L’hotel dichiara di avere un punto di carica elettrica x auto. In realtà è una carica pubblica non dell’hotel. Anche se è davanti all’hotel. Quindi sei obbligato a perdere tempo una volta terminata la carica a scendere in strada per spostare l’auto per evitare di continuare a pagare il collegamento e prendere una multa.

Tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Dass man im Hallenbad eine Bademütze braucht erfährt leider erst vor Ort und muss diese kaufen. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Parkplätze ebenfalls. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Il parcheggio é facile, anche se la sera con palestra quello esterno si riempe, tuttavia c’é un park interrato riservato all’hotel. Personale molto gentile. Camera pulita, ma ho patito freddo la notte, e soprattutto ho dovuto sollecitare un po’ troppe volte la mancanza di acqua calda.

The hotel was pretty good and on paper all looked great. BUT on arrival at 23.15 in torrential rain the concierge refused to ket us use the lift from the underground car park and we got absolutely soaked having to walk round the outside. The plug in my bath didnt work so I was unable to have a bath and the breakfast options were tired and not topped up at 8.45am when we came down.

This hotel is slightly out of the centre but would now be my first choice when visiting Treviso. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to actually check in but they made sure drinks and snacks were available while we waited. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and although reception can control room aircon, they were more than happy to lower the temperature to a refreshing 19c (B&B Treviso take note). The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and drinks. It’s a shame we didn’t have our swimming costumes with us as we would have taken advantage of this facility

Location molto bella, personale gentile e professionale hanno fatto il possibile per gestire l'affollamento dei giorni di Pasqua. Colazione ricca ed abbondante. Cura ed attenzione alle protezioni anti covid uniche, veramente efficienti e ben fatte, complimenti. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo. Avrebbe potuto essere perfetto se il condizionamento centralizzato della stanza fosse stato piu gestibile dal cliente (non si poteva scedere sotto i 19 gradi come avrei preferito). Comunque soddisfatto del soggiono di due notti, grazie.

The whole period of my stay went very well, the only thing I have to comment negatively on was the service in the restaurant at breakfast time. During my stay there, I almost didn't have breakfast, because the eggs were always cold and there wasn't frequent replenishment. That was the main reason I wanted to go down just to have a cup or two of black coffee and one day, I arrived at the restaurant at 10:15 am - knowing that the breakfast service ended at 10am. I saw the waiters moving around starting to remove some items from the buffet and I asked if I could just have a cup of coffee. The waitress went to get it for me and asked for my room number to charge it. It is not for the amount to be paid, but for the inflexible attitude.

I must like this place because I have stayed here 3 years running on my way to my annual skiing trip in the Dolomites. My Easyjet flights into Venice tend to land early evening but too late to travel to the ski resort. This hotel is well located about 1hr or less from Venice Airport and just off the main motorway. The hotel is comfortable and food is cheap and cheerful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Niewiele działa w hotelu tak jak powinno. Jako złoty klient mieliśmy prawo do pokoju o podwyższonym standarcie. Otrzymaliśmy pokój dostosowany dla inwalidów . Jeszcze takiego nie potrzebuje. Po długim tłumaczeniu otrzymaliśmy inny pokój. Standardowy na pewno nie opodwyższonym standarcie ale zato 3 osobowy dzięki czemu w pokoju było ciężko się poruszać. Przyobiecaną przez Hotels butelkę wina dostaliśmy po długiej dyskusji.

Proffessionalitá, disponibilitá, gentilezza, prontezza nell'aiutare, accomodanti. Dalla prima all'ultima delle persone in questo albergo sono state oltre alle aspettative. In quanto al albergo, molto curato nei dettagli, molto pulito ed anche bello. La nostra stanza non si faceva mancare nulla, era silenziosa e luminosa. Il nostro soggiorno in questo albergo è stato eccezionale e lo raccomandiamo senza dubbio. Se dovessimo tornare a Treviso, torneremo sicuramente.

It may not be a fair evaluation since it was Christmas day. However, it is the hospitality industry and they were open. I did not receive a response weeks earlier when I asked if we could book massages. Upon arrival, we learned that the spa--which was the primary reason for our booking there--was closed. The main dining room was also closed. And since the location was out of the main downtown area, there was no other local choice for dinner outside of their pizzeria. The room was clean. But strangely, there was only an outlet on one side of the bed. Treviso is a delightful town. We would choose to stay somewhere in the downtown area next time.

Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmes Hotel. Freundliches Personal, nicht so laut und entspannte Atmosphäre. Für Italien, wo man durchaus mal Pech haben kann bezüglich Zustand und Sauberkeit, hervorragend. Sehr sauber und kein abgenutzter Zustand. Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant sehr gut. Die Lage ist nichts besonderes, in die Innenstadt läuft man 20-30 Minuten. Dafür aber relativ nah am Flughafen (5-10 min Auto). Das Frühstück mussten wir uns mitnehmen in Form einer Frühstücksbox/Tüte, weil wir zu früh abgereist sind. Hier deutlich verbesserungsfähig! Leider typisch italienisch. Kleine Flasche Wasser, ein Joghurt, eingeschweißtes, trockenes Croissant und Toastbrot. Sollte man möglichst drauf verzichten.

Strategicamente a sud di Treviso, perfetto sia per visitare la città ma anche per una gita a Venezia, Mestre dista 25 minuti con i suoi comodi parcheggi. Sottolineo grandi tranquillità, pulizia, ampio parcheggio e una piscina che per i bambini aiuta sempre. Più che discreto ristorante accanto all'hotel, per i più pigri. Assolutamente valido!!

Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber, tolles Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bus nach Venedig fährt direkt gegenüber vor der Haustür ab und es ist nicht weit zum Flughafen, ins Zentrum oder zum Bahnhof.
