Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim At Disneyland Park

Wish we would have known there was no elevator. And breakfast could have included some proteins

The property was close to Disneyland with a free shuttle. Unfortunately you couldnt book the shuttle meaning people were missing out when turning up to get a lift. Given it was so close and the service seemed in high demand, I'm not sure why they didnt do an extra drop off outside scheduled times. The fireworks from Disneyland were extremely loud each night after 9pm.

The hotel rooms have recently been updated which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel staff was pleasant. The pool was initially a bit murky but then the chemicals seemed to be adjusted and it cleared up the remaining days we were there. There wasn't a place to return pool towels after use so folks just sort of left them wherever which just made the area look in disarray. The jets on the hot tub didn't work. There is a shuttle to/from the Disney parks. They also have a plentiful continental breakfast.

The property was a great location. Our door never really closed properly, big stains on the floor and was dirty around the pool. Also the hot tub was not maintained and broken. It was nice you could see the fireworks from Disney

Good value motel within walking distance and with free shuttle . Free parking , but note parking not valid on day of check out ( if you are planning on going to disney that day ). Property is dated but clean . Free pool . Note , shuttle only seats 13 and more often than not , you can’t get on. Also - guests frequently jump the line and force their way ahead of others waiting to get on. This is partially a hotel issue in that a) there is no system for booking or queuing and b) the shuttle could run more frequently.

The property was quite quiet. Easy to access the bedroom and staff. Only issue was parking. The parking lot has tight parking spaces.

Overall great place to stay. Good breakfast option. Only negative thing was laundry facilities were non functional. Despite informing staff, during our 4 day stay it wasnt rectified. Comments like it is managed by a third party, not our problem were not helpful. Yes, laundry facilities managed by a third party utilising an app. Issue was not able to scan a QR code or find machine number. All that needed to be done was to contact provider and confirm machine number so it could be used. Laundry facilities was an important thing for me when I chose this over other available accommodation.

Parking lot is bad especially if its fully booked. It is very tight if you have a big vehicle. Need to add eggs & links to the breakfast.

I did not like the green hot tub and it was luke warm water. The maintenance couldn’t make it hotter than it was set at. Heard scratching from what sounded like an animal inside the wall all hours of the night. I was making a waffle the first morning and one of the workers came over aggressively and snatched the tongs out of my hands when I was making a waffle. Gave me a waffle that wasn’t cooked all the way and was soggy. Shuttle buses only ran for a few hours a day and was not running from 11:30 am-5:30 pm then from 6:30-8:30 pm. Had to order an Uber for $10 each time if you wanted to leave the park anytime the shuttle wasn’t running. Mold in the bathroom. Not very Disney themed, had two pictures in the hotel room about Disney. Horrible place, will never be coming back.

The room was clean. My concerns were the sink had a terrible odor coming from the drain. It really needs to be bleached. The bathroom door did not lock it also was difficult to open. It got stuck every time qe used the bathroom. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. We have stayed here many times before. We always stay here when go to Disneyland. My biggest complaint is the parking. Not enough space to park. Everyone is so close to eachother. They also park right in front of other cars. It was so difficult to get our car out.

The shower tub was dirty and had hair on the side and didn't drain properly. The door was not sealed at all, letting all sounds in (neighbors, helicopters, banging sounds outside and sirens all night long). The sounds kept us and our 4 years old up all night. The door latch lock was broken, making it feel really unsafe. It looked nothing as advertised and we ended up canceling our stay the following morning. This place is really not worth $114 plus per night.

Property was very clean and rooms were also very clean

Area was close to destination which was good. Decent priced. A little upset that I was unable to park more than one car on my reservation, was told I needed multiple reservations for multiple cars and had to park my second car 4 blocks away unattended.. which was inconvenient. Found unexpected guest (roach) in my lighting fixture in restroom while in the shower. Not fun!

Clean room and communal areas. Shuttle to Disney a bonus. Quiet, but close enough to amenities.

The picture online is far from the room we were assigned. Although the beds were comfortable, the carpets were stained and dirty, and had a musty smell to the room, the bathroom was in need of repairs, the tub would not drain during a shower so you stood in 2 inches of water every shower. The paint was cracked and warped with a strange vent in the bathroom door. Overall was just gross. The microwave worked sporatically, and then there was this wierd AC unit on the wall with a red box attached below it. The ice maker wasnt working, and the continental breakfast was a joke. And lastly the door going into the room from the outside did not fit and light and drafts occured all around. Basically run down and inaccurate pictures. I would not stay here again, even if they paid me!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location is great, very close to Disneyland. Staff for the most part were good. Breakfast was okay, they had waffles and pancakes amongst other on the go goodies. What put a dent in our stay were stained sheets, i mean they had either dried blood stains or some brown dried residue on them. How gross is that, my child literally didnt want to sleep in that bed, and i dont blame her. Second instance was when we came back from Disney at10:40pm toa dead battery in the door. It was pouring rain outside we were standing out by the door as all my stuff was inside the room we ubered that day. Long story short they could not fix the problem until morning that means we were not to leave the room, if we did we would not be able to get inside the room again unless we called them over to manually unlock the door which took them around 5 mins or more to show up. We were drenched from rain and exhausted from thre day at the park so we were not going to go anywhere anyways, but i feel like in this case abother room should have been offered. For the breakfast next morning we had to leave our door slightly propped so it would not lock all the way to be able to get back inside. What blew my mind is when i went to a front desk for a check out and was telling the lady about this situatuon and nasty dirty sheet on the bed she said there was no note left regarding this from the night. Cleaning needs to be stepped up and communication definately needs a fixing.

The room was full of ants. They did tried to take care of the matter but ants did not go away. All over the place ceiling towels and carpet.

Old building, Terrible hygiene, the carpet was all kinds of dirty and gross, the bed linens had stains and the beds were not properly done, the towels as old as the building, there were ants all over the walls, a roach also came inside, and you could tell the surfaces and furniture were not even wiped clean

Outdated rooms, bathroom provides limited privacy due up the door construction, there was hair on a pillow and in the sink.

I stayed here two nights, and I won’t choose this hotel again. It was incredibly noisy - not because of crazy guests or anything, but the walls were so thin I could hear every bird chirping, whenever anyone in a neighboring room got out of bed or washed their hands, I could clearly make out every conversation and hear people coughing. It was nuts. Then there was the A/C, which was so loud I couldn’t possibly sleep, and would randomly turn on the heat in the middle of the night!! I woke up fully sweating and wondering if I was sick. Nope, just the heater going full blast in May. The pillows were lumpy rocks, the mattress sagging, and even the TP was so cheap, it was honestly kinda sad. For all the hotel was decently clean and conveniently located, I was so miserable at Disneyland because I barely slept and had raging head, neck, and back aches that I wish I had spent a little more to stay somewhere much nicer and maybe further from the park.

We enjoyed our stay here. Overall rooms were spacious and clean. Shuttle was reliable, pretty much came each hour. We had one incident where the shuttle left without us but after calling Days Inn they came and picked us up. When factoring parking and conscience this was absolutely the way to go. Walkable to Disney, it’s a straight shot. The breakfast option was nice to have. Only big complaint is the bathroom sink sprayed like crazy and that was a bit annoying for teeth brushing and face washing. We’d stay here again.

Close enough to walk to Disneyland as the shuttle isn't very convenient. Example: Got done at Disneyland but didn't make it to the shuttle until 5 minutes after it left. It only runs once an hour. Decided to walk the 20 minutes vs waiting 55 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Just a notice, it is an old motel, so you'll see shoddy repaired drywall, but over all not a bad place. Beds are a little firm, and I like firm, but this was a tad too much.

Overall good location, 15 min walk to disneyland. Outside looks decent, the rooms are ok, the ac is very loud and noisy, the rooms were clean but had a bit of smell to them.

This hotel is conveniently close to Disneyland with free parking. It offers free shuttle to the park as well, but because it was a van with limited seating we opted to walk. We had an issue with the shower flooding because the shower curtain is too small for the tub. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. Bathroom is dated and needs upgrading.

Room was really big. Had a window looking out at the street. The AC worked but was leaking water and had a huge wet spot on the carpet and the baseboard absorbed the water and there was mold. The bathroom was decent but the handle was wonky. The main door was a huge problem too. Gets jammed and you gotta push hard to close and open it. Wasn’t too bad though overall they were really kind and clean. They even had breakfast which was ok.

Hotel was okay. The shower situation is annoying because if you’re showering nobody can use the toilet because the floor is wet. The bathroom floors runs into the shower. Staff seemed nice. The walls are thin you can hear everything From the rooms next to you.

We booked a room with 3 beds and it was great! Very spacious & reasonably priced. We aren’t big on perfection only comfort and cleanliness. Parking for PickUps or larger SUVs is tricky though, parking is free so you make it work.

This is an older hotel and doesn’t seem to have any sound barriers between upper and lower level or between rooms. A lot of noise it’s transferred into your room. The room is clean. Paul at the front desk is very rude not helpful. Also, they tell you parking is free But in reality, they don’t have enough parking in their complex. Should the hotel be booked? Be aware of this.

Was fine for quick overnight. Spacious room. No coffee maker. Limited amenities. But for price, to be expected.

Staff at front desk was horrible, mean, not helpful, seemed like everything bothered them. A really bad experience.

The rooms were modest but clean and spacious. The breakfast was clutch for being prepared for a day at Disneyland. The shuttle had a very large break in the day but a taxi only cost $8-22 for a ride there or back. The few times we used the shuttle the shuttle was not on time. My biggest complaint with the stay was the staff. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I spoke to a couple of other people and they had the same experience. I was carrying my sick daughter and trying to get on the bus back to the hotel. The bus driver was very unhelpful and tried to tell me there would be another shuttle soon. The hot tub was milky and you couldn’t smell any chlorine in it. Potentially a safety issue since warm water breeds bacteria. I was trying to clean clothes and the front staff was very unhelpful, he wouldn’t even go out to the machine to see if he could do anything. His response was that they are leased machines and he knew nothing about them. Same with the help yourself vending machine in the lobby. They definitely meed to work on their customers service and general knowledge of the property. Packing up cloths in my suitcase with vomit because I couldn’t get help was a major turn off. I definitely will stay somewhere else maybe a little closer so i can comfortably walk to the park. 20 min is to far after a day of walking.

The room was ok. The problem was the staff. The man ( Paul) working the front was very disrespectful. I was waiting for him for a while and rang the bell to ask for help. Another customer (man) can up and rang the bell and the attendant came up. He completely disregarded me and helped the man. I spoke up and he waived me off. It felt like it was because I was a women. After the man left he didn’t say anything. I asked him why he just disrespected me and he didn’t care at all. I have never been treated so bad because of my sex. He was very rude.

Front staff were very nice and instructive. The rooms were cleanly set!

While my stay was fine and the rooms were clean, my check in experience was not great. The guy at the front desk was very rude and aggressive. I commented on how they handle the check in process and how usually the stay gets charged at the end of the stay not when you check in and he nearly bit my head off. He told me to lose my attitude and if I wanted I could go stay somewhere else to go ahead. We didn’t have a car or trust me I would’ve. We were tired as we had traveled all day. So I bit my tongue to not make matters worse. As for the shuttle crew to and from Disneyland we used it one day and did ride share the rest as the shuttle did not pick up on a scheduled time one other and when I called the girl who answered said he was on his way which was not true we called a Lyft and were there within minutes and the shuttle was parked in front of the hotel never had even left like I was told all she had to do was look out the window and say he hasn’t left or he’s not going to pick up at this time wait until the next. Something. Would I stay here again I’m not sure honestly. They need a training in customer service for their employees.

The location is ideal for people visiting Disneyland on a budget. Right down the street with several options for transportation to the park, including a shuttle from the hotel (limited times), public bus (right out front), ride share (always available and nearby). The hotel is a bit on the older side, could use some updating but not terrible for crashing after a long day at the parks. Staff are friendly and attentive. Only issue we had was the bathtub didn’t drain properly but they took care of that promptly.

The walk to the park was manageable.

Great location, near gas stations and next door to a pizza parlor with some arcade games. Walking distance from Disneyland (about 20 minutes or less). The complimentary breakfast is okay and very basic. But the parking is free. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable place that is close to Disney. It’s close enough you can hear the fireworks at night so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

I just stayed there for 3 nights. Walking distance to Disneyland was exactly 15 mins. Hotel has free shuttle to and from park. Free parking at hotel. Nice staff! I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would say is the refrigerator in my room is loud especially when trying to sleep. But other than that, happy with the stay.

Great spot to watch the Disney fireworks while in the pool. Close to a convenience food shop across the road to load up snacks cheaper than Disney. There is a free shuttle, but it’s close enough that Ubers are $7 if you miss the shuttle. Definitely recommended for the price. It’s tidy all you need when spending the day at Disneyland

Great proximity to Disneyland. Bathrooms are nothing special. But we stay here every time we come to Disneyland/DCA. So we do like the accommodations well enough. Wish the front office staff was a little nicer.

We were super surprised by our stay! Hotel was hidden but front desk service was sufficient and friendly each time. Breakfast was your typical free breakfast with the sweetest lady making Mickey Mouse waffles. We were very disappointed with the shuttle. It only ran about 1 time every hour and stopped running during a large portion of the day(11:30am-5:30pm).

Breakfast was very basic. Was not aware that the breakfast sandwiches had to be requested at front desk. Lack of fruit was disappointing. Rooms were very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Shuttle to Disney was convenient- though available times were inconsistent Would stay here again

Cheap hotel owner !!! The breakfast is a joke ! You’re only allowed to have one sandwich per person per day, you have to ask it at the reception and its frozen. The service is long and they looked all unhappy people working, when you asked for something extra it looks they have to pay from their pocket it’s crazy.

Walking distance to Disneyland. There is free breakfast but there was barely anything. The bananas were too ripe. There weren’t drink options. All we had was bread and butter/jam. Parking is terrible if you come home late. Bed and pillow were comfy. Clean room. The biggest downside was shower drains extremely slow. While you shower, you’re basically standing in your shower water. Toilet flushes fine

This Hotel is good but the only thing they need to do is up their game on the free breakfast it is very minimal compared to any other hotel that offers breakfast included.

The breakfast was very limited with just waffles and breakfast sandwiches which you had to get from front desk lobby. There was no fruit or breakfast sweet rolls (like bagels or muffins) The shuttle had limited hours of service.

Overall the room was very clean and nice. However we found that the staff was very rude and unfriendly at the front desk and the breakfast station. The lady at the breakfast station was strict on what plates and cups guests were allowed to use for certain breakfast despite it being self serving. For example she got mad at us for grabbing a bigger paper plate for 2 pieces of toast. We were also disappointed with the shuttle schedule. Only running from 7:40am -10:30am once at 5:30pm and then 8:30pm -12:30am.

We enjoyed our stay! Although there was a shuttle we ended up walking to the park each day, it took about twelve minutes and was never crowded since it seems to be in the opposite direction of most other hotels. The rooms were big and clean and although breakfast was simple, the waffles and breakfast sandwiches (ask at the counter!) were great! We stayed with a 4 year old 1 year old (crib was provided) and grandparents. Would definitely stay here again!
