The rooms were great and the walking distance to the theme parks was perfect! I tuned it at 10 minutes (0.5 miles) from the hotel door to the security checkpoint. So convenient. The only downsides were no free breakfast and the jacuzzi was not working when we went. The jacuzzi was no big deal really but would’ve been nice to have. There are also lots of food options right outside of the hotel. Overall, I’d definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

It was like a 4 minute walk to Disney it was really fun staying at that hotel because of the arcade room as well as the gym and they gift shop and the little snack shop too and the pool was very clean and it even has a restroom their and towels outside really also close to Panera and McDonald we would walk to them everyday on their tv they had nextflix and u were able to sign in and watch

This is a great property for a visit to Disneyland. We timed it as 8 minutes from the door of the hotel to walk the gates of Disneyland. We had 5 people in a room. Be aware that the pullout bed in the double queen room is very very small and narrow. It's big enough for someone 10-12 years old or younger but that's about it. Hotel was very clean and the hot tub was very nice after a long day of walking. Very close to multiple dining options. We were there for 4 nights and didn't need our car at all.

After two hotels messed up with reservations we booked here the Fairfield. We stayed here before which was not to bad. However this time we checked in after midnight through a third party. The guy checking us in was friendly and tried his best to work with a fussy computer not wanting to let us check in. But he did good. Its not to bad of a walk from this hotel to Disneyland. This place has four elevators but there is quite a wait to get one. Parking cost 28.00 a night. Which being a guest its disappointing but not untypical. Its pretty clean here. It seems not to be mean but like they slapped some paint on the barn to make it not look so worn down. You can see the worn parts of the hotel. But they did a decent job. I needed a handicapped room but they did not have any. But if they could just move the bed that is closest to the bathroom that would make it more wheelchair friendly. The bathroom of course was small for me but just fine for my family. I did like how they acknowledged everyone coming off the elevators with a good morning. There is a Panara up the block and McDonald's just less than a half block. We would do this again. The biggest let down was the cost was $400.00 more than the first two hotels that made a mistake. Which was not their fault.

Very convenient walk to Disneyland in only minutes. The room was super clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was, allowing us to get a good night's sleep every night of our 4 night stay. The one and only drawback was that no breakfast foods are provided, but Panera is literally at the other end of the parking lot and was an easy quick stop on our way into Disneyland each morning. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Our room wasn't ready (trying to check in an hour early) but they offered us a different room since we took a red eye and were exhausted. It was on the 9th floor facing disneyland so we got to see the fireworks every night. Was great! Plus about a 10 min walk to disneyland, perfect for mid day naps. Plus it was great McDonalds and panera were right there. Great stay.

The room smells bad. It smells like a wet shirt that didn’t dry. I’m just glad the manager was nice enough to move us to another room right away. We’ve been staying at this place for so many times and I noticed that their comforters look old. The good part is that the front desk staff are awesome.

My bed sheets had a bug on them when I opened up bed sheets. Went to use the toilet for the first time and had pubic hair still on side of bowel. Wasn’t cleaned obviously correctly. I won’t be back .

Staff an lobby were great. The rooms are in poor condition and desperately need an update. The bathroom is the worst. Low, round bowl toilets, without soft close seats. Rust and stains in the bathtubs and anemic water pressure. This is certainly not up to the Marriot standard.

Door was hard to shut, had to really slam it. Bathtub had significant wear to it and some black staining. Shower leaked into bathroom floor no matter how we adjusted it. Towels were thin and not soft. I have stayed here before and I love the location but I was dissapointed this time.

We've stayed here a couple of times due to how close it is to Disneyland. One caution, for anybody staying at this hotel.If you are in a room that is an "01" be prepared that it is backed up to the elevator . We were in room 401 and asked to be moved after one evening.The elevator is so loud that the room completely rumbles and sounds like a freight train going through.They must know this is an issue because they are the only room sthat they have a sound machine in them.

We were in Room 301 and all we heard was the elevator all day and all night and for $1300 for two nights, this is a complete rip off. As for Hotels.com, booking through a third party is an absolute joke! No customer service, no easy contact and to make a simple change is ridiculous!

Rooms are maybe a little dated. Service was good and friendly. no side table for each side of the bed…. Would stay at Howard Johnson next door next time I think for the price.

Rooms were in old condition but seemed to have been updated in a few parts. AC was loud and the black out curtains did not block out the light in the walkway which made it hard to sleep at night. Convenience to the Parks was nice. Overall decent stay and we were only in the rooms to sleep so it wasn’t too bad compared to other hotels nearby but it didn’t feel luxurious by any means.

Didn’t get the view I was suppose to get. Instead I ended up with a view of the swimming pool, the parking lot and the hotel next door. The bed was hard and the pull out sofa bed was even worse. The room was ok. I expected something nice for what I paid. The room seemed dated and small. The staff was friendly and the valet guys were great. The great thing about staying here. It is right across the street from Disneyland and that was great for my legs at the end of the day. LoL Idk if I would stay here again, only if I got a really great deal. The walls are paper thin and it was awful. You can hear the TV through the walls, word for word. Slamming doors sound like they are in your room. Screaming babies sound like it’s in your room. I’d bet money there is zero insulation in any of the walls or ceilings. It was convenient because it’s close to Disney, but we won’t stay there again because sleep was near impossible with the constant noise.

I think the bed was uncomfortable. Blankets were hard. You kinda felt like you were sharing rooms with rooms bc you could hear them talking. Not sound proof at all. Only perk was how close it was to Disneyland.

Very convenient walk to Disneyland in only minutes. The room was super clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was, allowing us to get a good night's sleep every night of our 4 night stay. The one and only drawback was that no breakfast foods are provided, but Panera is literally at the other end of the parking lot and was an easy quick stop on our way into Disneyland each morning. Will definitely stay here again.

For the most part the stay at this hotel was pretty good. Pretty quiet, easy walk to the Disney parks. Downside is the housekeeping. They told us that housekeeping would come one time during our 3 day stay and they never showed up. So we had to housekeeping at all during our stay.

I stay here every year and usually love it. This trip I called to ask for more pillows never received, so called hours later which is fine and asked for 2 more. Then later after not receiving the manager called me asking why I needed more pillows? When checking in they ask if you want the room serviced I said yes please. Came back the next night and it wasn’t and I had no towels i had to leave my room at 7 after calling to request the room be serviced. It finally was that evening but then I noticed my tv remote was missing or I never had one, I called to have one delivered- never came. The front desk called my room early that morning starling me and asked if I ever received a remote ? I never did

Worse customer service starting with the valet guys. The front desk was terrible. I was giving a room that I didn’t request which never mentioned anything about the room at the front desk. After letting front desk the issue, he was very rude and the way he refer to me with his supervisor wasn’t professional at all.

Staff were exceptional. Welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Room clean and walking distance to Disney parks excellent. In the surrounding area a variety of food options and not too far from a Walgreens and CVC. I would stay here again!

Not exactly quiet here, as it is across the street from Disneyland, so expect kid noises and fireworks sounds. I had a fantastic visit, and the staff went above and beyond to combine my 2 reservations into 1. It is a comfortable room. Panera Bread and Mimi's are very close by, no food offerings in the hotel. Perfect for a visit to Disneyland

This is a great property for a visit to Disneyland. We timed it as 8 minutes from the door of the hotel to walk the gates of Disneyland. We had 5 people in a room. Be aware that the pullout bed in the double queen room is very very small and narrow. It's big enough for someone 10-12 years old or younger but that's about it. Hotel was very clean and the hot tub was very nice after a long day of walking. Very close to multiple dining options. We were there for 4 nights and didn't need our car at all.

The Fairfield is in a great spot in terms of proximity to Disney. The rooms are nice and comfy but it is missing dining options. Panera bread located at the driveway entrance is OK, but not overly inviting. I guess it depends on what you’re used to. We preferred to go to Downtown Disney and Garden Walk for lunch/dinner.

Great place... Super walkable to disney! No breakfast but hotel surrounded by tons of places to eat.. They also stay open really late... The only gripe was the bed wasn't that comfy... Otherwise great hotel... Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here, the property is so conveniently located to Disneyland. We also liked there are many restaurant choices right outside. Beds were comfy but not the pull out sleeper sofa. Rooms were clean, pool was nice, parking is good you just have to pay for it

Our stay with Fairfield was great! Location was ideal as we were there to visit the Disney parks. It was so nice to be able to come back to the hotel half way through the day, play in the pool get refreshed and then head back to the parks for the afternoon/evening events. A large portion of the hotel was undergoing renovations but we weren’t impacted in the least. The staff were super friendly and helpful at every encounter. The only downside was the large water park located within the Courtyard Marriott directly to the north of the Fairfield. The water park has a clanging bell that rings from 8:00am to 10:00pm. It isn’t a deal breaker, but it can absolutely be annoying! That along with the fact that your children can see the huge water park right across the driveway from your room, but they aren’t allowed to access it. Have stayed here on 2 separate Disneyland trips and will absolutely stay again!! Fingers crossed, my room next stay, will be located on the south side of the building!
