I had a wonderful stay in Novotel Nairobi. It was centrally located in the Westlands neighborhood and near lots of restaurants, nightlife and shopping. It was easy to get uber as well. The service was great and the rooftop restaurant was a vibe on the weekend. The rooms were big and clean. Highly recommend.

Très grande chambre avec tout le nécessaire. Coin bureau bien pratique. Une piscine en rooftop mais pas chauffée donc un peu trop froide pour s’y baigner. Petit déjeuner très bien. 2 centres commerciaux à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel.

Novotel Nairobi Westlands literally saved our day. Due to flight disruptions, we had to find a hotel at the last minute and decided to stay there for two nights. The hotel is brand new, having just opened recently. You can still feel the vibe of the opening and the staff goes out of its way to make you more than welcome! Breakfast was scrumptious and the roof top bar has views of the entire city, along with great cocktails and cool music! Definitely a highlight of our short, unplanned stay in Nairobi. Many thanks to the entire staff including their very visible Hotel Manager.

This was my second stay at Novotel, and I’m already planning to return. The staff and management are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The breakfast is absolutely amazing—definitely worthy of a top 5+ hotel! The top-floor restaurant/bar, lounge floor restaurant, and pool bar all offer stunning atmospheres. The top-floor venue, in particular, boasts a breathtaking view. The food is great, with the top floor offering an exotic, Indian-inspired menu, while the lobby-level restaurant leans more toward Western cuisine. I didn’t try the cocktails, but they looked great.I nice place to invite guests. The hotel gym is well-equipped and is comfortably air-conditioned. I think it’s 24/7. I never tried the wellness centre. The rooms are large and nice, featuring asic essentials, effective air conditioning, nice showers, fully dark blackout curtains, and I haven’t experienced noise from neighboring rooms. House cleaning is spot on. The hallways on each floor are quite plain, but you don’t spend time there.

Phenomenal four days in the very new Novotel; from staff to dining to room and amenities, the entire experience was fantastic. Beautiful views of the night sky in Nairobi via Trunk and Tandoor and exceptional hotel staff made it a comfortable and wonderful stay. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. They made me feel very welcome. There are many security measures to ensure guest safety. The cleanliness is also very good. The breakfast has many options for all tastes. The Indian resturant is also very lovely with a fantastic view. Robinson and Joseph where very nice as well!

I have been all over the world through especially Europe and the USA, I can certainly say this is the best hotel that I have even stayed for such a price. As a matter of fact, it is way better in so many aspects than hotels that were triple its price. I would recommend to anyone including my family and friends. What a beautiful, clean and new hotel with all the amenities. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!! Blame me if you get disappointed which you will not !!

With a trekking was very quick and efficient.We did not stay for breakfast.The only complaint I had is that the shower was actually cold! We had a very early morning flight, and I jumped in the shower at 3am and it was freezing cold!

Everything about this hotel scream 4 star and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stephen was very knowledgeable about helping us navigate around this city and tours. Everyone went over and beyond at this hotel and we will come again. The food was excellent and the rooms are beautiful and very well kept.

Novotel Nairobi Westlands literally saved our day. Due to flight disruptions, we had to find a hotel at the last minute and decided to stay there for two nights. The hotel is brand new, having just opened recently. You can still feel the vibe of the opening and the staff goes out of its way to make you more than welcome! Breakfast was scrumptious and the roof top bar has views of the entire city, along with great cocktails and cool music! Definitely a highlight of our short, unplanned stay in Nairobi. Many thanks to the entire staff including their very visible Hotel Manager.

This was a pretty nice decent hotel and we appreciated the warm welcome with fresh orange juice and warm towels. That was very nice. Our room was beautiful and spacious. However, the hotel is not completely done with construction at the top levels so that was a little weird to see and the room service could be better, but generally speaking the folks we encountered were really sweet and kind and the hotel is quite lovely so we would definitely return in the future.

We travelled with family of four from Australia. Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay in Novotel Nairobi. It was centrally located in the Westlands neighborhood and near lots of restaurants, nightlife and shopping. It was easy to get uber as well. The service was great and the rooftop restaurant was a vibe on the weekend. The rooms were big and clean. Highly recommend.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. They made me feel very welcome. There are many security measures to ensure guest safety. The cleanliness is also very good. The breakfast has many options for all tastes. The Indian resturant is also very lovely with a fantastic view. Robinson and Joseph where very nice as well!

Everything about this hotel scream 4 star and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stephen was very knowledgeable about helping us navigate around this city and tours. This was my second stay at Novotel, and I’m already planning to return. The staff and management are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The breakfast is absolutely amazing—definitely worthy of a top 5+ hotel! The top-floor restaurant/bar, lounge floor restaurant, and pool bar all offer stunning atmospheres. The top-floor venue, in particular, boasts a breathtaking view. The food is great, with the top floor offering an exotic, Indian-inspired menu, while the lobby-level restaurant leans more toward Western cuisine. I didn’t try the cocktails, but they looked great.I nice place to invite guests. The hotel gym is well-equipped and is comfortably air-conditioned. I think it’s 24/7. I never tried the wellness centre. The rooms are large and nice, featuring asic essentials, effective air conditioning, nice showers, fully dark blackout curtains, and I haven’t experienced noise from neighboring rooms. House cleaning is spot on. The hallways on each floor are quite plain, but you don’t spend time there.

Unacceptable health standards, poor management response, and billing errors.Our recent stay was highly disappointing due to severe utility failures and poor customer service. Upon check-in, we found that all the running water in our room (sink, shower, and toilet) was bright yellow and completely unusable. Despite explaining that I have highly sensitive skin, management dismissed our concerns and insisted the water was safe. A secondary room offered to us suffered from the exact same building-wide issue.When we requested alternative clean water to wash with, staff initially sent up two buckets of the same yellow water. It took multiple phone calls and over an hour and a half for actual clean water to arrive. Management promised to meet with us the following morning to address the situation, but they completely failed to show up at check-out.On top of this, a pre-arranged room surprise was ruined when a staff member carelessly revealed it to us at the front desk, and we were subsequently double-charged for it on our bill. I strongly advise looking elsewhere until this property resolves its infrastructure, billing accuracy, and guest safety standards.
