Öncelikle otele geç gireceğimizi bildirmiştik ve bu konuda hiç sorun yaşamadık. Otelin önüne aracımızı park edebildik. Lobby katı çok keyifli. Resepsiyonda Batuhan bey çok ilgili ve kibardı. Ibis Styles Istanbul - 73045416403035 Quick and friendly check in. Lobby with a bar. Requested high floor room and that’s what was offered. Amazing Ibis Styles, spacious clean and new smelling room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Enough storage space to store luggage and hang your clothing. Lighting in the room, plenty of it. Slippers offered to make you more comfortable. Single lounge chair with table, work desk and a mini fridge. Poor bathroom design.

Fairly new hotel. On a nice day an easy walk from the Metro station at Kurtkoy even with luggage. To answer a question I had but couldn't find any information, there is no airport shuttle here. Perhaps in the future, but it is a short and inexpensive taxi ride to SAW airport so no real problem. The lobby bar is quite useful. But bear in mind no room service and I found it difficult to see any menu or hours for the restaurant on lobby level, which mostly seemed empty and possibly closed. Found a cute little pizza place nearby but there are not a ton of food options within walking area for hotel. Overall this is a very comfortable place to stay and moreso than other airport hotels I've been in. Great value!

New hotel but the entrance is still by the back of the hotel. The really negative part is the rehabilitation work done just nearby so they wake you up at 8am. Not nice to rest.

Asya and Nathan on reception were excellent. We arrived after 3 am and they checked us in really quickly. I was also upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The room was huge with a master bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Everything was great. It's too bad we only stayed 1 night so we can catch a flight but I definitely would stay here again if I fly into Istanbul Sabiha airport again.

Lobyi arıyorum yoğunluktan deniliyor. 3 gece kaldım ve internetleri yoktu bu çok kötü günümüz için. odaların dizaynı güzel fakat yastıklar ve yorganlar 2 boyutlu gibi çok inceydi. Dışarıdan ya da tuvaletlerden kötü bir koku geliyordu. Otel çalışanları iyi, otel temiz güzel. Fakat internet gerçekten çok büyük bir problemdi.

Everything was perfect for a one night stay between flights. I got a quiet, non-smoking room, which was both very modern and tastefully decorated with pristine white bedding and such a variety of lighting options. The room was a good size and the bathroom and shower equally good. Check in was so quick and straightforward and the WiFi very good and easily accessible. I want to return.

Arrived 23.00… A very nice lady quickly helped me check in. She was nice. Went out for a minute, came back to get my suitcases and go to the room. Saw this gentleman wearing a Tshirt behind the reception telling her off. I found this very unprofessional in front of a guest. I thought he would stop as I was stood there looking at them. There was another staff member there I think he was taking over for the night shift. I asked if I could get a drink from the bar, they gave it to me but couldnt find the price of it as the bar was apparently closed. At the meantime - I think he was front office manager? - carried on telling the lady that basicly she didn’t do a good job that day. This could be the case but I was thinking “ Do you think it’s right to ignore a hotel guest and speak to staff like that infront of me? This is very unprofessional. And just wearing a Tshirt, he looked like he just woke up and came to check the hand over of the shift. A manager should dreas and act a lot more professionally. Apart from this, hotel room was above my expectations. Clean, modern, very good value for money. Hotel is great. It’s just the attitude of one person ruined it for me. I don’t like people being treated like that infront of others. Thanks

Was mislead by reception staff. Rang and asked if they had an airport pick up service. Was told the cost would be 5000 lira from Istanbul Airport, but was charged 6000 when I got to the hotel. Apparently they forgot to mention the extra “ tax”. Which I found to be very un genuine.
