Poodle friendly hotel, a $15 pet fee. It was a nice hotel to sleep at. Big grassy area so you can walk your dog.

Check in was easy, and staff friendly. :) Room was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was so good (many different items), with coffee 24/7. Only issue was noise outside the room when people got back from clubs at 2am. Good value for place!

The hotel parking lot was very empty so it concerned us at first. Inside was very clean. Clerk was friendly. Room was clean and the bathroom was VERY clean.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was great, the location was excellent, and they let me park my motorcycle right in front of the the office window. Overall, it was a great stay! Thank you!

If you have a dog be prepared to pay extra each night per dog. Did have large grassy areas/dog bags & picnic table, no fence. Clean room, but if looking for hot shower will not happen stayed multiple nights and took shower at different times during the day and could not get hot water only warm. Breakfast decent.

Nice place for an overnight stay. So far only down side is parking is only on the south side. If your room is on the north side you cannot look out and see your vehicle. Lady at the front desk was outstanding. Mountain Home seems to be a very nice town.

Clean, well maintained, bargain, rooms surprisingly large for price, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, cold AC, cereal, yogurt, hot waffles and coffee for breakfast, lobby is small but I don't spend time in the lobby

The room was nice the bed was comfortable the bathroom needed help there was mold around tub a hole in the ceiling and just plain dirty. Next door to a Casey's across the street from a Harp's which was nice. Breakfast was simple but did the trick. I would probably stay again but they do need to address the bathroom.

Nice people, helpful regarding neighbors loud TV. Housekeeping did a poor job. Didn’t properly clean bathroom (faucet smudges), floor dirty (after walking I stepped in to the shower and found dirt from the floor, asked them to mop but it didn’t improve)

This was our first time staying at Super8 in Mountain Home, AR. Pros: The beds were comfortable. Large frig with microwave and coffee maker. Television worked great. Lots of channels to choose from. Cons: The floor is laminate. It was swept but possibly not mopped in a while. Our feet/socks got pretty dirty just walking around the room. The tub/shower had lots of mildew in the grout. There are no lamps whatsoever in the room. Only very bright ceiling lights. Overall: Basic hotel room with decent amenities. The room could've used a good deep cleaning in the corners, walls, bathroom, floors. But comfy beds with clean sheets.

We had no hot water most of the time. Breakfast is frozen muffins, cereal, frozen sausage biscuits and waffles. No a true breakfast so don't be fooled. Bed wast dirty with blood stains on the sheets.

Check in was great, the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant. There was a bit of mold/mildew where the shower tile meets the tub but looking at the rest of the work of a semi-recent remodel, that’s more on the unqualified contractors that were hired. All in all a great stay, especially for the price.

The hall ways were dirty never cleaned the stairway was dirty the room was not terrible but was also not very clean we had 4 people in our room and was only given 3 towels seemed like it was a problem when asked for another one we stayed 3 days after the second day we turned in our towel and asked for fresh towels only gave us 3 again

Really like this motel. Have stayed there several times. This time on our second night we had “next door neighbors” and could hear every sound they made through the walls.

The hotel was really reasonable price. But the walls and sealing were paper thin.was on the first floor.could here everything.the doors super heavy.slammed a lot.the rooms were updated.very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I despise "platform" beds that require a step ladder to get into them. OK, bit of an exaggeration, but I prefer a bed that when I sit on the side my feet touch the floor and not dangle 8 inches off the floor. Also I preferred a ground floor room, and I could have gotten one EXCEPT I paid ahead of time when I scheduled the room. I won't make that mistake again.

The microwave wouldn't open or close right. The lamp by the bed wouldn't work. The hot water for showers didn't work. And and the tv didn't work.

First time in Mountain Home. Beautiful place and i will visit again. The stay was great, quiet clean n the bed was just perfect! Convenient to everything and the staff gentleman bwhind thevdesk was awesome!!

Drug deals in the hotel next door, the room was okay but the bathroom had no hot water at 330 am, the baseboards were dirty, the beds look like someone had been sitting on top of them. We were moved to a "quieter" location but it appeared that this location had many permanent residence. Front desk staff were great.

Dave Patel and his team do a very good job. I have stayed here about 7 times and each time it is clean, and consistent. Dave is usually at the front desk helping customers with all requests.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Mountain Home. Very nice and friendly staff that even gave us an upgrade so we would not have to walk up stairs. We are both over 70 years of age. The room was super clean and bed was comfortable. Very pleased for the price and location. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Great affordable option in Mountain Home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Quiet with a good location. Breakfast is sparse, but I’m a Raisin Bran and coffe person so perfect for me. Good nights sleep.

I've stayed at this Super 8 multiple times over the years. It is convenient walking distance to three restaurants that we frequent. The quality is what you would expect from a Super 8 for the price you pay. I'll go again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was great, the location was excellent, and they let me park my motorcycle right in front of the the office window. Overall, it was a great stay! Thank you!

They charged me for an extra night that I was not there. The breakfast is a joke it's cold muffins frozen sausage biscuits and a waffle maker and cereal. Not what I would call a breakfast

We had no hot water most of the time. Breakfast is frozen muffins, cereal, frozen sausage biscuits and waffles. No a true breakfast so don't be fooled. Bed wast dirty with blood stains on the sheets.

Check in was easy, and staff friendly. :) Room was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was so good (many different items), with coffee 24/7. Only issue was noise outside the room when people got back from clubs at 2am. Good value for place!

Quick check in was great. No king bed was available on the 1st floor inspite f reservations. I disabled and they had no elevator. Ɓreakfast was minimal but adequate. Very clean hotel.

It was clean abd the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast was sad. Cheap packages rolls, horrible coffee and more if the same.

If you have a dog be prepared to pay extra each night per dog. Did have large grassy areas/dog bags & picnic table, no fence. Clean room, but if looking for hot shower will not happen stayed multiple nights and took shower at different times during the day and could not get hot water only warm. Breakfast decent.

The breakfast bar should offer carb-free options, like hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. The scent of the room de-odorizer was overwhelming. The room was very modern, clean, and convenient.

Clean, well maintained, bargain, rooms surprisingly large for price, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, cold AC, cereal, yogurt, hot waffles and coffee for breakfast, lobby is small but I don't spend time in the lobby

I stayed this hotel every other weekend for my nursing clinical at hospital last weekend there’s no towel in rack. I didn’t bother to ask. But i told the front desk guy Sunday morning before I checked out about the towels. I called them because they charged me extra $50 in my bills. Called them about and i found out they charged me for the towels that I haven’t have. They should hold accountable that they didn’t put any towels in there. They said manager gonna call me still waiting. Screwed up everything now I don’t think Im going to stay in that place again. It makes me think that they done this to others before. I am not staying in the place again. That’s really aggravating me because thinking about charging a towel that i never have in that room.

The only reason I gave this place four stars is because of the first impression I got. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and everything worked. The one thing that bothered me was when I walked in, the young lady behind the desk was taking a phone call and wouldn't look at me. Okay, that's business, I get it, but then she took a second call before acknowledging me. All the other staff were great as well. Yeah, I may be over-emphasizing the rudeness of the young lady, but as they say, "You never get a second cahnce to make a first impression."
