Great property however, wish I had known that they were doing renovations. Pool area and pool were out of service due to renovations.....protective covering was in one of the two elevators and on the first floor as work continued during the duration of my stay. Service was excellent. Room and gathering areas were clean, spacious and very nice. All personnel I interacted with were top notch! Hotel was exceptional for price and services.

I chose this hotel for a one-night stay based on its convenient location, 12 PM checkout time, and the availability of a pool—especially since we planned a relaxing pool day after a long day at the Grand Canyon. Even more disappointing, the pool was already taken over by construction crews and completely unusable, again without any prior notice. TV in crazy place, could only see from an angle. On Saturday night, motorcycle revving and cycle meetings outside until 3am. I do understand that they are undergoing a remodel and this will make the place a bit more contemporary. Price was good.

The hotel is very old, a little run-down. Shower was slow to drain, bathroom door was very worn out and chipping. Carpets were dirty and trash was on the floors and on tables near elevators everyday of our stay.

The hotel is under construction. The front entrance blocked and very poor signage directing u around to back of hotel There is no lobby or lobby bar. Check in was at a folding table in an empty room. Outside in the hall was a snack center Elevators were filthy with construction materials and torn up cardboard on the floor Requested housekeeping and at 4 pm room was still unserved It took 3 phone calls and maid said we were not on list!!!! Night staff were extraordinary kind and hospitable. Coffee was weak. It was a deplorable experience and not conducive to working on a business trip.

The room had what appeared to be hair balls in two of the corners and it just had an overall feeling of unclean. The room I stayed in showed signs of wear and the tv did not work (cable was not functioning properly). The location was great, but there are better option in the area.

The room was "nice" looking. Didn't think anything bad would happen. We got the hotel for 1 night. Checked in on Friday, explored Scottsdale and came back to the room and went to sleep. Woke up around 6 a.m, something didn't feel right..... Pulled back the sheets and there they were... Bed bugs.... We packed our stuff and left in a heart beat. The rep in the front was very helpful, and gave a refund for our stay. I hope this helps anyone who decides to stay there. Check your bed!

The staff were attentive and helpful but the property needs more attention to cleanliness. One of the beds in my double room had a fresh looking black stain on the sheets so I slept in the other bed. The blackout curtains had dirty handprints, The wall above the headboard of one bed had liquid splash stains on the wall.

We booked a king and got two double beds which is fine if it's just a quick trip but my husband and I were doing a relaxing staycation where we had to sleep apart. It completely ruined the vibe. The front desk said they would fix it for our second night but they never called and we didn't want the hassle after already unpacking and were just annoyed with this place overall. If you're looking for a quick stay this hotel does the job but if you think you're going to be relaxing and enjoying the room look elsewhere. There is a nightclub that shares the parking lot which got loud at times. It made sense why they were ear plugs provided in our room when we arrived. Cleanliness was pretty good. We had to absolutely slam the bathroom door if we wanted it to shut. Overall outdated. Highly recommend they upgrade to smart TVs

This property is directly next to a very loud nightclub. Not only was the club blaring loud music all night, the parking lot was a cruize zone for cars blaring their bass. It was so disappointing and we got almost zero sleep because our room wason the second floor DIRECTLY next to the club and all the noise. Do not stay here on the weekends if you want a relaxing experience. Thumbs down that there is no disclaimer that this is a LOUD area and this property is in the club district.

The room was very spacious for the price point. The room was divided into two parts, with the seating area and kitchenette away from the bed/bathroom area. When parking, be sure to park in the designated area to avoid having your vehicle towed. Overpriced restaurants are within walking distance if you find yourself hungry in the middle of the night. Overall, I have a good place to lodge when I am in Scottsdale.

Location was great, lots to do and the hotel is clean and well equipped with what you’d need otherwise you’ll find things all around. All the staff were fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Alyssa, when my AC went out she sprung into action fast and made sure I was made comfortable. It’s wonderful that Hyatt hires people they trust and you’re not waiting on some chain to decide if I can have AC or not. Super happy with my experience and will be back!

Very expensive for the quality. No bell boy. So we had to take our stuff up to our room ourselves using the cart. The front desk people were nice and would greet us every time. The rooms are dated but pretty spacious so it’s good for families. They don’t do room service unless you request it. We requested it and never came. We called them to service our room but only brought clean towels and didn’t clean the room. Does not include breakfast which I believe they should for the price they charge. I rather pay $400 more to stay at the W hotel where I’ll probably have better service and look newer and cleaner. They do the bare minimum. So that was a turn off. But not a horrible experience. Just sucks we paid so much for what the hotel offers. Oh! And the ice machine was at a different floor.

The hotel is under construction. The front entrance blocked and very poor signage directing u around to back of hotel There is no lobby or lobby bar. Check in was at a folding table in an empty room. Outside in the hall was a snack center Elevators were filthy with construction materials and torn up cardboard on the floor Requested housekeeping and at 4 pm room was still unserved It took 3 phone calls and maid said we were not on list!!!! Night staff were extraordinary kind and hospitable. Coffee was weak. It was a deplorable experience and not conducive to working on a business trip.

Reserved room with two beds month ago. Arrived and they says no two bed rooms available and daughter has to sleep on pullout couch. Arranged for partial refund but her asthma from dust on pullout was terrible. Asked for and got a room with two beds the next day but the AC was not cooling the room enough for a comfortable sleep. So, all in all, not very good.

This property is directly next to a very loud nightclub. Not only was the club blaring loud music all night, the parking lot was a cruize zone for cars blaring their bass. It was so disappointing and we got almost zero sleep because our room wason the second floor DIRECTLY next to the club and all the noise. Do not stay here on the weekends if you want a relaxing experience. Thumbs down that there is no disclaimer that this is a LOUD area and this property is in the club district.

We had a great two night stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was good-nothing fancy but clean and the staff were really friendly. Best part was the location. It was about a block from the heart of activity in Scottsdale and I loved the walkability of the location. Definitely recommend as a good hub for activity in Scottsdale.

Guests should be aware of the fact that there is a night club adjacent to the hotel. Excessive noise was generated by the patrons every night of my weekend stay resulting in my sleep being interrupted between 1 and 3 am. Hopefully it is quieter during the week.

Staff was quick to check us in, parking lot could have use a little more sense of security, parking lot very open to public. Elevators needed upkeep. Rooms were clean and spacious, definitely good for the price. Close to many restaurants and attractions.

Very pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. Rooms are quite roomy. Very safe place with lots happening within walking distance. Our only disappointed was that they no longer offer complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is under major construction, which was not told to me, or factored into the price. There was no real breakfast. Someone had booked the room that breakfast is normally served in, so the only available breakfast options were frozen/microwaved Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, and small boxes of cereal.

Perfect central location to explore Scottsdale on foot. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Room is large with sitting area, bathroom on the smaller side but adequate. Aircon thermostat was fiddly to adjust to get the right temperature and airflow. Breakfast was good, parking easy and staff were friendly. From reviews I read I knew there’s a nightclub next door, so ensure to ask for room away from it on nights they’re open.

The breakfast that is no longer free was horrible. Eggs you had to eat with a spoon they were so dry and crumbly. A lack of food out there. There was a line waiting to eat. I have no issues paying 12 bucks for breakfast, but it needs to be at least average. This was very sub-par. Pool area was so-so at best. However, the bartender was very good and a great ambassador for Hyatt.

The hotel was really nice, location was good. Really close to the downtown area and staff was really friendly. However, we had multiple rooms nearby that were extremely loud throughout the night slamming doors and talking pretty loudly. Unfortunately the hotel is located right next to a club which appears some of their customers must have been staying in the rooms nearby. Nothing wrong being close to the club, just don’t need the club moving to the rooms next to my room. I will say we didn’t pay a lot for the stay and so I didn’t really complain to the people because you pay for what you get. So… I’ll pay more somewhere else next time.
