This was a renovated room that turned out great. Marble countertop and tabletop and in shower. Luxury plank floors. Well maintained with working facilities. Very clean. Outside had ample space to walk dog plus stations for bags/trash. Recommend

I love everything about this place. This is the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are clean and spacious. I liked the hard floors. The pool is clean. Breakfast is great. Staff is great! This past time I really appreciated the TV! I came from staying at a place with a hotel with a small TV and it was not enjoyable to sit back and watch from the bed. This room had a nice big TV that I could sign into my Netflix and just relax. Really enjoyable.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Immediately noticed and smelled how clean the room was. I particularly liked the absence of carpet. I never walk around a room without socks or shoes, but felt comfortable doing so here. The bed was comfy. The pool was clean. The TV was even off nice quality. Friendly staff. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at this price point of a stay. 100percent would recommend. - I did not need to go but there are also plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and even a Walmart within walking distance.

Deceptive!!!!!!! Advertising!!!!! Outside Entry. This is not a 'Best Western' Worst Western The pictures show amazing property. But, all rooms are not connected to a hallway...all are outside entry. 30 degrees today. Also, when I went to breakfast lobby...locked! Lady said we open at 6 AM. Here I am...a paid customer...locked out of the lobby. She was quite a gal. She reluctantly let me in. Also, no elevator so any staying on floor two...exciting times carrying all luggage up. Would not recommend! Best Western really should do better than this.

Our sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival- there was hair under the pillow. AC was very loud which helped drown out the traffic noise. The one ice machine on property was out of ice.

Found huge stain in bed of room 202. It looked like some has been murdered. We didn’t realize it until the next morning when we were checking the bed to make sure we didn’t forget anything. We took a picture and sent it to Expedia who then called the hotel. Manager said she would compensate us but she hasn’t done anything.

Pleasantly surprised and very happy I seleleted this hotel on our last min travel soft. Night staff very nice checked in 5min. Don’t miss the continental breakfast l, yes I know what you’re thinking, but wayyyy wrong. Very clean, stocked and the woman who manages, takes extreme pride in here work.

The room was clean, and the property was well kept. However, the front desk clerk I encountered could benefit from a refresher workshop in customer service. Not only was I not greeted upon my arrival, not once did she smile, and my questions were met with body language and facial expressions that indicated she felt that she was being put out by having to answer them. Later, I asked another front desk staff member if they could recommend places to eat, and except for a couple of restaurants that I could see from the motel, they were not able to name any other restaurants. Helpful and knowledgeable staff can cause a traveler to overlook minor inconveniences (like staff not knowing area restaurants), but sullen, unwelcoming staff will negatively impact whether a guest returns or simply looks elsewhere for accommodations when in the area.

The front desk staff member was very accommodating. Allowing my partner and i an early check in. I explained to her my experience at the quality inn in Fayetteville and how disgusting and disappointing the room and service was. The room was clean, the staff was nice. Its surrounded by different food options and shopping. They dont have a gym onsight however the nearby gym you can go to and use the facility by showing your key card. The price was affordable as well. Although i didn't partake in it, they offered a free continental breakfast from 6am-9am and free wifi. This is my 3rd time staying. Definitely recommend.

I booked my room 15 minutes before arrival and when I got to the desk the ODM (Shawn) tried his best to find it in the system but could not. We decided to give it an hour and check after I got dinner. Upon my return Shawn looked sympatheticas he gave me the bad news .. still not there. Turned out … I had accidently chosen the i correct dates. Shawn smiled and was genuinely sympathetic …. and had the room keys in a flash. I’ll be back !

Friendly, accommodating staff. Very clean, comfy room. Great location - 1 minute to Rt. 95. Grassy green space surrounds hotel for dog breaks and multiple doggy bag stations around the property were all stocked. Great choice for the night. Can walk to restaurants. We'd stay here again.

The room was very spacious. Got the room in front of the ice machine which you can hear every time someone gets ice, aside from that would highly recommend this hotel. This is an old-style "motel" property with entrance doors on the outside. The noise from the parking lot, nearby I-95, and guests rolling their suitcases on the walkway was terrible. The room was modernized with fresh paint and new furniture, but there's no getting away from the "Motel 6" vibe and inconveniences that come with it. Mind you, I paid $112 for this room, which is quite a bit for an unsatisfying experience. P.S. The free breakfast ends at 9am on a weekend day. Who does that? Instead of 6-9am, how about 7-10 on weekends?

This is an old-style "motel" property with entrance doors on the outside. The noise from the parking lot, nearby I-95, and guests rolling their suitcases on the walkway was terrible. The room was modernized with fresh paint and new furniture, but there's no getting away from the "Motel 6" vibe and inconveniences that come with it. Our toilet was clogged on the first night. No one would come fix it. I had to go get a plunger to fix it myself. They did not clean the room and would nit bring more towels. We had to go get them ourself. The "free breakfast" ran out of eggs and bacon first hour and no mire provided.

This was the half way marker for a road trip from South Florida to New York. I was traveling with two dogs and this hotel made the stop super easy. It is right off 95 and easy to get to. I am a female who was traveling alone with two dogs and the property was well lit up and felt very safe considering I arrived at 1:30am. The staff was friendly and efficient. I liked that the rooms had outdoor acess so entering with dogs was fast and easy. The best part is this hotel is pet friendly and that was my main concern besides being safe. I did not use the pool or the continential breakfast that was offered but for the price I really think this was a great find on my trip North, and I also stopped here on my way back south. I did return and would recommend it to anybody traveling and needing a pet friendly place to stay.
