No working elevators. Pool is closed. Restaurant is closed. Gift – snackshop empty and closed. No coffee in the morning. No amenities. This hotel is in serious construction mode. They should probably just close until they get the job done. Don’t stay here until they are done at renovations.

The neat clean & fresh rooms. I do miss the restaurant, swimming pool, jacuzzi rooms and elevators have been down for a while. But everything else was very nice!

The front desk evening receptionist was amazing. She honestly made this day worth it. Beyond that, the room was not very comfortable and hard to sleep and the elevator was broken and we were on the top floor, floor 6. Unfortunately we had to climb the steps multiple times and it can definitely be exhausting. The breakfast was a little slim but at least it was offered.

Was not informed when making reservation that the elevator was broken and I was placed on the 5th floor, all vending machines were out of service, pool was out of service, restaurant was out of service, hair dryer stopped worked 1/2 way into use

They charged me $100 deposit. I concede there was a sign, but it wasn't mentioned, and she only said my card was for incidentals. I know I'll get it back, but it should have been verbalized. The TV did not work in the room. We would have liked to watch a movie to unwind, but couldn't. You have to park on the back, where the entrance is up stairs, no ramp. Difficult to get bags up. Otherwise you have to take your things all the way around the building. Just not a great setup.
They charged me $100 deposit. I concede there was a sign, but it wasn't mentioned, and she only said my card was for incidentals. I know I'll get it back, but it should have been verbalized. The description said there was a bar, but there wasn’t. They are under new management and are planning to open the bar annd make improvements . Only 1 tv in a suite, so had to sit on the bed to watch tv instead of in the living room. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great. I would stay here again.

Although this hotel was a conference center, the restrooms in the lobby area were padlock shut so that no one could use them while we were having our complementary breakfast. The elevator froze stopped in between floors and open the door, and when I reported this to the management, they told me that they were aware of the problem, but that it was working. When I told the people that I had just been on an un working elevator that opened between floors they were not willing to put up a sign that said the elevators were out of order. She offered to reset the elevators and tell her manager I told her that wasn’t acceptable and she seemed unbothered. Our party proceeded to use the stairs to go up to the fifth floor, despite the fact that the hotel was completely empty, and we could’ve been moved to a lower floor. The outlets next to the bed did not work. The bathrooms beneath the beds had trash and had not been vacuumed. The couch cushions were covered in some sort of vinyl that was worn. The hotel is in a not so wonderful part of town which we were aware of, but its location wasn’t the worst part about our stay. I would not recommend staying in this hotel, it would be worth the drive outside of town to come to any events in or around Mansfield.

Rooms were good for the price. Staff was nice. Unexpected $100 deposit upon checking in, but was refunded the day after check out. Trash was piled up near the elevators on multiple floors from other guests for both days we were there, so not sure how often clean up is.

It’s a decent hotel. However the mattresses were 25 years old and not comfortable at all. Can definitely hear the springs crunching in them. Tag said manufactured in 1999. Also definitely got bit by a bedbug on my ankle on the 2nd night stay.

Elevator had built up dust, trash in it. The trash can outside was over flowing. Our room in the bathroom had a previous guests wash rag on the bath tub with hair in the tub, the toilet was not scrubbed out, you can see residue built up around the inside of the base. The back entrance door was supposed to be locked after 11pm. We were to use our key code but didn't need to because the door opened right up. There was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby, the Continental breakfast was only raisin bran, looked like store bought little Debbie small size muffins, nothing hot, the bread was in their bags and set inside a plastic container so you would have to open the bread bags to get any. No tongs available. The coffee area was outside of the eating area and had very little to offer as far as freshness, like creamer, sugar etc. we will not stay there again.

Could have been MUCH cleaner. The shower had black mold behind the ada bench seat. I noticed it after not feeling well post shower. The sink and tub both held water. The entire 5 floor is abandoned. If you’re looking for 5 star clean, look away. The staff at the front end was personable. Management was a bit colder. Couldn’t make eye contact. Not what one would expect in the service industry.

Unorganized and not clean. The rooms smelt like smoke despite being a non smoking unit. The sheets had stains as well as the toilet didn’t work well. Not in the best side of town. Left there to go to another hotel. Not a safe environment. There was gun shots around in the area that made it unsafe for child Staff not very knowledgeable as well and no hospitality.

It was horrible! This place should be condemned. My guest and I awoke with bloody noses because how dirty and dusty it was in there. The elevator only worked for the workers my room had no heat, no tv, bed bugs, and the dust and filth literally sent one of my guest to the hospital. Never again. Do not stay in this hotel.

There were stains on the bedding. Clumps of hair in the beds. One of the lamps didn't work. The room smelled bad, so bad when we came back from our outing, we thought someone, somehow came in and used our bathroom. They tried to charge my card 4 additional times after i checked it but I had it locked. My teenage daughter was catcalled in the parking lot walking to the car by a group of men having a family reunion in the ballroom. Some of the breakfast food had mold.

Comfortable enough for a quick stay but very sparse and a bit cold in decor, furnishings (including some really worn furniture & worn scratched windows in the suite, and beat up trim in the hallways/elevator). Elevator had no inspection certificate posted. Front desk staff friendly and competent, but overall the place felt pretty empty. Some care with decor, furnishings etc would go a long way toward making it a more welcoming & comfortable spot.

We had a light that stayed on the whole time! No one to fix the switch so it was hard to sleep. And they should ALWAYS have coffee available in the nook. Not make it disappear at 9:05 am.

I checked in and booked my room around 10pm. I booked a suite and they said it was unavailable and gave me 2 queen size beds regular room. The tv didn’t have any channels that worked. The lamps didn’t have an light bulbs.

Arrived during a heat wave. Property is next to a homeless shelter and live theater. Check in ok, staff very nice. After a hot day and wanting to take a shower, there was no hot water. Even after letting the hot water run for 5-10min. Called the front desk for no one to answer. I got dressed again in my sweaty clothes and went to the front desk. After ringing the bell a few times a different clerk come out of the back. I asked if they any hot water. His response was if I was on the 6th floor because there's a problem with the hot water on the 6th floor. Yes I am. HE said they would fix it and call me to let me know. After I had gone to bed and fallen asleep, they rang to tell me they fixed the hot water. Water was hot in the morning. Next day returned form another hot day to no room service. Nothing shared by the staff that they don't do room service. I took a shower and went to bed. After another hot day returned to no parking spots. The theater was having a show and every spot within sight of the building was full. I went in and asked if they were full. It took me three try's before they answered the question. They weren't so why is their lot full? Because of the theater. There is not enough room for a proper review. There is more to share. I would say avoid this hotel if at all possible This is the 2nd worst hotel experience I've ever had.

When we first walked in the person working the front desk was on their cell phone and walked away from the front desk, We hit the bell on the front desk to get their attention again when they ignored us and they stepped out put their finger up to tell us hold on one moment and continue their conversation on the cell phone for another 20 minutes before helping us.

What to say about Park Hospitality in Mansfield...pick somewhere else. There were sketchy people outside the hotel from the minute we pulled into the parking lot. We didn't realize there's a homeless facility directly across the street. When we tried to get into the hotel, the automatic sliding doors didn't work. The front desk clerk finally noticed us and came to let us in. We were informed that the doors were broken and we would need to push them apart. However, she had locked them due to a homeless person who wouldn't leave the area (she also mentioned that for our safety the doors on the back side of the building are locked when it gets dark outside). We checked in and my husband grabbed a cart for our luggage and she asked if we had a lot of stuff. Turns out the elevator was also broken and we'd be carrying everything up the stairs to the 5th floor. We reserved a room with a king bed but got a two double beds suite. While not happy about the beds, we decided not to complain since we ended up with a suite. Unfortunately, the room could have used a better cleaning (hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub and we didn't even want touch the couch) and half of the lights in the bedroom didn't work. Overall, the place needs a lot of work and the area isn't great. If you're heading to Mansfield and need to stay overnight, we would suggest driving a few extra miles to stay at one of the other options a little farther outside of town.

The place was terrible. We had reserved a room which wasnt available when we arrived. The staff didnt seem to care. The "manager " was too busy asking the receptionist if she thought her hair looked cute on the security cameras. The public restrooms were locked and the elevator barely worked taking 5 minutes to get to the lobby. We were offered another room that we accepted but the smoke detector was gone, fridge was not cold and the television reception was non existent. When staff was told we wouldnt be staying because if the issues, they found that our originally reserved room was miraculously clean in under 20 minutes. We declined and were told there was a no refund policy. Our whole trip was ruined by this experience.

Smelled fresh and clean as soon as i walked in. Staff was super friendly. Impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. Mattress was not as thick and comfy as i like, but overall, great stay. Will definitely stay again!

My biggest problem was that Orbitz didn’t pay the bill until i tried to check in at 7 pm, and the clerk said i had to contact Orbitz to get them to pay before she would give me key. That took me 20 minutes of texting befkre clerk said payment was made. Property convenient and up to Holiday Inn standards. Located in downtown and I've used in past. The hotel is in downtown Mansfield, Ohio and convenient to a nice mix of hot dog to fancy upscale. Live theater next door. But town muddling along. town i

They charged me $100 deposit. I concede there was a sign, but it wasn't mentioned, and she only said my card was for incidentals. I know I'll get it back, but it should have been verbalized. The TV did not work in the room. We would have liked to watch a movie to unwind, but couldn't. You have to park on the back, where the entrance is up stairs, no ramp. Difficult to get bags up. Otherwise you have to take your things all the way around the building. Just not a great setup.

very surprised to see the adjacent movie theater was attached. pretty interesting feature. we didn't use the workout room but did check it out. looked good. i think there is a pool but didn't get to swing in. overall, a good place to stay a cut above the other hotels in the area.

No working elevators. Pool is closed. Restaurant is closed. Gift – snackshop empty and closed. No coffee in the morning. No amenities. This hotel is in serious construction mode. They should probably just close until they get the job done. Don’t stay here until they are done at renovations.

Although this property is listed as having a restaurant and bar, it does not have running ones (at least when I was there). The elevators and room keys didn't always work. The wait at the front desk was sometimes lengthy but the employees were nice. Some of the hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Our room, however, was clean. Considering the inexpensive price, the proximity to where I was visiting, and that our room was clean, I would book again.

We had a light that stayed on the whole time! No one to fix the switch so it was hard to sleep. And they should ALWAYS have coffee available in the nook. Not make it disappear at 9:05 am.

Elevator had built up dust, trash in it. The trash can outside was over flowing. Our room in the bathroom had a previous guests wash rag on the bath tub with hair in the tub, the toilet was not scrubbed out, you can see residue built up around the inside of the base. The back entrance door was supposed to be locked after 11pm. We were to use our key code but didn't need to because the door opened right up. There was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby, the Continental breakfast was only raisin bran, looked like store bought little Debbie small size muffins, nothing hot, the bread was in their bags and set inside a plastic container so you would have to open the bread bags to get any. No tongs available. The coffee area was outside of the eating area and had very little to offer as far as freshness, like creamer, sugar etc. we will not stay there again.

The description said there was a bar, but there wasn’t. They are under new management and are planning to open the bar annd make improvements . Only 1 tv in a suite, so had to sit on the bed to watch tv instead of in the living room. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great. I would stay here again.

This Hotel was awful! I booked my room there because of the Restaurant/Bar and swimming pool/ hot tub!!! NOTHING WAS AVAILABE!!!! NOTHING!!!! I went downstairs to get a Diet Coke and even my can of Diet Coke expired. HORRIBLE I WANT A REFUND!!!!

$100 deposit for incidentals on top of the booking fee, coffee station wasn't very well stocked, no breakfast till June (not sure why that's just what they said) and no pool but ALSO no bugs (despite a few crumbs left in the room when we first arrived) and it was one of the cheapest places in town so I was honestly expecting worse.

The lady who checked me in was great. The room on the other hand was not so great to start the door was open when I got to my room one bed was a mess like someone just got done laying on it and smelled the same way. Also found bed bugs so I was sleeping on a chair and not a soft one it was one that you would put at ur kitchen table.. And to top it all off there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and it honestly looked like the whole room needed a deep clean.
