Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. House had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Extra features such as outdoor heated shower to wash off from the beach, deep freezer, plenty of cooking utensils, games and books around the house made for a homely feeling for the stay with kids. Improvement that could be made is the back bedroom gets warm and very bright at sunrise and could do with darker curtains. Front porch decking needs some attention, many nails were sticking out due to aging wood boards being loose.
House had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a very relaxing girls weekend, location was fantastic, great porch area to have a few drinks and nibbles while watching the world go by. Property is clean and well equipped, only downside was the room with the single beds, these definitely need to be replaced and also the 3 seater settee in the living room area.
