Room very dated. Our room window had been rigged to hookup a portable ac. It was just a piece of plexiglass with duct tap. One elevator working the entire time. Visible mold in the shower. Absolutely great location to everything you would want to do in Boston.

Toilet splashed water all over us up Into the air everytime it flushed and it wouldn’t flush anything down unless you did it 10 times. Bathroom door didn’t work. No fitted sheet on the bed. Phone in room didn’t work. Mini fridge was disassembled looked like someone was making a bomb with the parts. lol. Outlets didn’t work. The staff was completely unalarmed about these things. Literally my daughter and I thought we were in a SNL skit. Otherwise awesome location and wasn’t dirty.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a long delay to check out due to having breakfast, would recommend the breakfast staff ask if folks are checking out to remedy that problem for future guest, as I was not the only one I saw with that issue. "The business suite" computer was not working, they said they would send someone up, but after 15 minutes I gave up and looked for another solution. The balcony was a really nice feature and I slept really well on the mattress. The sounds of the City are not for light sleepers (bring earplugs if you are one!)
