Möjligt att checka in dygnet runt vilket var toppen och bra läge på hotellet nära centralstationen, restauranger och gator att strosa på. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade först inte vilket fixades av personal men fortsatt knappt gav någon effekt. Och tyvärr inhet balsam bland hygienartiklarna. Ok frukost med trevlig utsikt från en takterass.

Excellent location for our overnight airport stay and seeing Cagliari in a few hours. Very helpful reception staff, cool and comfortable room. Lovely roof top terrace with bar and breakfast. Highly recommended!

Ottima accoglienza, bella la hall, camera spaziosa, ottima la colazione in terrazza, l’unica nota negativa in bagno molto piccolo e molto datato. Non ha parcheggio e si raggiunge a piedi.

La struttura e pulita e ben mantenuta, tanto è vero che anche ad agosto hanno eseguito manutenzioni e miglioramenti (a breve apertura bar) con disagio veramente minimi per gli ospiti. Il personale è professionale, gentile e sorridente in tutte le aree...dalla reception al servizio colazione e le pulizie delle stanze. Colazione abbastanza assortita e di buona qualità! Spunti di miglioramento: la terrazza esterna dovrebbe essere più curata e maggiormente sfruttata con magari servizio bar/aperitivo e con più aree ombreggiante.

This is a classic Italian hotel. 24-hour front desk (that holds your room key), nice lobby, large well-appointed room with a really nice bathroom, great breakfast buffet on the top floor (with a rooftop terrace). Short walk to the central train station (and then a short train ride to the airport). Dozens of excellent Sardinian restaurants within a few blocks. A similar hotel would cost five times as much in NYC!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Friendly, professional and welcoming staff. The room I’ve stayed at had a balcony, spacious, clean and safe. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The location is nearby many of the attractions, point of interests and straightforward journey from and to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Albergo in posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico. Si trova in un'isola pedonale, vicinissima alle maggiori attrazioni. La stanza singola è piccolissima, come piccolissimo è il bagno, ma pulitissima e, tutto sommato, confortevole. Buona la colazione continentale, anche se non ricchissima, da la possibilità di scegliere tra dolce e salati (buonissime le frittelle!!)

We stayed in a spacious room with no carpet. It was very clean and comfortable and we had all the little products that hotels can offer to make our lives easier, from the obvious shampoos and soaps to some quite handy shoe shining brushes. Soft and perfumed towels and sheets, replaced everyday, made our stay even better.

Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental.

Mi sono trovato molto bene e consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi vuole visitare Cagliari. Personale molto accogliente e gentile, pulizia impeccabile, ottima colazione. Un grazie particolare al personale incaricato della sala colazioni. Conto di tornare a soggiornare qui in occasione del mio prossimo viaggio.

Hotel was small and basic and fine for one night. It was a couple minutes walk from the train station to the airport, and easy to walk to the main parts of town. Good restaurants right outside that were not crowded like the city center. Weird key with a keychain that seemed like it weighed 5kgs, but at least it detached. The room was basic but clean and nice bathroom. Pretty quiet. No view from the room or natural light.

L’hôtel est bien situé et confortable avec un bon déjeuner inclus. Toutefois un hôtel qui en 2022 n’a pas accès internet est une mauvaise surprise aucun moyen de planifier correctement nos journées. On nous remet un code wifi à l’arrivée sachant que l’internet ne fonctionne pas. La moindre des Choses aurait été de recevoir un dédommagement. Quand j’ai abordé le problème l’hôtel se déresponsabilisait complètement ce que je n’ai pas aimé avoir eu cette information avant j’aurais réservé ailleurs et peut importe la cause la propriétaire de l’hôtel ne peut se déresponsabiliser il aurait dû nous aviser à notre arrivée plutôt que de faire semblant qu’internet fonctionnait et aurait dû offrir un dédommagement.

Hôtel idéalement situé en centre ville. Accueil souriant et efficace malgré la barrière de la langue. Nous avions séjourné 3 nuits dans une chambre triple propre mais très sombre car la vue de nos fenêtres était obstruée par la façade d'un immeuble. L'équipement de la chambre était désuet (climatisation bruyante et toute petite TV). Malgré cela nous y avons passé des nuits reposantes à l'abri des nuisances sonores du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans l'hébergement était pauvre et indigne d'un hôtel de ce standard. Le peu de nourriture, industrielle par ailleurs, y était rationé par soucis d'économie... Le service au petit déjeuner aussi est à déplorer : absence de bonjour, de sourire et il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois auprès des serveurs pour avoir un café. Définitivement le petit déjeuner inclus et son service mériteraient un effort de l'hôtel pour offrir une bien meilleure expérience client.

Very good standard 3 star property with excellent location, lovely and attentive staff, any issues resolved promptly. Rooms and bathrooms more than adequate considering the star rating, and the same consideration goes for breakfast. Just room insulation could be better, and perhaps a bit on the expensive side for a 3 star, also considering the season, but that might also be due to the lack of alternatives. Overall a very good stay, and we would definitely return.

Staff can be a little cold but always professional. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable, clean and great location... cafes, restaurants and shops all around you.

Good location. Very close to port & train station. Front desk not welcoming at all. It’s like a self service. We travel a lot and they give lots of info when check in. They had a map for ppl to take but unless you ask they don’t tell anything . No kettle /tea/cups in room. Not sound proof rooms. Breakfast was ok . No communication at all once you booked. I sent so many emails for early check in fees no reply at all.

Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt nur 10 Mn vom Bahnhof und 15 Minuten vom Fährhafen entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und obwohl zur Fußgängerzone gelegen nicht laut. Im Bad war alles sauber und hat funktioniert. Nach dem Ckeckout konnte ich mein Geoäck problemlos an der Rezeption deponieren. Frühstück hatte ich nicht.

Excellent location for our overnight airport stay and seeing Cagliari in a few hours. Very helpful reception staff, cool and comfortable room. Lovely roof top terrace with bar and breakfast. Highly recommended!

This is a classic Italian hotel. 24-hour front desk (that holds your room key), nice lobby, large well-appointed room with a really nice bathroom, great breakfast buffet on the top floor (with a rooftop terrace). Short walk to the central train station (and then a short train ride to the airport). Dozens of excellent Sardinian restaurants within a few blocks. A similar hotel would cost five times as much in NYC!

Hôtel idéalement situé en centre ville. Accueil souriant et efficace malgré la barrière de la langue. Nous avions séjourné 3 nuits dans une chambre triple propre mais très sombre car la vue de nos fenêtres était obstruée par la façade d'un immeuble. L'équipement de la chambre était désuet (climatisation bruyante et toute petite TV). Malgré cela nous y avons passé des nuits reposantes à l'abri des nuisances sonores du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans l'hébergement était pauvre et indigne d'un hôtel de ce standard. Le peu de nourriture, industrielle par ailleurs, y était rationé par soucis d'économie... Le service au petit déjeuner aussi est à déplorer : absence de bonjour, de sourire et il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois auprès des serveurs pour avoir un café. Définitivement le petit déjeuner inclus et son service mériteraient un effort de l'hôtel pour offrir une bien meilleure expérience client.

I had everything I need for a quick vacation. Perfect location. The staff was amazing and the room was very clean. The cleaning lady should get a raise and the little surprise for me was the big balcony towards the port. I'd recommend the hotel and you have everything you need. Close to amazing restaurants as well and close to the beach with the bus.

This hotel was a real gem, with And attached bar and nearby restaurants. It's right in City Center and super close to the train and bus stations. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was clean and even had a balcony.

The location was excellent. Really just minutes from the railway station, so it was very walkable. I loved the staff at the front desk, kind and helpful. I had a single room, that is smaller, but includes everything you need, it was perfect. The breakfast is great, the lady makes the cappuccino with the foam and particularly kind. I would definitely return.
