will definitely be back.

Although general spaces were lovely many things in the room were showing their age. Location was excellent and staff were amazing. Pool change rooms were not well managed and water was pooling on the floors making them incredibly slippery.

All staffs are very nice, friendly with smile face. Room has full kitchen equipments that are very convenient. Another good thing is even you check out at 11am, you can still park your car in the garage until 4pm!

The room was spacious, and cozy. We liked the most was a small kitchen in the room which has the essential cooking wares. We made breakfast every morning and ate at the restaurant afternoon. After the fun hiking on the mountain, it was very nice to have a pool, jacizzi, and steam room. The hotel is located in front of Whistler gondola, and you can't beat this location. Overall my family loved the hotel and we will definitely come back.
