The check-in process was extremely frustrating. I received a link to check in online and entered my credit card information as requested, assuming this would streamline the process. However, when I arrived at the front desk, I was told I needed to provide a $50 cash deposit for incidentals. I explained that I had already provided my credit card online for that purpose, but the clerk continued to insist on a cash deposit and then requested my card again. This felt inconsistent and made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. While the bed was comfortable, there was visible dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. Breakfast was also below expectations. Subpar to say the least. I will sleep in my car before I use this hotel again! I will also send a message to Wyndham. At this point, they will let anyone use their name.
