Very nice hotel. Building older but rooms spacious and very nicely renovated. Free EV charging was a plus, will remember this hotel for future trips. Check in associate was very friendly and gave us first floor room. Pavilion area out back was a nice area to meet other guests after a long day at Six Flags.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff -great. Parking lot was well lit up at night. Breakfast was good, everything hot and fresh. Will definitely stay here next year on my way back up north. Highly recommend. Love Best Westerns!!

We stayed here for a weekend of Braves baseball at Truist Park, it’s less than 2 miles away, so a very easy drive over, and one night we walked back to the hotel. It took about 30 minutes, but it was a very easy walk. Staff was great, the hotel room was super clean and nice, we ate the complimentary breakfast once on our stay, it was great! The fitness center left a little to be desired, but overall 10/10 experience, we will definitely make this our go to place when we come to Atlanta!

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was great. I really liked the barn doors separating the bathroom from the sleeping area. The room had a light unusual odor.However being on the 1st floor could have been the culprit. The pool was just cleaned and the staff had to keep guests from using it. The staff was very nice about it and explained it would be open the next day.

The room was clean. The bed was firm, which is what I like, so I was happy. The breakfast was great. (eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles, muffins and such). We chose this hotel because it listed an EV charger in its amenities. The charger is in back by the pool. Two level 2 J1772 cords. One cord was not working, but I was able to top up overnight with the good cord. Nice perk. We have an annual event in Atlanta and this hotel will be our first choice next year.

It is really good option if you are traveling with your dog. The breakfast was pretty good and the stuff did a good job maintaining the place. They have couple type 2 charging station for EV as well.

the housekeepers are not changing the linen after every guest. I checked into room 136 there was a strong air freshener smell as if something was being masked. I looked on the bed and there was blood splatter as if there’s bed bugs so I immediately went back to the front deck and changed my room. I asked him if I could have a room on the inside he told me I couldn’t because I have 2 beds and that’s only available outside. I was moved into 107 it was that strong smell again and when we peeled back the sheets it was a beetle and crumbs in one bed and crumbs and skin flakes in the other! The sheets wasn’t changed out. at about 1am I go to use the restroom and see a roach in the bathroom. I go to the front desk and let the guy know and he said that he will get the exterminator to the room. I let him know that I want to change rooms. He was nice and polite about it but once again I was offered an outside room. I asked him if there was any rooms on the inside and he sure enough had a 2 bed on the inside on the 2nd floor. I asked to see the room first before I agreed. I went upstairs and it was tissue rolled up on the bathroom counter with a used bar of soap in the middle letting me know housekeeping do not do there job what so ever! I kept that room because it did not have that strong smell as if they where trying to cover up the distinctive smell of roaches. But the beds was extremely hard on the inside.

Bedding was stained and smelled bad. Room was ok but not top notched. The cleaning products were of poor quality left residual smell. I had to take off bedding myself and take down to office . The free breakfast hours were short. It was fair. The noise in the hallway and in the rooms next to me was loud. I did not feel safe walking outside after dark. Dog park was not lit and was next to semi trailers.

Waited a full 10 minutes before someone finally appeared at the desk for check in. None of the surfaces in the rooms were wiped down, and one of our rooms had mold in the bathroom. Had to change the 2nd room twice- 1st room still had people in it, 2nd room wreaked of pot smoke, and the 3rd room smelled of a dirty pet. Turns out the adjoining room had a dog in it. All 4 of the rooms were on the 1st floor, and also of them had unlocked windows.

Easy to get to. Great price. We had an outside entrance room and the parking lot noise and interstate noise was very noticeable. Air condition unit couldn’t keep up so the room was humid. Shower was hot and good pressure. Beds were reasonably comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was good.

Our stay was decent, beds and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was okay, this best western is set up more like a motel with doors on the outside which made for a lot of noise and shady characters around, someone banged on our door and woke us up at 7am on our second day, we didnt answer so no idea who it was, it wasnt cleaning though as they dont come until after 11am, shower pressure was terrible and the tub was slippery with no anti slip grip, pool is very old and very small so we didnt get into it, room AC did not work very good because of heat beating in from having motel like outside doors.

Pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect - close to pretty much everything, but set off the interstate just enough to be quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfy. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for trips to Truist Park. The only thing was the air conditioning in the room seemed to struggle with the heat, it always felt muggy in the room. Other than that it’s perfect.

The staff was amazing, very sweet. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they tried to charge me $30 for checking in an hour early, due to the new manager’s policy.

Overall, it was okay. There was mix-up on their end in regards to my reservation. However, they did get me into a room. Cleaning in the room could have been better. However, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless so I went with it. Breakfast was average, but free. I didn’t like the breakfast set up because the bar area was so small you had to wait to get the simplest of things. In the end, I would stay again.

Lena was awesome at check in. Expedia had messed up our booking and had not advised the hotel of our new check in date. Lena assisted us in determining what had happened and was able to accommodate us with professionalism and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the Atlanta area.

Felipe, the front desk worker, was completely incompetent. He appeared to be under the influence and was unable to handle his job or process conversations. My family and I had booked two separate rooms, but he mixed up the reservations. Instead of admitting his mistake, he fabricated a story, claiming that my family member used my ID to check in. I had to correct him multiple times, which only led to more lies from him. This became extremely frustrating, so I just asked for the room keys. The first set he gave us was for a room that was already occupied. Felipe, the front desk worker, was completely incompetent. He appeared to be under the influence and was unable to handle his job or process conversations. My family and I had booked two separate rooms, but he mixed up the reservations. Instead of admitting his mistake, he fabricated a story, claiming that my family member used my ID to check in. I had to correct him multiple times, which only led to more lies from him. This became extremely frustrating, so I just asked for the room keys. The first set he gave us was for a room that was already occupied. The cleaniness of the room was fine but when it came to the service of the staff it was horrible. The girl at the front desk was so rude and seemed very bothered to be helping us. Later in the evening we tried to use the microwave(while the tv was on) and a breaker broke. We called the front and she said she'd call someone. An hour goes by and we had to go up front due to not getting a call back. When going up front the rude girl called someone abd it definitely seemed to be the first time she called someone 🙄. We then were told to move rooms.. it was 10pm and we have a toddler. Thennn at 5am the fire alarm went off! Everyone evacuated outside with no answer until someone went to the desk and asked. The fire department finally showed up about 30min later and turned it off right away. I get things happen but having to go ask and not told about what is happening is huge for good customer service.

Pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect - close to pretty much everything, but set off the interstate just enough to be quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfy. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a weekend of Braves baseball at Truist Park, it’s less than 2 miles away, so a very easy drive over, and one night we walked back to the hotel. It took about 30 minutes, but it was a very easy walk. Staff was great, the hotel room was super clean and nice, we ate the complimentary breakfast once on our stay, it was great! The fitness center left a little to be desired, but overall 10/10 experience, we will definitely make this our go to place when we come to Atlanta!

This property was clean and convenient while attending a braves game. It is not walkable but close enough if you have a vehicle. The property is older but was clean and well managed. The hot water in the shower was just warm and never got hot. Good property for the price.

We were here for an extended period and were very satisfied with the accommodation provided by this Best Western. I especially liked the surrounding area as it was near a large park with walking trails. Our room was nicely equipped with a small microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was smallish but the shower was exceptional with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was better than most and I would definitely choose this place again. Btw, all the staff were friendly and cleaning services provided very nice.

We needed a stopover on our way to Florida and found this reasonably priced hotel with food ratings. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The breakfast was the usual you get at hotels but it was free so that's ok. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended

The front desk person kept asking if a particular room was ok with us, and having not been to this property before (roadtrip) we didn't understand why they were asking. We were put in a first floor room that had an exterior door (motel like) that wasn't stated when he was asking. So be aware of that when checking in. Higher floor rooms are interior room doors. The room had CLEARLY been smoked in, It had that embedded stale cigarette smell. The tub did NOT drain for taking a shower, so only 1 of us could shower that night since the tub was full of water draining extremely slowly. Overall the room was outdated, and showed lots of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom.

I think this was the 3rd time I've stayed here over the last few years. Each time has been a good experience. It is a little outdated but still a good hotel. The woman at the front desk was super friendly. It is only minutes away from Truist park and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, as well.

Some of the towels were on the rack like they were left there by the previous people? Fridge in room 109 needs replaced, the motor is really loud. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise. Weird layout using a barn door for the bathroom. Breakfast had some hot options which was nice, but the area was cramped and cleaning wasn’t staying caught up so it felt dirty. Overall an okay experience
