Fantastic staff, very s friendly and helpful. Great location, at the bus and water bus station. Beautiful views of the lagoon. 1st floor extension had a nice rooftop terrace, we enjoyed drinks and a snack there. Thought it would be loud, but it was quiet, we all slept well. Beach was a bit of a walk, but shopping and local restaurants were great. We will stay there again.

This property was nice and breakfast was goos. The location was great. Unfortunately, the AC didnt work well in our room and it wasnt even full summer yet. It was so hot. The quadruple room included a folding cot. The private beach deal offered was a little co fusing. Im not sure if I'd recommend that. Note that this is in Venice, but on Lido which is about a 45 minute water taxi ride to the heart of venice.

personal sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend!!!! kleines hotel am lido bei der vaporettoanlegestelle. fruehstueck hatte alles was ein italienisches fruehstueck nicht hat! zimmer sauber und schoen eingerichtet; nichts abgewohnt und alt! man fuehlt sich wohl in diesem hotel mit blick auf venedig! zum schoenen strand sind es ca. 500 meter. hotel liegt ideal fuer einen venedigurlaub, sowohl meer als auch lagune mit venedig! man ist hier noch gerne gesehener gast, so war der eindruck bei meinem 4-tages ausflug!

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff on reception were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect location opposite the water station. Roof terrace had a stunning view and as a solo traveller I would highly recommend staying here. Only negatives are that there wasn't many plug sockets and only English channel on the tv was bbc news, but who needs a tv when in Venice anyway!

Outre une terrasse exceptionnelle au 1er étage, personnel au petit soin et très disponible, de belles ballades à proximité à réaliser côté plage ou sur le front de mer. Petit déjeuner appréciable.

This is a friendly hotel in a great location. Perfect for visiting Venice without getting caught up in the extreme tourist areas. Our room was small and basic, but comfortable enough, and the breakfasts kept us going for the best part of some very active days. You really are paying for the location. It's a short walk to the beach and a nice long one down the island if you're so inclined. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but be aware that some are far better than others. Get up early and take the number 1 Vaporetto for a great tour across to Venice and down the Grand Canal. If you're lucky you'll get the outdoor seats.

The hotel itself is at best a 2/3 star hotel. The decor is totally outdated and worn. Our room was prepared with clean sheets but apart from that pretty much everything is negative. The furniture & carpets were old & worn - had a musty smell which was unwelcoming. Lights & sockets are impractical (if you have electronic devices you want to charge bring your own extension & adapters to avoid disappointment !!) The A/C was ok working but clearly hadn’t been cleaned or serviced. The cleanliness is definately not to modern day standards. This hotel needs a makeover & updated with modern practical functions. (The bathroom doesn’t have any winfow or extractor fan - so that tells you a lot in itsel!) The breakfast is basic but what gives it a real cheap feel is that you get served ‘Orange or fruit drink’ from a machine rather than fresh Orange /Apple juices. Truly you realise where you are once you come for breakfast ! The main staff are helpful and try their best to help with whatever is needed. The best thing about this hotel is the location next to the ferry terminal. Lido itself is great as it allows you to be away from the real hustle of Venice mainland itself without being too far (20min ferry to get to main area St. Marks for exsmple). Practical but truly underwhelming !!

Great location for a quiet stay outside of Venice with only a 15 minute waterbus away from St Marks Square. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety for everyone. The room had a great view of the water and was kept clean on a daily basis. Would stay here again and I would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Housekeeping war top, und das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl. Die Lage dierkt am Vaporetto-Stop ist ideal, aber kann etwas laut sein. Die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Leider war die Klimaanlage so laut, dass wir sie nachts nicht nutzen konnten.

Property was very nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Room was a good location and not bad for the size of it. Shower was tiny, tv didn’t work and it was super hot in the room. Those would be the only downfalls. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we couldn’t cool it off at all.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the big boat station. The boat takes approx 20 minutes to Venice San Marco square. Nice to walk to the beach on Lido, takes approx 10-15 minutes. Main street with restaurants. Our attic room for 4 persons was quite big and tidy and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of bread, cereals, egg, fruit, sweets. The only negative thing was that the A/C did not work in April (winter season). It blew out hot air! The solution from the staff was to have the window wide open, but then it was a bit noisy.
The hotel is perfectly located next to the big boat station. The boat takes approx 20 minutes to Venice San Marco square. Nice to walk to the beach on Lido, takes approx 10-15 minutes. Main street with restaurants. Our attic room for 4 persons was quite big and tidy and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of bread, cereals, egg, fruit, sweets. 立地は大変良く満足です。スタッフもフレンドリーでよかつたです。 部屋の設備が故障してたり、Wi-Fiが夜中から突然切れて翌日も全然繋がりませんでした。 朝食はとても質素で、残念でした。 コーヒが不味くてびっくりしました。 機械の中を開けていたので見たところ、粉でした。カフェオレが今まで飲んだことがないほど不味かったのですが、スキムミルクでも入っていたのかと思いました。 四つ星ホテルとは思えなかったです。

We paid for an upgrade with a view when we arrived. The room we stayed in the AC did not work, so we had to open the windows. There was loud traffic getting off the water taxis every 20 minutes until about 3 am making it difficult to sleep. We changed rooms and it was better. The staff was polite and helpful.

Couldn’t ask for more, great location opposite water taxi overlooking the water & great views, fantastic advice regarding tourist dos & donts & little tricks to save money. Only issues being that the WiFi doesn’t work & cleaner left door ajar but hotel Apologetic & went out there way to make amends

Get up early and take the number 1 Vaporetto for a great tour across to Venice and down the Grand Canal. If you're lucky you'll get the outdoor seats.
This is a friendly hotel in a great location. Perfect for visiting Venice without getting caught up in the extreme tourist areas. Our room was small and basic, but comfortable enough, and the breakfasts kept us going for the best part of some very active days. You really are paying for the location. It's a short walk to the beach and a nice long one down the island if you're so inclined. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but be aware that some are far better than others. I wouldnt stay here for free. The bed is uncomfortable, the TV didnt work, the air conditioner didnt work. The shower was not good. Save your money and stay in a hotel.

The room was lovely, the staff were fantastic, friendly and even gave some good tips on where to eat and what water buses to use to see places. And the position of the hotel made it so easy to get to and from the water bus terminal and the breakfast was very nice with the selection available. Would recommend to stay here if visiting venice as its nice and close by water bus to venice.

Loved the proximity tothe water taxi. Just across the street. Restaurants and shopping stores are nearby. Breakfast buffet was really good. Good options. The room is clean and the the hotel itself. Lastly, the staff were good especially Matilde, who really helped a lot. Geat member of staff. Real asset.

Without a doubt, the friendliness and suggestions of Eugenio and Francesca made our stay at the Hotel Panorama an experience to treasure. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of pastries, fruit, eggs and breakfast meats. Eugenio himself made our cappucinos. Multo, multo bene.

Nice location with excellent access to the water bus at Lido. 10 minutes from beach. The property is however badly managed. The mattresses are old and creaky, the beds are covered with these awful looking coverings that I am not sure are freshly laundered. Air conditioning in our room was inadequate and the dials to control malfunctioned. The manager in the front, Francesca, was not helpful on basic requests. The other girl at the front desk was the only saving grace at this property. Avoidable.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, direkt am alilaguna und Vaporetto Anleger, dennoch leise Zimmer. Sehr geräumig und hübsch, Bett komfortabel, Service mehrsprachig und sehr freundlich! Frühstücksbuffet alles was man braucht, empfehlenswert! Für Venedig eine gute Alternative zu den teuren 2 Sterne Hotels im Zentrum!

Mycket bra och trevlig hotell. Nära till båthamnen och huvudgatan på ön till alla restauranger och butiker. Väldigt lugn område och enkelt att ta sig till huvudön Venedig och andra som Murano och Burano. Frukosten var normal inte mycket att välja på.

The hotel itself is at best a 2/3 star hotel. The decor is totally outdated and worn. Our room was prepared with clean sheets but apart from that pretty much everything is negative. The furniture & carpets were old & worn - had a musty smell which was unwelcoming. Lights & sockets are impractical (if you have electronic devices you want to charge bring your own extension & adapters to avoid disappointment !!) The A/C was ok working but clearly hadn’t been cleaned or serviced. The cleanliness is definately not to modern day standards. This hotel needs a makeover & updated with modern practical functions. (The bathroom doesn’t have any winfow or extractor fan - so that tells you a lot in itsel!) The breakfast is basic but what gives it a real cheap feel is that you get served ‘Orange or fruit drink’ from a machine rather than fresh Orange /Apple juices. Truly you realise where you are once you come for breakfast ! The main staff are helpful and try their best to help with whatever is needed. The best thing about this hotel is the location next to the ferry terminal. Lido itself is great as it allows you to be away from the real hustle of Venice mainland itself without being too far (20min ferry to get to main area St. Marks for exsmple). Practical but truly underwhelming !!

Property was very nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Room was a good location and not bad for the size of it. Shower was tiny, tv didn’t work and it was super hot in the room. Those would be the only downfalls. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we couldn’t cool it off at all.

Great location for a quiet stay outside of Venice with only a 15 minute waterbus away from St Marks Square. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety for everyone. The room had a great view of the water and was kept clean on a daily basis. Would stay here again and I would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the big boat station. The boat takes approx 20 minutes to Venice San Marco square. Nice to walk to the beach on Lido, takes approx 10-15 minutes. Main street with restaurants. Our attic room for 4 persons was quite big and tidy and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of bread, cereals, egg, fruit, sweets. The only negative thing was that the A/C did not work in April (winter season). It blew out hot air! The solution from the staff was to have the window wide open, but then it was a bit noisy.

The best hotel—the quality of service, the attentiveness, and the hospitality were all excellent. I highly recommend it. The location is perfect for catching the bus and exploring the area, with great transport links to everywhere; it is close to everything—supermarkets, clothing stores, the beach, and restaurants. The service in the breakfast area was excellent, and the food was superb. The room was very clean and beautiful, offering lovely views. When I return to Venice, I want to stay at this hotel again. I recommend it.

Beautiful hotel with really nice view. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. We were in the attic bedroom for only 1 night. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working enough to cool down the little room and the day was really hot. It was really hot in the room. The girl from the front desk was able to find a fan to help, but it was just moving the hot air around. Sleep was really difficult for the whole family.
