The room was pretty clean, but had room for improvement. The bedding that I had on the first night had some stains and the shower drain needed to be unclogged. In a 5 minute shower, the water would end up being 1-2 inches deep due to it not draining properly. The pool was advertised as open and clean, but it was closed and looking down into it from my room, it looked very dirty.

Half empty pool full of leaves. Unusable. Elevator floor looked like the floor of a gas station, filthy. Coffee luke warm, the rest of the breakfast barely edible. I tried to cut a bagel in half and broke my plastic knife. Had to throw it out. Avoid this place although the staff was nice.

Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte

The first room we were given was disgusting. The drain in the shower was literally sitting next to the gross drain. I asked to change rooms which was accommodated, and I was told she would adjust the rate to reflect this. There was no change in the charges and they refused to assist with a refund. After moving to the next room which was only slightly better, (there were stain marks on the sheets and the bathroom floor was dirty) we attempted to call the front desk about the wifi that would not work and the phones were not connected. The second day we tried to access our room and the key would not work and there was no one at the front desk for more than 15 minutes while we waited with all of our gear to get back into our room. The heat/air system was an old loud in unit machine that went off an on all night long. It was not a good experience and I would NOT stay here.

Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

The room was not ready at 3 PM. We tried checking in around 3:50 and were told it would be another 15–20 minutes. My daughter and I waited about 25 minutes, and at 4:15 the room still wasn’t ready. They initially tried to downgrade my room because that was all they had available. I explained that not only had we been waiting past check-in, but now they wanted to downgrade a room I already paid for. I asked for some type of compensation. After the two front desk employees went back and forth, they said my original reservation was for an accessible room and eventually put us in what they called an executive suite. When we finally got upstairs, the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though this is supposedly a non-smoking hotel. There was only one washcloth, the refrigerator was dirty, there was no ice bucket, and the couch was filthy. While waiting downstairs, I also overheard the front desk discussing one of the housekeepers “being in a mood today.” The worst part happened the next morning. Checkout was 11 AM, and I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. At 10:40 AM, housekeeping did not knock or announce themselves—they simply opened the door to room 406 while my daughter was changing! There was absolutely no reason for anyone to enter our room without knocking, especially 20 minutes before checkout with a Do Not Disturb sign displayed. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. From check-in to checkout, this was not a good experience at all.
