Ayres Suites Ontario at the Mills Mall - Rancho Cucamonga

The hotel had a good standard and a very nice backyard and pool area. The breakfast area didn’t match the standard of the hotel and the breakfast was very limited. It costed a star in my opinion.

Breakfast was great. What a super staff.

The hotel was great. We rentend 2 adjacent suits. I would of scored them higher had we not had trouble with our toilet not working and the shower pressure not being so low. Luckily this was only the problem in one of the rooms the other room worked perfectly fine and Luckily since we had the two rooms we were able to share the bathroom from the other room. They did offer to move us but we were too tired and we had the other working bathroom. Other than that slight mishave everything else was really good. We only stayed for one night so we didnt have time to use the other amenities offered. All in all we would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time with a lil more time to enjoy the pool and all the other things the hotel has to offer.

Breakfast was delicious very clean

The shuttle was parked at the front driveway for 24 hours blocking the main entrance. This makes it difficult to unload and load their luggages ! Esp if you have elderly or disability. The only server in the Breakfast was not changing her gloves after cleaning the tables . She would wipe the tables then handle food like touching the grated cheese and other food then serve it to the guests. This is such a violation for proper food handling . The manager addressed it immediately when we told her about it according to her .
