My toddler LOVED the splash pad park. We love how it was gated away from the big pool. Definitely recommend staying here, just a quick walk past Downtown Disney to get into magic kingdom or DCA.

We really enjoyed our stay for our weekend trip to Disneyland with our young daughter! We really enjoyed the pool (didn't get to utilize the splash pad but it looked so fun!), the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable! We were so grateful for the unexpected early check in and appreciated the kind staff! The breakfast staff were especially kind and when they heard it was my daughters birthday, they made her a special pancake "cake". We usually stay on Harbor Blvd with a quicker walk to the parks, however, this walk wasn't that bad. About 20 minutes to the Downtown Disney Security checkpoint and another 10 to get to the park entrances. Because it was longer than we're used to, we chose to stay in the parks all day so we didn't go in and out as it would eat up too much of our time. I still think for the price, quality, and experience, I would choose this hotel again! :)

Great staff, great clean rooms, great breakfast, clean pool and bubbling jacuzzi. I usually stay at Holiday Inn express for the free breakfast but we did have to pay but it wasn’t expensive, it was delicious. Also had to pay for parking which I didn’t expect. It would’ve been great if those type of expenses were in the website, hence the 4 stars. Overall great experience!

Carpet in bathrm area badly frayed and needs to be repaired. Staff were really lovely. Especially Sergio in charge of the breakfast eating area. Breakfast and coffee were especially good. Sergio’s service was splendid and he is a real asset of the property. Gym and pool are good. Lots of umbrellas. It was a very long walk to Disney main gate so best to Uber there. The staff was super friendly at this property., save yourself a walk to the park and get a lyfe for less than $15. Pool was relaxing and clean. Coffee was decent. Paid for the breakfast buffet and thought it was well worth it. Basic hot breakfast but the scones were super yummy and there was fresh fruit and proteins. Bed was comfortable but the room seems super humid. This made for a rough night. Overall you would stay here again. Parking is not free and it is an additional charge...

I wasn't told that you need to call for housekeeping to make up the room everyday. Water play area wasn't working when we were there. Overall, still an excellent deal considering how close we were to Disney. I would still recommend this place. The staff was accommodating and very friendly.

Easy walk to Disneyland Hotel or the trolley to downtown Disney/Disneyland Parks. Hotel is overall okay, nothing fancy but convenient location and having the pool/splash pad plus a dining option on site was a plus. Shuttle to Disney as well so that was a great choice when we didn’t want to walk or drive. If you don’t want to pay the money to say on Disney property, I highly recommend!

The lock on the door didn’t work so every time we wanted to access our room we had to be let in - maintenance could not fix and they would switch our room. MOLD! Pool NOT heated! Zero housekeeping services, even when requested. Towels in shreds. Fridge full of rotting food. Kind but totally ineffective staff. Hotels.com unable to help fix anything!!! Refund requested for upcoming stay with photos of issues provided. That takes 72 hours. I still have not hear back. Comfortable bed!

Be prepared to wait in long lines at the front desk with other guests complaining that their room keys don’t work. We stayed in the Cars suite that had its own separate entrance. The hallway smelled like rotting garbage all 4 nights we stayed. We got locked out of the outside entrance several times so we had to go all the way around the hotel to the front desk entrance. Then when that was ‘fixed’ our room key would open our hotel door. The staff just says ‘Oh sorry, they are so sensitive’ and makes you a new key that will work once or twice. Everyone in line was complaining. One lady cut the whole line just to yell and scream about it. Barstools in the room were ripped, stains on the floor. They make it look nice from the outside but save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere. Also they don’t offer a Disneyland shuttle so if you have bad knees good luck! Wished I had paid extra for the Disneyland hotel to save my sanity with the room keys. Stay elsewhere!

We stayed at the Anaheim location for 3 nights. Our only problem was the bed bugs we were bitten by. Filed report at front desk but heard nothing from the hotel. Submitting pictures of what we had to deal with! Very unhappy as the bites were really unpleasant.

We picked this hotel for the price and proximity to the parks. We were met with a dated facility (to be expected for the price point), however we did not expect the dirtiness of the property. There was a used bandage on the bathroom door handle. The Keurig had standing water from another guest and hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilet overflowed one night. Even on days we requested a “full service cleaning” the sink was untouched. Also the bathroom is so small the sink had to be on the outside. Loose and non-functional outlets. And still a 1.2 mile walk to parks. Not worth it at all!!

I guess you get what you pay for. Room wasn’t very clean. House keeping don’t clean properly unless you request. You also have to request them to fix the bed and vacuum daily or else they only replace towels.

Carpet was very dirty, my kids and us had black feet by the end of just a couple hours of walking near foot in our room, walls need to be updated their dents, need better tv and better window privacy. Wasn’t aware of parking charges and also on hotel description it stated 2 adult breakfast and was told we had to pay $14.00 each of us. Need more safer parking stalls. Saw a few people walking around smoking and littering. Saw a couple homeless people.

The pictures do not represent the actual room. It was super outdated. The restroom was tiny the sink was outside the restroom. Nothing like the pictures. Only one elevator for the whole hotel.

This is a great locations to the Disney parks. The actual hotel is outdated and needs a serious face lift. There’s carpet in the rooms and the bathrooms are very old. The staff is nice but you are mostly paying for the short distance to the park. The beds were also actually very comfortable.

The only good thing about this is the location being around a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The building is old, THE WALLS ARE THIN, AND YOU WILL EASILY HEAR PEOPLE BESIDE YOU AND ABOVE. When the fireworks went off at 9:30 every night I thought a bomb went off. Some parts are very loud. We also had some stains on the floor. Bedding was clean. But since the building is old, the staff state they have an old key card system. Most of the time our key cards did not work for either rooms. Which is super infuriating when you’re out and about all day and tired and come back and cannot get it and have to constantly get new key cards. Me and my friend both got separate rooms and in both rooms the bathroom faucet leaked constantly and did not drain properly. Therefore, you would be standing in a foot of water when you showered. The food at the restaurant was not good, apparently “nachos” means Doritos covered in cheese whiz. An added charge is $26 per night for your car parking. $6 for shuttle only to Disneyland but you can walk the 15 minutes. The hot tub was not really hot, The gym was OK. Overall, the only benefit of staying here is the location.

Everything was fine only con was the air conditioner is right next to a bed and you have to keep air on all night or else room gets stuffy. Who ever sleeps by the air conditioner will be cold at night. Carpets are a little smelly

Wonderful staff and exceptional manager! Only issue was tub drained slow and needed to be cleared, along with the sink and there was some long hair strands stuck to the wall behind the bathroom waste basket. BUT these were extremely MINOR and the CARE AND KINDNESS OF TYE STAFF made me not only feel welcome but safe and slept WONDERFULLY! I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the outstanding staff for your kindness and professionalism.

Staff at this location were kind and courteous. We were greeted warmly and acknowledged wherever we were on the property. The breakfast options were wonderful and refreshed often. Individual carafes of coffee (regular and decaf) made it clear that we did not need to rush out of the dining room. Parking at the hotel was plentiful and we were able to park aligned with our room windows as well. Easy driveway access into and out of the hotel and directly to Disney Parks and freeway.

There was a young guy at the front desk very rude uninformed of anything couldn’t help me with nothing. We got there at 2:45 PM hoping to check in a little bit early, but we sat there until 405. Barely got to use the pro for a couple of hours it just is not worth it.

First, this hotel DOES NOT take cash for anything. Everything is "3rd party." The vending machine didn't work for a little girl, she was told get the number off the machine and call them for a refund. There is an area with snacks, if you buy something that requires a fork or spoon you have to go to the restaurant and ask for one and they aren't always open. No mention of parking fees until you get there, then they must be paid thru a 3rd party service by scanning a code to your phone. Cars will be towed if the paper card isn't hanging from the mirror. We were told if we wanted "full service" to our room, we had to ask at the desk. Otherwise we would just be provided clean towels. The dirty towels were taken from the room but NO clean towels were provided. We had to get them from the desk. We weren't the only ones doing that either! This is an old building. The upkeep is fair at best. Light switches in odd places, poor lighting all around. NO charging ports so make sure you take a plug in if you stay here. Asked for directions to Disney parking and the young man at the desk the night before our Disney visit said he didn't know how to get there. Offered us a walking map of several blocks to the Disney shuttle. The next morning we were given accurate directions by the lady at the desk, It was not the kind of place you'd expect from a Holiday Inn, definitely needs updating, better cleaning, more informed staff at all hours. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is walking distance to Disneyland - about a 15 minute walk (20 min max), it's located behind the parking structure and also close to Disney District. I felt safe walking back to the hotel throughout my stay, this included walking back alone at 2am after a Disney After Dark event. The hotel overall is great, clean, and have kind staff. There's a small convenience market (think airport convenience store) that have microwavable food, snacks and drinks. Only issue I had during my stay was that my key cards would not work, it would take multiple attempts to get the door to unlock, even after getting them replaced at the front desk. Aside from that I'd definitely stay here again should I make another Disney trip

It was a close walk to Downtown Disney, Disneyland Hotel and Disneyland. Breakfast can be included for an additional price which is convenient. Beware of the onsite parking fee which is approx $30 per day. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The property is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Overall this is a nice location, great price and I would recommend to my travel clients.
