Anaheim Hotel was GREAT! The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was awesome, we could see the fireworks at night, we loved the balcony. The hotel itself was updated and clean. Pizza place on site was convenient and they were always ontop of getting you a drink at the pool. The ONLY thing we were bummed about was that they hotel was hosting an event (vidcom) and they closed the pool for a couple of days. I wish someone wouldve said something at checkin or at the least, posted a note on the pool gate that they had an agreement with another hotel allowing Anaheim guests access to their pool. Otherwise, all was fantastic!

Great, kitschy/retro hotel that is next door to the Anaheim Garden Walk (lots of restaurants, entertainment, etc.) and a short walk to Disneyland. Very popular place with celebrities in the 1950s or thereabouts, and they try to maintain a lot of that flavor. Has a great on-site pizza-and-craft-beer place, a nice bar in the lobby, a gigantic pool, outdoor games like corn hole and a chess board, several hammocks, and an indoor TopGolf where you can play all sorts of interactive games (you have to book for a couple hours, and it costs >$100 for that, but great fun for kids and adults). They let us check in early, which was a huge help as we were moving from another hotel. I will likely try to stay here whenever I go to Anaheim.

Great location, cool retro vibe, the pool was pretty neat, but we didn't spend much time there because it was so easy to get to the parks. Disneyland was right across the street. Yay.

10-15 min walk to Disney for less then half the cost of the resort hotel...perfect. DJ at the pool, lemonade in the lobby, and friendly staff made this a great trip. We will be back.

Necey at the front desk was amazing!!! We went in hoping to get last minute reservations and she went above and beyond to find a room for 3 nights on one of Disney’s busiest weekend!!! We love the huge pool!!!! The location is the best for getting to the parks!!!

Close to Disneyland 5 minute walk and property felt safe. Stayed in room 130 floors were unvacuumed chip crumbs on floor between the beds, carpets covers in stains, large cup soap stain on bathroom counter and some sort of pill on floor by the wall in front of toilet. Room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping all the above issues remained, beds were made through. Pool was closed for private event both days and $29 per day for parking. Day ladies working the front desk were great.

Less than 15min walk to Disneyland! (Or DCA/ DTD). Pool was party-poppin with music. Its huge and has a real deep end! The hot tub was closed, unfortunately 😕. The staff is nice and helpful. The patio was so nice for my kids to play in a safe yet outside area! Can even see the fireworks 🎆

Loved that it was in walking distance of loads of shops, restaurants and of course Disney! The hotel itself was clean however our room wasn’t. When I turned on the water in the tub clumps of hair came out of the drain. We also had moths in the curtains. Not a hotel snob but need my bathroom to be clean!

The room we got was not updated and not clean. It felt like it was a Mitel 6. The bathroom was dirty. There were spiders throughout the room. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch so I couldn’t address it until we got back to the hotel at 10pm. The receptionist was really nice, but they had no other rooms available. Unfortunately I only took one photo.

The room was very clean, though there were some stains on the carpet. I never felt gross walking around barefoot. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I love how close they were to Disney and that they had free pitchers of ice cold water in the lobby.

This hotel was great! the 2 king bed room was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the pool and the staff! The Pizza restaurant was also very delicious and was a great value!! The only thing I would say we didnt like were the outlets in our room. There werent enough of them, and they would not hold our device chargers. Please upgrade your electrical outlets and radios to be able to plug in more usbc and usba outlets.

This is our third time staying at this property. We love how close it is to the parks, the look of the rooms, the pool, and the overall vibe. That said, if this stay were our first time, I probably would not book here again. Our room was a little run down compared to the other rooms we've stayed in before. The tub would not drain while we were showering so we would have ankle deep water by the end, the sink would not fully turn off unless you really tweeked the handle, and the latch on the bathroom door was on backwards, so the door didn't actually stay closed. and the bathroom overall looked really worn down. Again, this is 1 out of 3 stays, so we would of course try again knowing our other stays were good, but this room specifically was showing it's age.

This hotel is in a great location for Disneyland as it’s just a 5 minute walk to the park however the room itself could really use some TLC. The beds were ok however the heat/ac is just a window unit that constantly turns on and off all night and the bathroom is in need of an update. The shower head had a lot of deposits on it, low pressure and I didn’t feel the bathroom was very clean. For the price of a premium room expected more. We did however get to see the fireworks from our room and the pizza place was very handy at night.

I’ve machine was out a couple times but that is expected being across the street from Disneyland. About a 20 minute walk to get to the front gates of the park through security (with a couple strollers) and 15 to get back to our room. (Building with rooms in 100’s)

This property was a great location, a quick easy walk to and from Disneyland. The pillows and bed, a King, which is unheard of, were the best we have ever had in a hotel. We are actually purchasing the pillows they had.

As soon as you walk in the lobby it smells really good. Registration was easy and they were able to check me in sooner which was a plus for me and my kiddos. The room had a couple of issues but right away it was taken care of. The manager followed up to check in if the issues were resolved and asked if I needed anything else. Very friendly staff and it feels peaceful. The beds were super comfy. I will be recommending this hotel and will be staying here for future stays.

Love the location and vibe of this hotel. Super retro look. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is clean and comfortable with nice big rooms. The only bad thing was the front desk staff. Had a really weird interaction with a lady working nights. Just rude. The rest of the staff wasn’t rude per se but they also weren’t friendly at all. When we walked by the desk twice per day they avoided eye contact and never smiled or said hello. Even the guy who checked me in wasn’t friendly. The staff at the Pizza Press and the on site store were great! Very weird but I’d still stay there based on the location and the hotel itself. Hopefully they figure out what’s up with the front desk staff and that place will be perfect.

We checked in around midnight on 8/24/25 and we were welcomed with such enthusiasm and friendliness, even at such a late hour. It definitely felt like we were being welcomed home, just as Disney properties do. The neighboring pizza place was still open and they were as accommodating as check in at the front desk. The room was clean and so comfortable, and so convenient as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the park. We were greeted every time we walked past outside the front entrance to get to our room. We were so pleased with our choice of hotel for our trip. Thank you for making our first trip to Disneyland such a memorable one!

Excellent customer service, felt welcomed the moment I set foot on the premises, greeted by the parking lot staff, the front desk staff greeted with smiles, positive attitudes and helpful when we asked questions or needed answers, housekeeping was friendly and efficient, Cecilia was a pleasure to talk to and brought us extras needed amenities right away! Love the ambiance and it’s family friendly! One of the best hotels I’ve been to as a pass holder I can attest to this, definitely will be back!

We arrived quite a bit early before check-in and were able to utilize the pool, which was a fun, great atmosphere. Once our room was ready, Leo, the most amazing and sweet team member helped us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed for a good nights stay. there was a wedding going on the property rooms were well insulated that you couldn’t hear the outside noise. To make things even better, the property ahead of you of the Disneyland fireworks which we enjoyed. we can’t wait to come back.

Necey at the front desk was amazing!!! We went in hoping to get last minute reservations and she went above and beyond to find a room for 3 nights on one of Disney’s busiest weekend!!! We love the huge pool!!!! The location is the best for getting to the parks!!!

The biggest draw for us is that it is right across the street from Disneyland. At the end of the day, it is so nice to just walk across the street and crawl into bed. It is a quiet space. The hotel is also right next the Garden Walk.

The best part of this hotel is its location within 5 minutes walking distance to Disney. We enjoyed the room and pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We could see the Disney fireworks from our room!

This hotel was great! the 2 king bed room was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the pool and the staff! The Pizza restaurant was also very delicious and was a great value!! The only thing I would say we didnt like were the outlets in our room. There werent enough of them, and they would not hold our device chargers. Please upgrade your electrical outlets and radios to be able to plug in more usbc and usba outlets.

The hotel lobby looks amazing, but it smells super strong of Grandma's perfume. They have belhops that pretty much do nothing. We could not use a trolly to take our luggage from the car to the room, the trollys where locked up and our room was at the back of the property. The room was awful. It was so humid it was sticky and damp. The AC unit was on the floor which made the carpet moist. There was a fridge that sas more of a freezer and froze all of our items. There was no microwave in the room. One thing to mention is they do offer microwaves but you need to request them and its $15 to rent them for the duration of your stay or you can go to the hotel lobby to use their microwave, totally inconvenient. The coffee maker in the room has a 3 inch cord which didnt reach any of the outlets, so we have to plug it into the entertainment center. The water pressure was weak, it was more like a water mister than a shower. Some of the areas on the floor in our room where arched like the floorboards where warped and had a very loud creaking, we felt bad for the people below us They advertise breakfast at the Pizza Press but when we went in at 7:30a we were told we cant order till 11am. When checking out the hotel manager mention you need to reserve breakfast by 12am the night before. Which would have also been good to know about upon checkin in, along with the microwave rental. Parking is $29 a night. They advertise black out curtains, which where cut out to fit the AC unit.

Great, kitschy/retro hotel that is next door to the Anaheim Garden Walk (lots of restaurants, entertainment, etc.) and a short walk to Disneyland. Very popular place with celebrities in the 1950s or thereabouts, and they try to maintain a lot of that flavor. Has a great on-site pizza-and-craft-beer place, a nice bar in the lobby, a gigantic pool, outdoor games like corn hole and a chess board, several hammocks, and an indoor TopGolf where you can play all sorts of interactive games (you have to book for a couple hours, and it costs >$100 for that, but great fun for kids and adults). They let us check in early, which was a huge help as we were moving from another hotel. I will likely try to stay here whenever I go to Anaheim.

The hotel is in walking distance to Disneyland. It has a full bar and a pizza place that turns into a breakfast restraurant in the morning. There are little gardens and lawn games throughout. The pool looked really nice, they had a DJ there 1 night. The rooms were big. They had a fridge, iron, hairdrier, desk area, and a large counter space in the bathroom with a seperate shower and toilet. The beds were really comfortable. The AC/heater was really loud when it turned on then it quieted down.

We love this place and stay here every time we are in town for Disneyland. Rooms are so comfortable. The pool is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Pizza Press is delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Recommend candlewood suites which has better pet policies and shower/drain were working in very good condition/well maintained. Parking fee was waived and there were no surpise taxes like pet fee tax, CA tourism tax though am CA resident, etc.

Room was great, beds were so comfy. Only thing was when the AC turned off it would make a loud clunking noise and kept waking us up. If you're a heavy sleeper you could probably sleep through it.

Humidity was high in Anaheim during our visit but it actually felt so much higher INSIDE the room. The location was great and staff was friendly, but may reconsider staying here in the future because of the dampness in the room. Although the room was clean, the bed sheets felt damp, clothes ended up feeling damp and the air just felt heavy.
