Large room, very clean, friendly staff. The property felt a little dated, but it is a historic hotel and in keeping with the French Quarter.

Beautiful historic hotel near everywhere you want to go. Quiet location away from the mainstream but close enough to not make walking a chore. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. I will definitely book a stay here, again.

Loved the people at the front desk, and bed was huge and the pool was refreshing!

Love this hotel! Has an outdoor seating area near several clusters of rooms that is pretty with flowers and plants; and a nice view of the city or the river. Great location to Jackson Square , French quarter bars and restaurants, and the St. Louis Cathedral. Has valet parking thru the hotel. The room is well appointed and the air conditioning works great!

A unique hotel. Close the most the activities, easy walk. Had room 207 the balcony room that was nice. The large elevated bed with the dimmable candelabra, romantic. The staff was very nice. Problems- TV was broke (believe it or not was froze on christmas eve of 2025) plus the phone didn't work and even though requested, never got fixed. The carpet needed disparate cleaning. With that said , would revisit staying there again.
