Room was a mess when walked in, so had to go and get another room. Phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work and pool was green and disgusting. There was no service in the room as far as cleaning each day. Would not recommend.

They were in the middle of renovations, and even though our room was neat and clean, there were several things left to be finished: wiring, caulking, painting. The breakfast was good in spite of no lobby.

Stayed here on business, ended up staying an extra night. The pool was closed for no discernible reason which was kinda odd. The room despite being non smoking had a hint of smoke to it, the bathroom was moldy and the tub was in rough shape. Otherwise decent we had a good stay for what it was and the staff was very friendly/helpful. I didn't appreciate the two security deposit charges that took a week to be refunded. I also didn't like them not changing out the towels daily, it was pretty messed up having to reuse washcloths, I shouldn't have to ask for them to be changed.

The rooms felt like a DIY messy remodel. Raw ends of cut sheetrock, had to swipe the card a minimum of 5 times to get the lights to even come on the door lock then several more times to get it to unlock. Doors and shades don’t close properly. Pool was solid green. Reception area is in shambles and that is where breakfast is. Staff was very friendly though.

The room was very clean, the furniture was very very worn, and dated, the bed was the best, looking out the window was not so good, the hot water took over 5 minutes to turn hot. Staff was kind of friendly, for what l spent, the breakfast was good.

Dirty. Room smelled like mold. No space for hanging clothes. Rust came out of pipes every time to turn shower on. No light at desk. Never came in to clean room or exchange towels. Worst place I’ve stayed in 10 years of traveling. Don’t know how it’s partnered with Wyndham????

Clean and convenient to campus. All that we needed: healthy continental breakfast options, comfortable beds, refrigerator in room, easy ample parking, smooth check in and check out, friendly staff. Appears to have recently been renovated.

The staff was really friendly and supportive but everything else about the property needs extreme improvements. The photos via the website are nothing like the actual room except the bathroom. There was an unidentifiable smell all throughout the hotel and the room which was not pleasant. When I woke ip the next morning I saw multiple large bed bugs on my pillows and sheets.when I told the front desk member they did not seem to really care. Overall would not recommend this hotel until they finish “renovations” and update their property photos to actually reflect the inn. Would not pay more then $30-40 a night at most for this inn in its current condition. Do want to end by saying the staff member who checked me in was extremely sweet and friendly. She made sure to ask me about my day and made sure the check in process was okay.

The property staff consisted of one person who was very friendly and helpful. For safety and accessibility they should have at least 2 staff there. The room did not have a closet but staff gave us hangers to hang on the shower bar and she said they were in thecprocess of renovating. The property is in the process of being renovated, so room was limited on furniture and features. There was no closet to hang out clothes, no full length mirror, no jacks for charging phones. Security lock at the top of the door was broken. However, the room was clean, the mattresses were new and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Decent property needs some work for sure but for what i paid i wasn’t expecting a whole lot. Seems like they are slowly remodeling. The furniture in the room was very old and needs to be replaced bthroom was remodeled and pretty good. Overall ok for what i paid.

The new owners are doing the best they can to refurbish this place. The rooms are very spacious but lack certain amenities. No shelving in the bathroom Very flimsy plumbing fixtures. Nowhere to hang clothes. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel feels safe also.

It was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. We were at fsu orientation for our daughter. This morning a work crew started pounding with hammers, sawing, literally renovating the room across the hall. No sleep for us. The. The fire alarm goes off and we left. Couldn’t take it anymore. I made this reservation in Jan, maybe should’ve put us in a room away from the construction. I’ve never written a complaint and I travel often. It was that bad.

Did not check in . Was told i had to put a $50 deposit despite booking thru your site. Also they tried to charge my card after I cancelled the booking. The front desk staff was rude and inappropriate

This is a ghetto motel in a ghetto area. Homeless, hookers, and drug addicts letting in parking lot. Upon checking in, found lights all unplugged. When i plugged floor lamp into (non-covered, wires exposed) outlet, it tripped breaker and killed all power. Moved to another room which had no chairs. I took chairs from the 1st (pitch black dark) room only to find the upholstery badly stained and torn. Bathroom light bar only had 1 working bulb so very dim room. Toilet bolts were so loose that toilet spun and tipped. Tv Cable box was dead. Front desk wouldn't answer "0" dialed calls from room phone so I called from cell phone and she immediately answered. She promised to send maintenance tech - he came hours later at 12:30am -we were in bed so didn't let him in! Next morning we went to office and asked that it be fixed while we were out....8 hours later we returned and still not fixed. Had to call front desk from cell phone again in order to get an answer. An hour later the tech came and swapped cable box. Front desk staff could care less. Acted like we should just be happy to have a room. The motel was basically empty ... I understand why.

She promised to send maintenance tech - he came hours later at 12:30am -we were in bed so didn't let him in! Next morning we went to office and asked that it be fixed while we were out....8 hours later we returned and still not fixed. Had to call front desk from cell phone again in order to get an answer. An hour later the tech came and swapped cable box. Front desk staff could care less. Acted like we should just be happy to have a room. The motel was basically empty ... I understand why.

The hotel is old and run down. They don't allow guests in the lobby at night - I literally had to stand outside by myself at 10:30pm while they checked me in through a window with a police siren half a block away. The surrounding area seemed unsafe - even more so given that they lock guests out for the staff's safety.

We stayed here for FSU parents weekend. It is about a mile walk from the stadium, so that was perfect! The hotel itself is in very poor condition the rooms smell and are damp. The hotel is in very poor condition. The staff was lovely and went out of their way to try to help us because the television did not work.

The staff was the best part of the stay. I booked a total of 3 rooms for my son’s graduation. 1 on the rooms did not have a working tv or any shower amenities (i.e. soap, shampoo, or conditioner). I had to use a hotel cup to get the shower gel from over the sink when showering. All 3 rooms smelled a bit moldy.

When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go. Later the second person was so much more willing to take the extra steps to help me out and everything cleared. The remaining stay was excellent.
