Clean. Pretty quiet. Safe. Loud in-room refrigerator. 1 of 3 washing machines operating. Several dryers were also out of service. Dirty banisters in the stairwells. In-operable outside card reader at 1 of the doors. I would suggest it’s time to pay some attention to the property.

Pros: I appreciated the size of the room and kitchen set up. The staff was fairly quick on their responses to requests, but I feel that since I checked in at night, I didn't get the best intro to the hotel and information. I liked the convenient location and ample parking. Cons: The AC unit does not stay consistently on, so it makes a lot of noise when it turns on. Would've appreciated a more stable AC unit. The water was warm at best, making it difficult and uncomfortable to shower in the cooler weather. I expect that there would be hot water for my week long stay. Overall, good value for the price I paid, but not sure I would be back at this particular location.

It has been a while since I have stayed in an extended stay, but this was my budget friendly option. First the good. I was towing a trailer and load from Phoenix to Santa Barbra and back. So I needed a parking lot capable of storing said trailer, and maneuvering it around. We used google maps and the hotels address to look at a satellite image to determine if we could accomplish this. The hotel was located directly off the freeway with freeway and local access. There was a little shell convenient store, and a In and Out directly across the street. The people at the front desk were very nice and got us taken care of quickly. As for the room. It had 2 beds and plenty of pillows. Now for the bad. The room overall was fine however some upkeep seems to be neglected. The shower/tub faucet ran all 3 days we were there. There was more than a trickle coming out of the spicot even after tightening it as hard as I could. The floor in the bathroom, and room has all the same vinyl planking floor, but whatever they use to clean the floor with became sticky as soon as moisture hit it. So getting out of the shower or the pure humidity made our barefeet sound and feel like they were being stuck to the floor. Unlike the beds. They moved every time someone touched the mattress. Which by the way we could hear upstairs' moving around too. The bathroom door seemed to be missing paint in about a 2 foot scattered pattern.

Okay location. Limited on-site amenities. No ice maker, they expect you to use crappy ice tray and make your own. You have to borrow limited coffee makers, grab-n-go coffee ends at 9:30. Sheets and towels retained bleach smel, room smelled musty. Fridge door was all stained and dirty.

I was very disappointed there was no pool. I walked around the room with no socks on, and my feet were filthy, which means the floor wasn’t clean well. The person above me on the third floor ran in the room like a crazy person from 2 AM to 5 AM. I didn’t want to report it because people are so crazy. Now I didn’t want a stranger knocking at my door knowing I complained about the noise they were making. The first bed I slept in, was perfect. The second bed was OK. It wasn’t the worst trip I’ve ever had, but it definitely wasn’t the best.

The property is clean, dog friendly and conveniently located near the highway to get anywhere you need to go in Santa Barbara. And there were no homeless camps near the property, so I felt safe - even at night taking my dog out to potty.

It was really basic and normally all kitchenware is provided in the rooms. Here you have to request everything. Towels were thin and no shampoo, conditioner and bath soap offered/available. No ice machines either. Very basic lodging. Not even a real lobby. It was fine for the 1 night but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We arrived for summer solatice and from the start was greeted by Sara front door staff. She provided us with food information about the rooms where to park, snd local restaurants. She wass mind to our sweet dog who was on his forstvroad trip as a puppy. We forgot our bowl at home abd she was able to accomodate us with a food bowl. She provided us with information on gran and go breakfast whcih she was honest. Oatmeal muffins a granola bars with coffee. We even were able to check in early and check out an hour later all due to thw kindness of the staff. The room was clean. You have to ask for paper towels plates and cups. But should have all your needs. We were happy as it was close to in and out for our aon and was close to where our sons La Crosse game was playin lg. The room was perfect for what we needed and affordable for our budget. I would stay here again if needed. Thank you Sara!!! You were awesome!!!

parking was fine, check in fine. there was NO Coffee Pot or Tea in the room. For a $270 per night room, where is the coffee pot? Don't be so cheap. Also the Elevator was slow, there was no pool, no jacquzzi, no weight room. The bedspread was Military issue, thin and unimpressive. No Shampoo or Condiitioner in the shower. Not. what I expected for Santa Barbara. And the "Breakfast Included", pathetic, lobby snack stand with packaged oatmeal and costco muffins. so sad. That was NOT breakfast, that was deceitful.

This was very hopeless stay ever I have experienced in my 20 years of life in this country . The floor was very sticky and bare foot showed the dark greasy on our legs Bathroom was clogged and sink has very slow drainage of water . Room was smelling something weird . We complained on clogged bathroom they asked us to come and pick the stick and unblock ourselves . Breakfast is simply tea bags and coffee We had hard time that night with kids it was really hopeless , with the hope extended stay was a brand to choose but never ever again I always booked with hotels.com because I always good hotels and pricing but this time I was waiting get out of the hotel and waiting to puke already .

Unclean. No one at front desk. Left a sign. Left number to call (600) . Called over 10x trying to check in. No answer. Wife had to call mainline 7pm on a Saturday. Rooms are not clean. We had to wipe down smudges on walls and counters in all areas. Bed squeaks creaks. Cheap bed frames. Can hear guy snoring through wall. All night. Heater doesn’t work. At all. Have set on 90 degrees currently blowing cold air. No answer at front desk at 7am. 1 star hotel. Period.

If you want new bedding, you take it off your bed yourself and bring to the front desk and they give you new linens. No housekeeping unless you stay for 14 days. Staff was fine. Room was very clean. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and we were woken up at 3am by the room next door “using their bed” so aggressively that our bed was shaking—we at first thought there was an earthquake. Its basically a seedy hotel. Santa Barbara is a safe area generally so it wasn’t scary but this place is bare bones.

The check was pretty easy. The room are not really modern. The biggest surprise was the internet charge, after paying for a day of service the system bogged down after a few hours of use. Upon my check out I notified the front desk clerk about the problem. She was really nice, but she said she was aware of the issue. She stated that they upgraded the system and been having problems and received previous complaints. You would think they would at least refund you a portion of the cost or the entire cost for a known issues with the system. I am glad I didn't stay multiple nights as I was intending to do. The easy access to freeways and quiet area was a plus.

This hotel was a complete let down - especially for the price. The staff was distracted. The rooms were minimal but ok. Paint was peeling. Stains on ceiling. And a weird smell I couldn’t get to go away even with open windows. Very disappointed and embarrassed that I chose this location for a night in Santa Barbara. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel.

Unclean. No one at front desk. Left a sign. Left number to call (600) . Called over 10x trying to check in. No answer. Wife had to call mainline 7pm on a Saturday. Rooms are not clean. We had to wipe down smudges on walls and counters in all areas. Bed squeaks creaks. Cheap bed frames. Can hear guy snoring through wall. All night. Heater doesn’t work. At all. Have set on 90 degrees currently blowing cold air. No answer at front desk at 7am. 1 star hotel. Period.

We had a subpar experience with this property. Upon arrival there was noone at the desk. It took a good 15 minutes for someone to appear. We were close to calling the front desk. When they did appear there were no apologies or greetings. Adia, I believe was their name, was unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The room was very tired and the bathroom was dirty. For the price, albeit it was a holiday weekend, was not worth the room. We will not be staying here again.

We arrived for summer solatice and from the start was greeted by Sara front door staff. She provided us with food information about the rooms where to park, snd local restaurants. She wass mind to our sweet dog who was on his forstvroad trip as a puppy. We forgot our bowl at home abd she was able to accomodate us with a food bowl. She provided us with information on gran and go breakfast whcih she was honest. Oatmeal muffins a granola bars with coffee. We even were able to check in early and check out an hour later all due to thw kindness of the staff. The room was clean. You have to ask for paper towels plates and cups. But should have all your needs. We were happy as it was close to in and out for our aon and was close to where our sons La Crosse game was playin lg. The room was perfect for what we needed and affordable for our budget. I would stay here again if needed. Thank you Sara!!! You were awesome!!!

Desk attendant took 20minutes to come out and service us. First room smelt like dirty mop water and 2nd room the fridge was dirty and smelly. Being that the pillows were tiny and flat there was not enough pullows for the bed to compensate.

It has been a while since I have stayed in an extended stay, but this was my budget friendly option. First the good. I was towing a trailer and load from Phoenix to Santa Barbra and back. So I needed a parking lot capable of storing said trailer, and maneuvering it around. We used google maps and the hotels address to look at a satellite image to determine if we could accomplish this. The hotel was located directly off the freeway with freeway and local access. There was a little shell convenient store, and a In and Out directly across the street. The people at the front desk were very nice and got us taken care of quickly. As for the room. It had 2 beds and plenty of pillows. Now for the bad. The room overall was fine however some upkeep seems to be neglected. The shower/tub faucet ran all 3 days we were there. There was more than a trickle coming out of the spicot even after tightening it as hard as I could. The floor in the bathroom, and room has all the same vinyl planking floor, but whatever they use to clean the floor with became sticky as soon as moisture hit it. So getting out of the shower or the pure humidity made our barefeet sound and feel like they were being stuck to the floor. Unlike the beds. They moved every time someone touched the mattress. Which by the way we could hear upstairs' moving around too. The bathroom door seemed to be missing paint in about a 2 foot scattered pattern.

It was an ok stay. I purposely booked this hotel because it said breakfast included. Well that breakfast was coffee and wrapped muffins. With road trips breakfast is one thing I’d like in the hotel to get it out of the way. The bathroom was small. The ac had a noise. Not too loud so we were still able to sleep through it. There are no smoking signs outside every door, yet it smelled like pot the whole time we were there. The beds were so uncomfortable, we hardly slept. The thermostat did not adjust the temperature properly, so it either got too hot or too cold in the room. The description says that breakfast is available, that is laughable. I wish they had brighter lights in the rooms. It’s like they went with the lowest watt bulb in all the fixtures and it felt super dark and made everything yellow. This part is just me being ticky: they need to put out more and pre packaged muffins and granola bars to call it breakfast. That said, it was a really nice place to stay.

parking was fine, check in fine. there was NO Coffee Pot or Tea in the room. For a $270 per night room, where is the coffee pot? Don't be so cheap. Also the Elevator was slow, there was no pool, no jacquzzi, no weight room. The bedspread was Military issue, thin and unimpressive. No Shampoo or Condiitioner in the shower. Worst Hotel Experience Ever — Avoid Staying in Santa Barbara I recently stayed at this motel, and it was hands down one of the absolute worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First of all, the basic amenities were practically non-existent. The room provided only a basic shampoo—no conditioner, no lotion, and not even a hairdryer. An older female, a new employee was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. For her sake, I resist giving this location a failing grade for hospitality. The premises were relatively clean. Don't expect the facility to clean your room, clean the bathroom or change the bedding during your stay here (It's an Extended Stay), Appropriate Santa Barbara hotel only if you're paying $100/night or less!
