Nous sommes parti à 3 en famille. À notre arrivée il manquait le lit supplémentaire pour notre fille ( problème à la réservation incompréhension du site hôtels.com). Cela a été rapidement résolu par l’équipe de l’hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa . La chambre est grande avec une immense douche. La Clim est un plus. L’emplacement est idéal, 5 min de la gare, 2 min des transports en commun et 45 min à pied du centre. Le parking est top, mais seulement 2 voitures donc bien pensé à réservé . Je recommande cet établissement.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. A short distance from the centre, about 20 min walk in a quiet area. No hotel bar and no bars nearby mean a bit of travel is required if you want to sample Milans night life

An intimate, smart family run hotel full of delightful staff who made us feel welcome at all times. The room was generous in size and clean an and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh self service with quality ingredients. I reserved one of the 2 parking spots which was fantastic as unknown to me they have EV charging right at the private parking… after 900 miles on 2 days it was such a bonus. 15 minutes to the station with local restaurants and a bar right outside. Highly recommend Biocity!

Having travelled all over Italy I appreciated a manned front desk and elevator. The staff was wonderful and kind. They helped with change for the laundry mat. We didn’t have the breakfast but the space and food looked amazing. Ery modern and clean. Loved that it was close to the central station also.

It is within 10 min walking distance of the Milan Central train station. The hotel promotes sustainability through its recycling program and only cleans the room and replaces the towers upon request. There is a food market nearby (less than 100 meters away) where one can buy fresh fruits and other items. There are a few restaurants nearby as well.

The best staff I’ve seen for the last few years. Very welcoming and helpful. Very clean rooms. We got upgraded to the larger room without any extra payment. We were lucky to get the parking spot right at the entrance. Very pleasant experience

Staff was very nice and accommodating during the duration of the stay. Hotel is clean and cute. Surrounding area is noisy but that is expected due to the city. One of the few hotels that offers parking for a reasonable rate as well!

Brilliant Hotel, not far from the train station. Absolutely spotless, the staff were great especially Ricardo who went out of his way with to help us. There's a supermarket 2 mins away and a lovely little restaurant opposite.

We stayed for 4 nights. The fellow at the front desk greeted us right away. The checkin was easy and our room was very nice and clean with a big king bed (made up of 2 twins) with a firm mattress (good for our backs after long days of walking). The bathroom was a good size with a lovely big shower. It was about a 12-15 minute walk to the Central Station, and from there another 25-30 minutes to the Duomo. We would definitely stay again the next time in Milan.

PROS: Easy walking distance to Milan Centrale train station. Nice breakfast with many choices, including whatever style of coffee you like. Friendly and helpful staff. CONS: our room overlooked a restaurant with soccer fans shouting long into the night. The rooms aren’t very soundproof and we listened to tv sounds from the room next door well after 11 PM. The rooms are air conditioned, but temperature control is restricted in their attempt to save energy and cost. That means you may not be very comfortable when it’s hot outside.

It’s a great little 3 star hotel in a central location, near the Metro and Centrales train station. It is decorated in a charming, modern way. The room was great, bed very comfortable, and rain shower excellent. The cold bottle of water in the fridge was a nice touch. The breakfast is really excellent.

Decent accommodation in area away from most things but easy enough to get around. AC was rather problematic changing from the temp we’d set overnight to blasting like the artic early morning. When we alerted the staff they said turn it off so instead we boiled. Not very eco friendly to blast the AC. Also very loud one night as it was the owner’s birthday with music blasting until midnight. A fine stay but will definitely look elsewhere next time in Milan

The room was beautiful in spite of it being small. Everything was really clean and tidy. The only thing I would complain about is that my reservation was cancelled on the same day because of an issue with my card without prior notice, which was a headache since we would have to find a place to stay in if there weren't rooms available. The staff was nice enough to wait for us to arrive and saved us the room we ordered when we made a second reservation. Other than that everything was perfect

However the biggest problem was at the check in: their card machine wouldn't accept my card, which worked perfectly fine in other places, forcing me to wander after midnight for an atm, which I couldn't find. After chatting with my banks and many failed attempts I managed to pay with my phone. I have never had problems elsewhere with my card, so I consider it their fault.

Caro pelo que oferece! A rua é bastante perigosa. O quarto não funcionava frigobar nem o aquecedor do banheiro. Ficamos no piso térreo e o barulho bem cedo era terrível. Ligaram para nosso quarto várias vezes no dia do chekout mesmo antes do horário nos colocando praticamente para fora do hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. Clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Easy access to the Railway Station. 15 minute walk. Very good restaurants nearby.

Quiet area & clean hotel about 12 mintue-walk from central station. The highlight of our stay was Silvio at the front dest, he was super helpful with tips on dining & getting around. He also helped us plan a trip to Serravalle outlet and when we returned he made sure to supply us with chamomile tea to relax!

I liked the soft towels, nice bedding and just a lovely atmosphere with very helpful staff, home made yogurt at breakfast. Would Definitely stay again.

The hotel was great but what made it above everything was the staff. Specially Silvio. We lost our bookbag that had our passports in it. It was recovered later but we wouldn't get it until after we left Florence. Silvio went above and beyond to help us with the bookbag. It arrived at the hotel and they will mail it to my house in the states. I appreciate it them for helping us out during such a stressful time of losing our passports. The staff is really a cut above all the rest

It’s a great little 3 star hotel in a central location, near the Metro and Centrales train station. It is decorated in a charming, modern way. The room was great, bed very comfortable, and rain shower excellent. The cold bottle of water in the fridge was a nice touch. The breakfast is really excellent.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. A short distance from the centre, about 20 min walk in a quiet area. No hotel bar and no bars nearby mean a bit of travel is required if you want to sample Milans night life

Staff is wonderful and room was nice enough. Breakfast is reasonable. Very convenient to train station, but area surrounding the hotel is not the best and all sites required a metro ride...which we were very comfortable taking. Metro stop is about a 10 minute walk away. Great gelato shop a block away. Otherwise, kind of limited on restaurants. We would not stay here again, solely due to the location.

Having travelled all over Italy I appreciated a manned front desk and elevator. The staff was wonderful and kind. They helped with change for the laundry mat. We didn’t have the breakfast but the space and food looked amazing. Ery modern and clean. Loved that it was close to the central station also.

An intimate, smart family run hotel full of delightful staff who made us feel welcome at all times. The room was generous in size and clean an and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh self service with quality ingredients. I reserved one of the 2 parking spots which was fantastic as unknown to me they have EV charging right at the private parking… after 900 miles on 2 days it was such a bonus. 15 minutes to the station with local restaurants and a bar right outside. Highly recommend Biocity!

Decent place, but a bit pricey given what has to offer: small room, breakfast to be paid separately, bathroom with dim light (very difficult to shave yourself, and the shaving mirror is fake, it doesn't magnify!). Also, I notified them about the flickering bathroom light, but they didn't fix it. However the biggest problem was at the check in: their card machine wouldn't accept my card, which worked perfectly fine in other places, forcing me to wander after midnight for an atm, which I couldn't find. After chatting with my banks and many failed attempts I managed to pay with my phone. I have never had problems elsewhere with my card, so I consider it their fault.

Flott rom, fikk 2 senger som vi ønsket. Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Frokost som forventet, god men mye søtsaker. Parkering ikke aktuelt. Lett vei til nærmeste metrostasjon, kort reise til sentrum. Gåavstand til togstasjonen. Godt spisested rett over gaten for hotellet!

The place is very close to Milan central and other train stations , just a few minutes walk. Just across the hotel is a fantastic restaurant, excellent quality food and value priced. The rooms were stocked with water and fridge and tea a kettle and stuff to make tea. Large rooms with high ceilings. Air conditioned. A small cozy green space inside the hotel to enjoy snacks and coffee. The staff were EXTREMELY COURTEOUS. One could even find free street parking. Prefect for a no frills and extremely well priced hotel. We didn’t include breakfast, but it was worth it .
