The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning worked well but the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some areas that clearly had mold in the shower. The staff were excellent and the included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The location was also very good, just a 10 min walk from the main city centre with lots of restaurants and shops. There is no hotel parking. You can park overnight on the street from 7:00pm until 8:30am, however finding a spot was a challenge. There is a paid parking lot nearby but would not fit a larger multi-person van

Near to train station. Very well maintained - floors were sparkling. Nice common lounge area. Good bed in a decent sized room with a separate sitting area. Nice bath amenities. But why in a spacious bathroom do they insist on showers that with those sliding doors that accommodate nothing bigger than 12 year olds. C'mon people of Italy - you're not that petite.

Hotel cercano al centro. El aspecto es algo clásico pero cumple perfectamente en cuanto a tamaño de la habitación (superior), desayuno. Baño grande. Personal amable. No tiene parking propio y te recomiendan uno cercano. La zona de la hora es máximo de 1 hora. Salvo que vayas de domingo, es necesario usar un parking.

Bathroom was wonderful. Breakfast good. Advertised as having a restaurant but didn't. Fellow in bar made an effort to make sure our drinks had lots of lemons. However, he delivered mini bar refills; knocked, then just came in. A tall, blond, curly haired woman at the front desk was very helpful with a problem we were having with Verona b&b

Sono diverse volte che ci vado a dormire per visitare parma, trovo che sia in una posizione comoda al centro e lontana dalla ZTL. Lo consiglio per le camere pulite e per la magnifica colazione che non fa mancare nulla. Albergo molto pulito ed ordinato. Valerio Di Maio

Staff was good. The room was very dusty especially in the closet and the hairdryer. The shelves inside the mirrored closet were dusty. The hairdryer filter was filled with dust that it wasn’t working until I removed the buildup from the filter then the hairdryer was working afterwards.

A very pleasant hotel, conveniently located but quiet and calm. Room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was continental but had a good variety. Minor annoyances were slamming doors in the morning and the overall temperature being quite hot, but these do not detract from a very comfortable stay overall.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. L'inconvénient majeur est le manque d'insonorisation des chambres, intérieure et extérieure, avec pas mal de circulation, impossible de dormir sans boules Quies. Nous avions la chambre 704, avec vue sur un vieux toit sale et la route. La propreté n'est pas beaucoup mieux, poussière dans la salle de bains et humidité dans la douche. Le check-in avait du retard, ils ont dû changer la chambre en indiquant qu'il y avait beaucoup de chambres à nettoyer, comme si c'était de notre faute et alors que nous sommes revenus après 14h30, comme c'était demandé. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas mieux: tout est industriel, jus de fruits coupés à l'eau et au sucre, viennoiseries et céréales standards, seul le café sauve la mise. Vraiment pas à refaire 😏

Seen not very good reviews of this property on various platforms but was far enough to walk from the station without being in the immediate vicinity of station. We know people who live in Parma and they advised to stay clear of the station area as it is dodgy, especially at night, so this left us with little choice. However, it was better than expected. Staff are not the warmest (except an Asian receptionist who was always friendly). Room was large and quite smart looking and in generally good condition. Even so, we had a few issues after checking in but they were resolved quickly and without fuss. Wifi and a/c worked fine. Bathroom was good with large towels and decent toiletries. Breakfast was adequate but if you came down to eat towards the end of breakfast time there was not too much left and the few breakfast staff did nothing to replenish. Location to town centre was good and what was particularly nice was that the road the hotel was on was lined with lime trees and the the blossoms were in bloom and the air smelt lovely.

Enkel incheckning kl 20:00 på kvällen utan andra i kö. Rummet var kallt och skönt i värmen, rent och bra utrustat med kylskåp, rent och ordning, trevlig inredning. Enda negativa var att det var otroligt lyhört. Hörde varje ord en man sa när han pratade i telefonen på sitt rum flera rum bort i korridoren.

Conoscendo già il gruppo Sina Hotels abbiamo prenotato ad occhi chiusi questa struttura a Parma e fin dai primi passi, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Servizio eccellente al front desk, durante le colazioni e nei vari momenti di relax. Il direttore è stato sempre disponibile al dialogo, indicandoci ottimi suggerimenti per una cena in città.

Seen not very good reviews of this property on various platforms but was far enough to walk from the station without being in the immediate vicinity of station. We know people who live in Parma and they advised to stay clear of the station area as it is dodgy, especially at night, so this left us with little choice. However, it was better than expected. Staff are not the warmest (except an Asian receptionist who was always friendly). Room was large and quite smart looking and in generally good condition. Even so, we had a few issues after checking in but they were resolved quickly and without fuss. Wifi and a/c worked fine. Bathroom was good with large towels and decent toiletries. Breakfast was adequate but if you came down to eat towards the end of breakfast time there was not too much left and the few breakfast staff did nothing to replenish. Location to town centre was good and what was particularly nice was that the road the hotel was on was lined with lime trees and the the blossoms were in bloom and the air smelt lovely.

Nice hotel , very close to the station and all places of interest . I was checked in earlier - the room was ready. The staff tried to accommodate my requests-as a tea kettle in the room. My bed was comfortable, air conditioning was working well. Breakfast was modest but nice. My only negative thing- instead of a shower was a bath. I find it inconvenient climbing in.. But if in Parma, will consider to comeback.

Bra hotell alldeles vid gamla staden. Gångavstånd till alla sevärda byggnader. Domen i staden var något alldeles särskilt. Har aldrig sett en kyrka så utsmyckad. Helt otroligt. Och staden i sig bjuder ju så gärna på sina godheter, så som Parmaskinka och Parmesanost. Då otroligt gott. Parma är klart värt ett besök om man tycker om kultur och mat !

The room was tidy and small, but perfect for our two night stay. The location was a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the downtown area and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, but the coffee maker only made one coffee at a time, and one of the two machines were not working, this made for a long wait for coffee.

The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning worked well but the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some areas that clearly had mold in the shower. The staff were excellent and the included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The location was also very good, just a 10 min walk from the main city centre with lots of restaurants and shops. There is no hotel parking. You can park overnight on the street from 7:00pm until 8:30am, however finding a spot was a challenge. There is a paid parking lot nearby but would not fit a larger multi-person van

A very pleasant hotel, conveniently located but quiet and calm. Room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was continental but had a good variety. Minor annoyances were slamming doors in the morning and the overall temperature being quite hot, but these do not detract from a very comfortable stay overall.

Bathroom was wonderful. Breakfast good. Advertised as having a restaurant but didn't. Fellow in bar made an effort to make sure our drinks had lots of lemons. However, he delivered mini bar refills; knocked, then just came in. A tall, blond, curly haired woman at the front desk was very helpful with a problem we were having with Verona b&b

Jonna at reception was marvelous. She checked to see if my room would be ready early, just in from Transatlantic flight. Much appreciated. She also showed me on the mapwgere everything was. All in walking distance. The breakfast was not that great. Bacon and sausages not hot, sitting in grease. Room was very comfortable.

Stayed at the hotel while visiting Parma. The hotel was very accessible from the train station, and a short 10 minute walk to the center of the city along a shopping street full with bakeries, area product stores, and cafes. The staff at this somewhat dated hotel was excellent and extremely friendly, and made our stay a very pleasant one. Rooms were adequate, albeit a bit dark due to the dark wooden floors and cabinetry. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, but with two exceptions: terrible coffee out of a machine and very bad juice selection. These two exceptions were perhaps the worst we had in our three-week trip to Emilia Romagna. It is a pity, considering that the people, location, and basic services of the hotel were extremely good. If they improved these details, the stay at this hotel would improve dramatically.

Hotel céntrico y cerca de la estación. Flojea el desayuno, los huevos revueltos incomibles (¿qué tipo de huevina usan?). Los huevos duros eran de gallinas enanas y cocidos varios días antes. Una pena que en Parma el hotel te ponga queso de supermercado para desayunar.

I understand why this hotel has the received top ratings. My room was large, very clean and soundproof. They provide you with robes and slippers. I love how they also give you 2 vanity kits and provide hand soap, shower gel and hair conditioner. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. The only criticism I have is that the view out of my room was not very nice but again I did not sit outside since it was too hot. I would recommend replacing the outdoor chairs on my balcony as they looked dirty and weathered. The hotel is perfectly located close to the train station and all of the venues that most people visit. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Parma.
