La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tampa Near Busch Gardens

Nothing luxurious, but a clean solid room. The same can be said of the facility. Location was a bit further of a walk to Bush Gardens than I had anticipated, but still doable - just be ready for it. I wouldn't expect a family to walk that far. Breakfast was the same, nothing fancy but very basic and decent. Quick way to get some food in you and run to the park, and certainly a money saver (it is complimentary). Staff was friendly and courteous. Pool area was very nice. Plenty of free parking. Perfectly adequate to spend a night or two (or more), unless you are looking for a luxury stay.

My husband went down for coffee at breakfast time. There was none made. The clerk that checked us in was someone that didn’t like to work there

The mattress was horrible, there was no closet, the door to the hal which was outside dunt fully close at the bottom and the bathroom was so small you could barely get in to use the toilet. The breakfast room was clean and the breakfast was good, not great.

The room was not clean. The bed was stained and was covered with hair from the person that slept in it before me. It was obvious the bed was just made and not stripped. Bathtub was stained with cigarette burns and not clean. I travel a lot, and this is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms look nothing like the photos. Don’t stay here.
