The hotel was just okay. The wash cloths were stained very bad. Almost like they were used to clean the room. The blanket on my bed smelled really bad had to take it off my bed. The breakfast was the same everyday. The juices were watered down, coffee weak.

We stayed there 1 night and then a couple days later 2 nights. The room and everything was fine the 1st night. The2nd night the shower was very poor (low water flow). the bathroom door shell was broken on the outside and the screws that held the bottom hinge in place were out and the door would not close. This was reported to them on both mornings that we were there. Breakfast was very mundane. We will probably stay there again because it is the closest to our destination.

The king suite did not have a couch as posted. There must be different types of king suites. We moved to a different room. Most of the outlets did not work. Also, the floor space next to the desk had not been cleaned for a long time.

Our stay started out pretty, but some late night checkins and the thin walls ruined our night and kept us awake till after 2:00. This was even in one of their best rooms. Maybe they should remind the late checkins that other guests are in the area and to be respectful… that, or insulate the walls better.

I’m not quite sure the sheets were cleaned upon our arrival. Air conditioning wall unit wasn’t working properly. Ran out of clean towels during our 2 night stay and had to wait 2 hours for clean towels. Finally at 5:00pm, we had clean towels! We won’t be staying there ever again.

We were placed in three rooms before finally getting one that was livable. First, the room door wouldn’t open. Secondly, we opened a door and the room was occupied. Thirdly, we opened the door and found two ladders in a room being worked on. Finally, we were put in a room that was clean and livable. I am a Wyndham member and am not making this up. I won’t stay in this hotel again. Rod Marshall

Our room was nice and clean. The staff was accommodating, but we didn’t require anything special. The one disappointing item was the breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from and there wasn’t much of what was there. Also, the trash in the breakfast area was overflowing and although a staff member saw it, didn’t attempt to remove it.

Had reservations for two nights because we had a family get together at the lake. Room was clean and nice. A/c was great and we were there during a heat wave. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in room but having a fridge and microwave was nice. Check-in was easy. We had to leave after first night and they were nice enough to let us transfer our stay to friends that were also at the lake. But they didn’t change the sheets or give them fresh towels but they also didn’t ask for them either so not totally the fault of the manager. All in all we had a good stay.

The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. The Mananger of the hotel stopped me and told me I couldn’t walk in the hallway, hotel policy. I stopped and went to my room. I wasn’t bothering anyone and I thought this was a stupid policy. The continental breakfast was pathetic. No fruit or eggs or protein at all. We will never stay at this establishment again!

The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best.
