The biggest advantage of this hotel is the free laundry and dryers. Detergent and soap are provided, and everything is fully automatic. There are three washing machines and three dryers. You simply put in your clothes, choose the temperature (cold, warm, or hot), and press start. It was extremely convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs, which made everything so easy. You can buy salads, prepared food, fruits, and daily necessities without leaving the building. The hotel also has a designated area on the first floor for online shopping deliveries and food delivery, which is very well organized. The pool is large enough for kids, making it family-friendly. There is a designated drop-off and pick-up area, which was very convenient for calling taxis. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

There is a constant humming sound coming from them. The poor front desk people must deal with that sound all day long. Perhaps a set of extra doors separating the aisle would be enough. The administration of the building should think about their employees, too. The restaurant dinning service was not good for the prices. Service was fine, but should be better.

The hotel is very old. The bathroom was full of mould around the tiles and the silicone in the shower. The floor in the rooms were visibly dirty and required vacuuming. The indoor pool is extremely outdated.The staff were lovely and helpful.

The reception staff was unfriendly and when you ask for help is like you are bothering them, they are mostly non English speakers which bothers me as they receive international clients. Their answer to everything is “I don’t know” My room was not being cleaned, the floors were not swept, the sheets were only changed when I was left with one day to leave Andy Chu, the restaurant manager is the only person who made my stay at this hotel bearable, he was kind and always tried his best to find way to make out breakfast pleasant

No control over air conditioners, and the room was hot like a sauna. The phone in the room was also broken so we needed to go down to the front desk to ask for help. The staff in the reception could not speak English at all. We asked to lower the temperature of the AC but they came to our room to open the window instead. The room was above the 30th floor and they just opened the window and there was no screen door or anything. We had such a difficult time staying in this hotel. The location was not good either. You need to either take a cab or change trains a couple of times to get to most of the tourist spots. I would recommend not to choose this hotel if you are going to Shanghai for sightseeing, especially for those who does not speak Chinese.

While planning trips around the world, this is the first, and hopefully last, time I've arrived at a Novotel (4 stars) and received such a rude welcome from the reception staff: no welcome greeting, completely unprepared to receive 24 people in 15 rooms. No control over air conditioners, and the room was hot like a sauna. The phone in the room was also broken so we needed to go down to the front desk to ask for help. The staff in the reception could not speak English at all. We asked to lower the temperature of the AC but they came to our room to open the window instead. The room was above the 30th floor and they just opened the window and there was no screen door or anything. We had such a difficult time staying in this hotel. The location was not good either. You need to either take a cab or change trains a couple of times to get to most of the tourist spots. I would recommend not to choose this hotel if you are going to Shanghai for sightseeing, especially for those who does not speak Chinese.

Novotel Atlantis är ett bra och enkelt hotell för en stadssemester. Om du däremot åker kollektivt måste du gå till hotellet i cirka 10 minuter och i sommarvärmen är det en obehaglig upplevelse. It was a great hotel; however, the pool was not open. That was a major disappointment. The administration should do something about the sound produced by the elevator ducts. There is a constant humming sound coming from them. The poor front desk people must deal with that sound all day long. Perhaps a set of extra doors separating the aisle would be enough. The administration of the building should think about their employees, too. The restaurant dinning service was not good for the prices. Service was fine, but should be better.

The hotel overall was a fantastic experience. The staff was phenomenal the rooms, spacious, clean and absolute stunning view. Breakfast had many options, fresh and caters to most.

Staff is very helpful. Joanna did our check in and explained in every details to us and help us to check 2 room on the same floor. Andy is very helpful in the resturant to explain the details of their buffet breakfast. Resturant is on 50th floor and revolving. In about an hour, you will see the whole of Shanghai from your table. I stayed in 37th floor and the view of Shanghai is excellant. I recommanded the high floor superior room which has windows on 2 sides, One overlooking the river, the other over the city. The only down side is that the receiption and lobby are on the 5th floor. and the lift is not too easy to find, But they do have a potter stationed at the front door and provided information and offer th carry you luggage if you need the service.

Llegué tarde y salí temprano, por lo que no pude disfrutar de la totalidad de la propiedad, pero sí puedo decir que tenía una vista impresionante del río. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Al estar en la esquina, tenía vista hacia ambos lados del edificio, ¡y esto era increíble! El servicio al hacer el check-in y check-out fue sumamente cordial y eficiente.
