The room was fine except that the bathtub was very slippery. Also, the swimming pool was closed.

When we arrived the person at the desk was complaining about her job and being candid about how hard it was. It was off putting as my first reaction was negative. We choose hotels in part for the pool and breakfast. The pool was not heated. Was ice cold. Asked about it at the desk. The same person had no idea that it was even broken. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre. Food was bland. There was no way to toast the bagels bread etc. won't go back.bthere

Very disappointed that the pool was down and we were not notified.

I took my kids there to swim I was told on the phone when I called the pool was working and open I get there and the whirlpool’s out of service the pool was cold my main reason of staying was to bring my kids swimming just upset still

If pool not working then should advertise that

Normal hotel brakefast ;but the elevator don’t works and the ice maker machine on my floor don’t work ;went I’m make the check in the lady on the desk She was disgusting and treated one badly;I’m not recommending this Hotel never

There wasn't much to like. Expedia advertised a Hot tub, indoor heated pool and restaurant. None of this was available. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because I needed to soak in a hot tub due to a knee injury. When we check in and reviewed what was in the hotel and the over zealous clerk said we don't have a hot tub and we haven't had it since Covid. We'll it's on the Expedia website for this hotel. Next came the pool, It was not working, a pump was broken the night before our checkin - Why didn't then get it fixed? Ok. Next came the Restaurant, It advertised Breakfast, lunch and dinner and live music on site. Well, it closed 4 weeks prior. Why aren't these things updated in the Expedia listing for the hotels. No compensation of any kind was offered. We came very close to leaving but couldn't get anything in the area. So the next day, we had breakfast in the lobby area. It was adequit at best. The hot food was cold. The toaster didn't toast anything completely. We left for a day of touring the area. When we returned, we were shocked to find that our room had not been touched by any housekeeping personal. When we questioned the front desk (same women who checked us in). She then told us that the rooms were only cleaned every other day. So, nothing that had been used in the room (coffee, creamers, plastic cups, towels) had been replenished. Is this a new practice? Excellent facilities, good breakfast! The pool is small.

Pool is the size of a large puddle. Would’ve been nice to know that it was that small. The reason we booked the room was so that the kids could swim on their April vacation

Comfortable and clean rooms. One of the quieter hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time. That of course is highly dependent on who your neighbors are. Breakfast was a nice selection each morning of waffles, omelets, quiche, eggs, bagels, bread, English muffins, yogurt, cereal, granola…. All very clean and well attended by the staff. Yes, the lobby ac is out but that’s more of an issue for the staff than it is for your quick walk in/out.

Didn’t like that housekeeping only comes every two to three days.

Dirty sock found in my room.window left open in the room- so room was very damp when we arrived.

At check in, guest ahead of us asked to change rooms due to strong mildew smell coming from the AC unit. We had the same issue. Terrible musty smell.

Property was tired. Smoke detector in room glasses every two seconds all night. Reflected in mirror do double the flash. Nothing done when told staff. No AC in lobby or breakfast area. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom drained and enamel have chips in it. Not thrilled with condition on room. Very small.

The only thing that I didn’t like was my room had a musty smell that should be corrected.But I would stay again

the rooms were immaculate! the bedding was very comfortable, nice shower and ammenities such as coffee maker, microwave in room. continental breakfast in the mornings. even a little "pantry store" for snacks and essentials. staff was very helpful and friendly. i would definately reccommend it to others.

We were told upon check in that rooms would be cleaned every other day. We stayed 6 days and our room was NOT cleaned—NOT EVEN ONCE despite requesting it 3 times!!! Not great housekeeping service!

ALL the employees wer so friendly. The breakfast was very good. I loved the mattress and pillows. Wish I could get them for home. Will return when I must be in the area.

Understaffed at check-in, awkward vibe, long line. Hotel is dated and musty.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms could use some updating. Also, our room was next to one of the outside doors and the door would close very forcefully (loudly) which would often wake us up as people were entering and exiting through it.

The bed matress needs to be flipped, because I when I got into bed i fell into a hole, but everything around was above the mattress. Meaning the mattress was sinking.

The room was clean, beds and Pillows very comfy, and the hallway noise was quiet. I especially liked the fact the shower would run on the other side of the wall but you didn’t hear it. The one thing was the toilet believe it or not. They sat so low to the floor as to accommodate a child vs. an adult. If new higher height ones were installed it would help. Hair and soap products were good. The breakfast was the usual fare, but hot and good. Coffee fresh. What brought this to a higher level were the two staff members running it. They were constantly checking supplies, interacting with people welcoming them and cleaning and wiping down the tables and surfaces. I’ve been in restaurants that don’t get that much attention. Front desk staff were excellent, polite and efficient, explaining details clearly. It’s right off I 84 and the area in a very populated shopping center so if you need anything it’s within 5 minutes away. Pool is not super sized, small but perfect for kids.

Wifi was a little lacking, but everything else was great

Bed was a bit too soft - personal preference.

Friendly and attentive staff. I left a shirt and blazer in my room and it was retrieved by a friend who told me that the front desk staff were very accommodating.

I stayed here for one night and I have to say that this hotel was easy to check-in and had friendly staff. The hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was well stocked with towels and toilet tissues. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had good options. I would stay here again.

Checked in to hotel even though i called a few days early to request an early check in the room still wasnt ready until 5pm. The first room thetmy gave me i walked into a trashed room with people lying in bed and liquor bottles strewn about the room

There was something amiss between housekeeping and the front desk. We checked in at 6:30pm and our room was not ready yet. Other people checked in behind us and the same thing. Housekeeping would not answer the desk clerk. Situation was frustrating for the desk clerk as well as the backlog of guests waiting for rooms that late at night.

Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to lack of assistance, check in time took over 20 minutes and our room was not ready a full hour after check in time. The breakfast served in the morning was excellent… good choice of food, including fresh fruit, servers were attentive and courteous. They made sure all dishes were replenished with no time lapse. Very impressed!

Madeline helped us with confirming our reservation over the phone, and she also helped us check in. She was a delight to work with, and she met us with the highest level of hospitality!

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 children. Enjoyed the pool, ate at the attached restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the breakfast options were limited for children. Overall great experience, would stay again if in the area.

A well maintained property with an above average Breakfast Buffet included. Quiet and easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again. My wife and I recently stayed at another hotel in North Carolina which advertised itself as top of the line but was quite trashy. We left after one night. This hotel lived up to its billing.

Very comfortable room. Generally helpful desk staff. My only complaint was breakfast. Prepackaged sandwiches, no waffle maker. Unimpressive. And both recycling and regular trash from room went into same trash bag. What's with that? Generally enjoyed my stay.

After having breakfast we tried to clean up our table and dispose of our dirty plates & cups. Every garbage pail was filled to the top and the garbage was falling all over the floor. I notified staff that was in the area, he stated to me "oh I know", and walked away. I watched to see if he was going to take care of the situation, he didn't and walked away.
