It’s a really nice convenient place to stay especially if you’re going to the convention center. Parking is $45 a day in parking garage with in and out privileges. The rooms are pretty nice and very clean. The air conditioning could be better. Felt kinda hot even when set to 60 degrees during the day. At night it got a little cooler. The beds and pillows were very firm, like sleeping on a brick wall. Shower was very good with nice shower head with different settings.

Food was excellent, service was wonderful. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. However, warning to those who are older or, like me, have knee issues. I was assigned a room in the tower and the bathroom had a kindergarten size toilet that was so low I had difficulty sitting and getting up. If not for the vanity being so close and having a bar across the front, I would have needed someone to help me up. They have rooms with regular toilets as I have stayed in one of those rooms before. If you have mobility issues, be sure to ask for a standard room that is not in the tower or a handicap room. I was also a little disappointed that none of the rooms had hot tubs and there was no pool. Don't want to discourage anyone from staying there. It is a beautiful property, wonderful staff and good food and drink. Thank you

Maintenance engineer was very helpful and friendly. Our balcony glass sliding door wouldn’t lock and he rigged it up to stay locked. AC does not keep room very cool unless you are in the room and only goes so low apparently due to the “energy-efficient” requirements. Check-in took a half hour of waiting in line. Very frustrating especially as we saw people skipping the line and getting helped right away while there was a long line. Definitely understaffed at check-in. Food in lobby/cafe area - expensive but no prices on each item. Ended up just getting Starbucks drinks, which was available in the lobby and had all prices listed. Fitness center was nice. Hotel was loud in the open lobby area. Could hear the huge party going on late into the night but we had a portable fan and sleep noise machine. People who prefer quiet would not enjoy. This hotel is near the airport too, so not quiet. Parking was confusing. Had to drive into first driveway and ask someone where to park to check in. Have to go into second drive and then go park somewhere not really close in order to even check in. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff was very kind and willing to help us if needed! All staff was very kind and professional, it was just unfortunate that there seemed to be noticeable under staffing.

Only here for one night before an early flight from ORD, but the room was bigger than expected. Had a decent burger at the Red bar, and the shuttle to the airport was super easy and convenient. Would stay again if traveling from O'hare early.

This is an exquisite hotel. The room was King size bed that was comfortable and big. The decor of the hotel is stunning. I completely enjoyed my stay. I was disappointed that there was no pool nor hot tub. Everything else was great!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a great location. Getting to and from the airport is a snap because of the free shuttle. The blue line train stop is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Rosemont Village is a few blocks away. My room was comfortable. I had dinner every night in the Red Bar and the food was much better than I expecred. Overall, a great experience.

Parking is a long walk from hotel. Parking was $40 everytime I left the parking lot. There was no discount for hotel guest. Other than expensive parking and poor handicap parking, everything else was perfect.

The hotel was nice and clean. The shower handle came off in my hand while adjusting the water in the shower and the bathroom sink leaked but the room was clean and comfortable. I was on the first floor and there was a private patio outside my room but there was no furniture so you couldn’t sit and enjoy it. The food in the restaurant I would give a 3.

Room smelled like dirty diapers upon entry. Went to the front desk to let them know. Got back to the room later and it smelled of cleaning products the rest of the night. Next morning housekeeping came opened my door at about 8:15, realized I was there then left. We left the hotel for the day and got back around midnight and the diaper smell was back, but not as bad as the previous day. They did comp me one breakfast for the problems the first night.

My family only stayed for one night so it served its purpose for us. Bed was fairly comfortable and they had a white noise machine in the room which was nice. Room was pretty small in my opinion and I wasn’t a huge fan of the toilets. You had to reach back behind the the seat lid to flush. Also, the fridge in the room notes it is only at a temp for beverages not food so something to keep in mind if you plan on staying a couple nights.

Overall my stay was very well. We stayed in the premier tower. It was a beautiful room. The only issue was the WiFi, we didn’t have strong enough signal and it kept disconnecting service. I was traveling from another state and couldn’t do a simple FaceTime call on the WiFi.

Booked room on Expedia described as 400+ sq ft with photos of full sink counter. At arrival around 12am, was given a room in a not renovated area, paint peeling, pedestal sink, room size was about 300sq ft as per front desk. Front desk refused to transfer us to a bigger room when we inquired. Contacted Expedia via chat, was instructed to go back to front desk and was given a bigger sized room as described by 1am. Front desk was not friendly and didn’t provide instructions on how to get to the new room. We had to ask them twice. Overall, very disappointed with Hyatt Regency, will not consider this hotel chain in the future.

Very frustrating especially as we saw people skipping the line and getting helped right away while there was a long line. Definitely understaffed at check-in. Food in lobby/cafe area - expensive but no prices on each item. Ended up just getting Starbucks drinks, which was available in the lobby and had all prices listed. Fitness center was nice. Hotel was loud in the open lobby area. Could hear the huge party going on late into the night but we had a portable fan and sleep noise machine. People who prefer quiet would not enjoy. This hotel is near the airport too, so not quiet. Parking was confusing. Had to drive into first driveway and ask someone where to park to check in. Have to go into second drive and then go park somewhere not really close in order to even check in. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff was very kind and willing to help us if needed! All staff was very kind and professional, it was just unfortunate that there seemed to be noticeable under staffing.

We made a reservation and prepaid for the room, but I was never able to check-in at the Hyatt Regency. The check in line was so long and there were only 2 employees working. I stood in line for 2 hours and decided to leave at 11:00 pm and find a hotel further away (We had to be back at the airport at 3:30 AM). It was frustrating to see managers walk by, but no other check-in counters were opened. Very disappointing and a waste of money as I was charged even though I couldn’t check-in.

Rosemont Village is a few blocks away. My room was comfortable. I had dinner every night in the Red Bar and the food was much better than I expecred. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful hotel, beds very comfortable, rooms very clean, however I had one major problem. At this hotel they did not take CASH. It was not stated on the site or in person when I arrived. I found out when I went with my companions to eat dinner. The bill came and I tried to pay in cash and could not. I was told I had to charge it to my room. Luckily I had money to move around but what if I had not the money on my card because I brought cash. The waitress brushed me off when I asked about this policy. Then I went to the front desk to ask where this policy was stated. With an attitude she pointed to a 4x5 sticker on the back of her monitor that apparently I was supposed to know was there. It would have been so polite if the hotel would tell their clients about this policy before or at the time of arrival. If a hotel have a policy that involves MY MONEY, I want to know up front so I can adjust accordingly and not be caught off guard after I eat a meal and e need to pay for it.

Only here for one night before an early flight from ORD, but the room was bigger than expected. Had a decent burger at the Red bar, and the shuttle to the airport was super easy and convenient. Would stay again if traveling from O'hare early.

Shuttle from airport to hotel took over an hour to arrive, we got out terminal at 6:20pm. Shuttle from hotel to airport in morning was amazing no issues at 4am. When checking in staff was not helpful about the shuttle issue. Room was clean. Hotel inside and out smelled of sewage not sure why. Bar inside service was amazing. Shower in room has great water pressure but water kept going from burning hot to cold on its on. Walkable to restaurants near by about 7-10 minutes. Would not recommend staying here again I would chose another hotel if I was to come back in the area.
