Was an amazing first stay at the property. So spacious for the price. And reviewed weren’t kidding on it being a ten min walk. I did pay for the shuttle but we had no idea how to find it. So we just walked to Disneyland back. Rooms are so nice, the ac, the tv and the spacious bathroom. Super easy to find. Parking structure for an added fee. Very close to the freeway

Stayed 2 nights in the 1 bedroom suite with bunk beds. Full size on the top and bottom bunks and 1 king bed was perfect for the 6 of us. The walk to the security of Disneyland took about 11 minutes. The free breakfast was good enough to hold the kids over and the view from the rooftop tables were nice. The pool was centrally located as well as the gym. Overall not a bad spot if you’re looking to stay near Disneyland!

Really nice hotel with a good sized pool for the kids. Short walk to the Disney parks. There is also a takeout restaurant in the lobby which was very convenient and all the food was good.

Breakfast was good and did the job. Waffle bar and one style of egg and sausage. Cereal for kids plus chocolate donuts. Coffee or tea with three types of juice. Pool area was kinda small but empty during the mid day every day that we were there. Pool water seemed clean and slightly heated. Only thing that was slightly annoying was the location of the A/C if you tried using while you slept 69 was the max low and it blasted you right in the face all night long. Woke up with sinus and throat dryness.

Safety lights in the room on the steps never turned off. Light on the bathroom fan was a horror movie strobe through the whole night. Police lights right outside the window all night. One elevator nowhere near fixed so we were down to just one. And when we left early we couldn’t get a refund on our unused parking

The room was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tube were enjoyable. The continental breakfast was nice, lots of choices. Big rooms for large families. Wish there was more parking available. Walking distance to Disneyland.

Convenient location to Disney Resort except when staying until closing. Anywhere but on-site Disney hotels would feel like a long walk back. Hotel in great condition except one bank of elevators had one of two elevators out of service the whole time (one used to access the breakfast area). Great breakfast and underground paid parking (not free). Great housekeeping and hotel staff.

I took 2 of my Grandchildren to Disneyland for 3 days this past wk & stayed here for 4 nites. So happy I chose this hotel! Yummy free breakfast buffet which changed daily. Also a nice food onsite option offered many types of food w/several room service as well as eat there. Easy 12 min walk to parks was great. Always smells so good & inviting Nice pool & spa. Definetly will stay here again!

We've stayed at this hotel about 4 times and were always so happy to have stayed there in the past! It's been about 2 years since our previous visit (where we would have given 5 stars). Unfortunately in the past two years I think the hotel has gotten a lot more rundown, and the service and condition of the room is not great. We stayed for four nights and from the moment we checked in til the moment we checked out, our hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. It smelled like someone was dumping an ashtray into the ventilation system every hour. We alerted the staff about it every day. Starting on day 2 or 3 or our stay, the entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke, from the moment you left the elevator. They never looked into the cause or found the guest (or other issue) that was causing the problem. They sprayed some not-great-smelling cherry-cough-syrup-flavored air freshener the first two evenings we called the front desk. The third night, they literally just brought us the air freshener spray can and left. It was really unfortunate because we loved the bunkbed suites in the past, but will not be staying there again. Unfortunately the hotel isn't nearly as comfortable or clean as it used to be.

So not only is the property in a great location, but it’s also very clean. The breakfast in the morning was very clean and well organized, but we return not only just for the property but for the front desk staff, they are amazingly friendly they go above and beyond in helping Guest get what they need and it’s because of that that we always return. I have seen this property at least three or four times a year traveling from Arizona and it will always be on a priority list. I hope they never change their family friendly policies.:)

there was no housekeeping our whole stay other than taking away our trash. the room smelt abit musty like water damage. one night we woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke so we inquired and they told us someone was smoking below our window. the breakfast was a nice amenity, the hotel itself was presented nicely. there were afew questionable people outside by the 7/11 on our way back from the park which if i wasn't with my husband would make me feel uncomfortable. there was a nice play area for kids in the lobby, didn't have a chance to use the pools but they always looked well occupied

The room was huge and very clean. The staff was friendly and great location, within walking distance to the parks. The breakfast buffet was also great with many options. The only complaint was that I had asked housekeeping if it was possible to refill the conditioner in the shower and it was never refilled but I am sure she probably just forgot. We like to stay at different hotels every trip and this was our first stay here and will definitely be staying again.

Hotel was good location. No hot water early in the morning for the shower . Could’ve just been our room. Saw a roach in the hall. The breakfast was phenomenal before crushing Disneyland and California adventure. We called front desk about the roach and they immediately took care of it.

Very clean and service was exceptional. Rooms were spacious and the best part was the water pressure and how hot the shower would get. After a long day at Disneyland taking a hot shower that felt like a massage was wonderful. Easy walk to Disney 10 min. Breakfast was another plus. I would highly recommend.

This is the most clean hotel I ever been in!! Everything is spotless! Me and my family loved it!! We can’t wait to go back! Unfortunately I have no photos, because we were amazed by the cleanliness of the room,we check every place and it was perfect!!

The ac doesn’t go below 69 but they don’t tell you until you ask why your room isn’t getting cool. We can back from the park and even though the ac was on 69 when we were out the room was 75. They said I had to call down for late check out at 8am but the room phone didn’t work when I told the desk he said “you have a cell phone rihght?” I noted that it didn’t go directly to the front. Desk he gave me a card and said this number will. When it didn’t the next morning I had to go to the front desk turns out it was the card for the manager and went to his voicemail. They would up giving me “or saying. They were giving me Late check out” . When I went to check out they said I can’t give you your receipt bc without late checkout it auto. Checks you out at 11. (This guy was there at 8 when I was given late check out) he said oh I guess they didn’t put it in let me see if I can get you your receipt. I should note the receipt was I Important because they waived the parking fee bc of the inconvenience. Finally I got it but don’t be fooled by the proximity. Though it’s close to Disney you’ll have less than a magical experience here!!!!

Love the location and easy walk to Disneyland--you don't even have to cross a street. I also love the suite with two rooms for more privacy. The breakfast being included is also a wonderful addition. The price is also reasonable and a good value. We have stayed there before and would return. Areas for improvement: One of the rooms has the air conditioning in it so when the door is closed that room gets cold and the other room is too warm. The cold room has one thin blanket so we always have to ask the desk for another one (or two). Also, one room has a window into an atrium that has a light that shines all night directly into the window. Even when the shudders are closed it is still really bright.

Walking distance to Disneyland park. Free breakfast is average, nothing impressive. Sleep is rough due to too much light from street. Shades on window are ineffective, too much light shines into room. Wish they had blackout curtains.

Clean room and very comfortable. Outside the Room was a bit noisy, the walls in the room are very thin and as we were put in a room right next to the elevator and everyone that had to use it was quite loud and had no consideration for other people that may be sleeping in the rooms next to it. All and all I would say here again just not next to elevator.

The property and room were clean,, spacious, and quiet. The big negative were the beds. The beds were extremely hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. We barely slept both nights. If this hotel had better beds it would be a 5 star property.

Short walk to Disneyland. Breakfast was good included eggs sausage and potatoes most mornings along with waffle making station. We had room with king bed and bunk beds. Bunk beds are nice sized. Double. Rooms are small tho. Not enough area for your luggage is my only complaint in this room. Loved that they changed out towels daily! Alec at front was super nice and helped us out. Also they do locker storage for luggage. Our flight was later and really appreciated this!

Not really a “fault” of the hotel, but my room on the first floor, facing the street, was VERY noisy. Walls must be thin, noise from adjoining rooms and street noise (cars/motorcycles racing up and down the street around midnight) kept me up. If you’re a light sleeper, request a floor higher up.

They gave us an early check-in, which was amazing with an exhausted little girl. The room was amazing, with a huge bunck bed. The location is great, with all the amenities you could need right there. We had a balcony with a view of the backside of California Adventure.

Family bunk bed room was perfect! Separate sink outside the bathroom so multiple people can get ready is a plus. The kids loved the bunk beds and own tv.

So not only is the property in a great location, but it’s also very clean. The breakfast in the morning was very clean and well organized, but we return not only just for the property but for the front desk staff, they are amazingly friendly they go above and beyond in helping Guest get what they need and it’s because of that that we always return. I have seen this property at least three or four times a year traveling from Arizona and it will always be on a priority list. I hope they never change their family friendly policies.:)

The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. We arrived a bit early (before our check-in time), thinking we’d have to wait to check-in. Thankfully, our room was ready and were able to get settled in, freshen up, and head out to the parks! My family and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a very positive check in experience. Front counter staff are very friendly and accommodating. I dealt with Alex on the phone prior to arrival and at the hotel. He is excellent and efficient.

Front desk staff Alex was fabulous! He truly went over the top to make our stay everything we hoped for! My 9y/o still says she misses him! Room was spacious! Breakfast was great! Walk wasn’t bad and price was GREAT! Will return for sure!

Very nice stay. Close to Disneyland. Both Walmart and CVS are across the street. Good breakfast with a three and a half hour window (6:30-10 am). We had two rooms and they gave us a free upgrade to two suites. My wife is generally hard to please and ahe said we'll atay there again.

The staff was friendly and easy-going. They gave me a complementary room upgrade when I checked in, which pleasantly surprised me and I very much appreciated it. The hotel is very nice inside and the breakfast area was really nice! The only negative part was REALLY loud young adults that ran and screamed down the hallway outside my room two nights in a row. Because each time, the instance did not last long, I never called the front desk so I'm not holding it against the hotel, but very annoying nonetheless.

The hotel itself was good. The surrounding area is the problem, it is next to a convenience store that attracts the homeless and criminal types. It is also next to a bus stop that attracts drug use and homeless that loiter on the sidewalk making it difficult to come and go especially in foot. The purpose of the hotel and it's location is to walk to the parks; however, the homeless and drug addicts in the area make it unsafe.

We were very pleased with our stay. The bunk beds were perfect for our family. The room was quiet and well kept. The front desk staff was very helpful and check in was easy despite the computer problems lol. The pool was perfect. And breakfast met our basic needs and was a selling point for our family.

A little noisy. Hear sirens all night long. Within walking distance to Disneyland. Breakfast was always good. Pool was nice, building very clean, 7/11 parking lot right beside hotel is a little sketchy at night. A bit of loitering of homeless. Otherwise we quite enjoyed our stay.

Overall, this Disneyland Good Neighbor hotel is really nice and in a great location for Disneyland visitors. It’s a very easy 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland Resort (includes the parks and Downtown Disney). Easy access to local restaurants and stores. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was delicious and the dining room was very clean. Dining room is only open for breakfast. Had plenty of room for guests. The hotel is an older hotel that has been nicely refurbished. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Includes a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. However, rooms are not soundproof; you will hear other guests in the rooms above and next door. And although there are double windows, rooms facing the street will hear the street noise. Also, it has a very small, tight pool area. My only complaint is not hotel related…the surrounding area is pretty clean and attractive, but there were several homeless people between the hotel and Disneyland Resort area. They didn't bother us as we walked by but it was slightly uncomfortable. We never felt unsafe or in harm’s way. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again should we return to Disneyland.

Cute towel elephant on the bed when we arrived! Great view of fireworks! Very reasonable walk to Disney parks! Good free breakfast and lot of options for restaurants in lobby with no fee for room service. Very quiet -- never heard any neighbors, though plenty of people were there at breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

There were so many options for breakfast - my whole family was satisfied both days. The food and dining area were clean and well-stocked. There's additional seating outside. The hot food was fresh and the cold foods were kept appropriately. We love a good breakfast!

Room service options and delivery were great. You are also right next to a 7-11 and a mini mart (you can instacart as well) so you literally have everything you need in one place. Staff were friendly and helpful. They hold your bags up to 24hr if your checkout is before your flight. Walk to Disneyland is 10min or less depending on how fast you walk. Be aware the west coast has much snobbier guests and tourists than Disney World. People walk sporadically and stop all over the place but get mad if you pass them.

Great hot breakfast daily with a new egg option everyday. We enjoyed the egg dishes, sausage patties, biscuits, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, muffins, coffee, and a variety of juices. Everything was very tasty. We stayed in a room with a set of full-sized bunk beds. It was the perfect size for our teens. Great location with CVS and Walgreens across the street, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and 2 great souvenir stores with very affordable prices minutes away. The walk to Disneyland was an easy 7-10 minutes. I highly recommend this family friendly hotel!

The room was clean, the hotel looked updated. I appreciated that there was an area for little kids to hang out and play with kid toys in the lobby. There were also multiple private toilets in the lobby which I appreciated since I was staying with family and access to more than one toilet was great! The free breakfast was appreciated but honestly kind of gross. Everything was filled with processed sugars and while there were eggs and sausage each day the eggs tasted super processed and I couldn't stomach them. Overall stay was great because it was reasonable walking distance to Disneyland and comfortable stay for the price! FYI parking is not free.

Walking distance to Disneyland, the reason for our trip. Employees were super nice and attentive. AC and electronics in room worked great! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and convenient. Beds were a little soft to my liking but was able to sleep fine. Only thing My family and I were not big fans were of the food services they offered as in the restaurants downstairs, the taste/flavor was just not there for us.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi and water pressure were good. Housekeeping leaves towels folded into an elephant on your bed, which is a cute touch. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Besides the usual cereal (fruit loops, cornflakes, instant oatmeal, raisin bran) and toast, there are muffins and waffles (make your own). A hot bar features 3 items, like eggs, potatoes, and sausage. They do rotate the hot bar, so it may be omelettes on one day and scrambled eggs the next. There are also items in ice, such as cottage cheese, canned fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks, and salsa. They have vanilla yogurt but no plain. Apples, bananas, juices, coffee, tea. The staff keeps the dining tables clean. There is an adjacent food-court type restaurant, with lots of options like burgers, salads, pizza, etc., which is convenient. Overall we had a great stay and will return here for our next Disney vacay.
