We had a great family vacation at this hotel. It has a great pool and is close to everything. Parking is tight, but staff is always available to help.

Great location, only issue is very tight parking

The parking lots were very closely spaced. There was a lot across the street that you could park in for more room as long as you had your parking pass in the dash.

Clean and comfortable. located close to everything. On the beach. I was disappointed there was no hot tub. that was listed on the web site

Great location for the beach, pier and boardwalk. Easy to find and lots of parking. Unfortunately the pool was closed for our stay. The building is starting to look tired. Very clean but tired.

Nice pool, at the beach. Room kind of dated, guests noisy late at night, no assigned parking ,so if come back late at night, (races) your parking far from room and searching. Staff friendly.

Amazing location right on the beach with ocean-front balconies! Property is walkable to key Daytona Beach attractions, restaurants & nightlife. The pool is also a nice feature. Only drawback is that parking is a bit tight in the central courtyard area.

Nice place but the parking is tight.

Room was not totally clean when we arrived, there were leftovers from previous users. There were mold in the bathroom and the room was smelling very bad do to it. Forcing us to leave the door open to get some fresh air in the room.

Our room had sand on the laminate floor. We had someone's crusty sock and left over food in our fridge. The staff was very nice, but our room was awful.

I got bit by bed bugs in room 106 and had no air in 105. I was put in 207 and they didn’t even ask if I was okay or if they could accommodate me in any way! They are horrible!

Not the Hilton, but $295 for the room, shower head looked like it was coated with salt, & 3 hairs in the bathtub 3,-8” long & 2 about 1” long & curly ( pubic hair) needless to say, I did it step foot in the shower

It was oceanfront right next to the pool, but we stayed there a year ago and everything was fine this year in August. It was baby roaches in the bathroom one in the little fridge holes in the wall, and the floor was filthy like they never mopped it will not be staying there again With a big disappointment in the room.

The room was dirty. It hadnt been deep cleaned in a long time. It was dusty the floor made the bottom of my feet black. The curtain was missing so the light came in every morning. There is not enough parking so you have to park away from your room. They even gave us a roll of tissue that had mildew on it. There was no direct beach access except for the "beachfront rooms" you had to walk around the building to the public beach walkway. For the $231 a night i paid for this place it was definitely not at all worth it. Did i mention the people sleeping on the beach next to it. The only positive the employees are really nice and the location.

Most of the lights in my room did not work, but then they would turn on in the middle of the night. The toilet ran constantly, the A/C rattled and was loud. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor every time you turned on the faucet. The bathroom was not clean (hair all over, floor was dirty). I had to buy a pair of shower shoes because the bottom of my feet were filthy from walking on the floor.

We didn’t even stay when we turned the lights on to go in the room. Roaches were crawling everywhere. It was absolutely horrible.

The floor around the wall and the AC still had trash from the guest before us. You couldn't walk bare footed in the room without your feet turning pitch black. But the customer service was great and it was a great location.

Not a bad place but the beds are too hard

Rooms clean and comfortable but small. Mircowave and small fridge. Older property. Parking was cramped. Nice ocean front view. Very close to boardwalk.

Well priced place to spend a night or 2. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. Good views and fine breakfast. When we entered the room it did smell a little musty but we opened up both doors and aired it out and then it was fine. Walls are very thin. I could hear the tv on all night in the room beside us and then the people above us walking around all morning. It was still well worth the money for the nights stay.

There is very limited parking. The AC in the room is so loud that it sounds like a generator. There were scratching and clicking noises from the roof all night.

The room had coffee available but nothing to make it with, no coffee maker. No phone to call front desk, and hot water was good in the shower until after a few minutes, it wasn't. Lots of rust in the bathroom.

Room had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. No phone, no iron no after hours attendants except for security guard!

No Internet, room very small. The bathroom door was hitting the toilet. Beach front is a plus. Older decor, but it looked clean.

Simple hotel on the beach. Parking is crowded within the hotel. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk and close to main street for Bikeweek. Rooms are simple. No thrills in the rooms. If you like balconies and views of the ocean great location. Can see dolphins swimming from your room. Would stay again.

It was good. Walls are thin so you can hear people next to you. The staff was really nice anytime I passed them.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. We stayed here for Biketober fest and it was packed. Definitely not a place you want to stay during an event if you want to get to bed early as many guests stayed up very late partying and the walls are very thin. Being it was packed for the event, parking was an absolute nightmare. The location is great, it’s off the main road on its own service type road. It’s also a very short walk to main st, the pier and many stores. The room seemed clean, but very outdated and had a moisture issue (something you’d expect at a beach hotel anyways). Our room had a tub/shower combo, the pull to use the shower part was broken and would not fully engage so water pressure was absolutely terrible, but it worked for our needs for a short period of time. In a pinch, we’d stay here again but definitely not our first pick.

It is a dated old school Daytona Beach Motel. These are the places that made it possible for America to travel. But it was clean and the rooms had a fresh decor. Check in was easy and friendly. I have traveled and usually go higher end. This will be my bike week stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing! My air conditioner broke in the room, they were quick and fast and so nice and apologetic about it. And any where i went in that hotel staff always greeted me and checked if i needed anything. I would come back again just for the service!

Had a great stay staff was friendly rooms were clean. Even asked if we could stay a extra night and was no problem just had to switch rooms because someone had requested that room and at a good price and didn’t have to wait long they cleaned the new room first so we could get in there.we will be booking this room again next year

The first room they gave us had carpet; I let them know I had allergies re carpet and showed the photo of the rooms with wood floors. They did move us to a room with no carpet. It is a good value for the location (no drive/traffic beach near the pier and next to a restaurant/bar). The room was fine; it’s a little dated but it was comfortable and had a small fridge, nice pool, etc. it’s in an amazing location.

Did not receive housekeeping during entire stay! Told I was to ask and I would get it the next day, I did and still did not! My garbage’s were overflowing, towels piled up, floors dirty from sand etc. What’s worse is that I had to book an extra day and I requested a new room to get a fresh suite and not a broken ac, the front desk ppl didn’t even say nothing other than a sorry. Crappy customer service! I shoulda got some kind of compensation!

This motel was in an amazing location right on the beach. The view was beautiful. The room was decent for the price, but i was very disappointed with the fact that the front desk is not open 24/7. We checked in late after traveling all day. We left immediately to get something to eat and then came back to the room to relax. Everything was great except our tv didnt work. I went to the front desk to find it was closed and spoke with the security guard who informed me i would have to wait till morning to speak to someone. When i told them about the tv not working they didnt seem to care at all, just checked me out and sent me on my way. Oh well...

The location was good, because it’s right on the beach. The parking is terrible. People park in such a way that they take up multiple spots, and there isn’t room for everyone. It’s walking distance to many things. The night we were there, the ‘neighbors’ were all very loud, and obnoxious. I’m pretty sure we saw a drug deal going on. There’s a bar with live music right next door, and they play loud, late into the night, so if that’s not your thing, you should stay elsewhere.

Stayed for a couple days. This is an older property, but clean and a decent breakfast. Needs some upgrading.

Overall very happy with this place. I would stay there again. Location was great. Room was very clean. Beds were on the hard side and not very comfortable. Water pressure was great. Parking was rough, there was a jeep thing going on so the hotel was full maybe not an issue if less busy. Pool was very nice.

Over all really good. This is our 2nd time staying here. Not fancy but doable. The staff are nice and helpful. Cleanness is good but I hate the floors especially when wet from the pool or beach. Takes forever to dry. The breakfast is nothing big or special but it's good for a morning snack. The only down fall for me was even though it says no vaping or smoking by the pool... I saw multiple people smoking! This rule needs to be enforced! It was not fair to my son or our family. We had to leave the pool 3 times during our stay. Also, on our last night a random guy was sitting in the dark corner by the pool. I don't think he was even staying there. He left with his backpack as soon as we noticed him.

Use of febreze air freshener was very overpowering and gave my companion and me sinus problems and watery eyes. There was personal garbage around the property and the "breakfast" was grim.

You have to set the appropriate expectations for this place. It was $50-$100 cheaper then all other places on the beach so you have to expect it will not be a palace! The location is top notch. The pool was great, the breakfast was surprisingly expansive for "continental", it has FREE parking (unlike many oceanfront units), it is small so you don't have to go far to get from room to pool to beach. The rooms are adequate and have everything you need (a bed, a bathroom, fridge and micowave) but they are not the fanciest. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I have no complaints about this hotel and you get everything you pay for!! Don't come with the expectation of the Ritz, because you will be disappointed. But for the price, it was well worth it! One watch out, because this is a "cheaper" beachfront option that is very close to the pier, it does attract a certain clientele- families with lots of kids and large party groups- because the price point aligns with those types of groups. Prepare yourself for splashing and partying. I traveled with my husband and three children (2, 5, 7years) and we loved it! Lots of other kids to play with and the noise didn't last past 11pm (that we noticed). I loved that we were able to stay oceanfront at a second row price. And it's on the no-drive portion so it's safe for kids.

Easy access to the beach. Nice pool. Seemed like new paint & overall better condition than expected! Good value for the money. Qualify bed covers & towels. Minimal breakfast but enough to cover it. Parking is a little tight but one car is included with the room, which is great! Right next door to restaurants and amusements but quiet in the room. Felt safe even though not a high end resort (security patrolled all around). Didn’t see an elevator for the second floor but may have missed it. Would certainly stay again for a quick beach getaway.

Not enough blankets to keep warm, air conditioner not warm and too noisy. Very little soap. Noisy air conditioner in bathroom. Very limited food for breakfast.
