The pool and hot tub were closed for repair which I was unaware of when I booked the property. The hotel is a bit tired but it seems they are in midst of updating the property. We did have a Roku TV in our room which was great! Good location near Walmart, McDonald's and the freeway. Very quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were closed for repair which I was unaware of when I booked the property. The hotel is a bit tired but it seems they are in midst of updating the property. We did have a Roku TV in our room which was great! Good location near Walmart, McDonald's and the freeway. Very quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

They gave us 4 rooms before we found one that was decent, but extremely dirty. The first room was not cleaned, second room we couldn’t open the door, third room had sticky carpet and tv didn’t work, and the 4th room was hot, sticky, and broken window locks. When we looked at the pool, there was no moving water and the hot tub was broken. The hot tub had a green film, bugs, and leaves in it. The employee was on his phone with headphones and each time we went up, but he did help us with each issue. Eventually got a refund and went to a different hotel.

Dirty everywhere. Hot tub freezing cold, dirty, tons of bugs in the hot tub and pool area & beetles crawling around, one in the pool and one in the room. Carpet filthy. Walls literally crumbling apart. Unable to take a shower as the tub was completely disgustingly dirty and stained.

Hotel needs many up dates and repairs. You could not go through the front door because it was having problems so you went through a side door. The pool could not be used because the heater had broken. Phone did not work in the room. Room smells a little musty.

After 3 Keys wouldn’t open our room door. Manager offered us a different room. After trekking up & down the steep stairs to get a key that worked it was 11:30 pm, We were to tired! We just kept the room we were in. ( With no working key) We are an older couple and asked for a bottom floor room. Management said the 1rst floor was sold out. Although there was only 4 cars in the parking lot. Then the T.V. Didn’t work. Back down the stairs to get the manager. He said he could bring us a smart T.V. Although we would need Hulu or something on our phone to make the T.V. Work. We declined, and just took showers only one towel and washcloth to share just like the one (expected to share) coffee cup. The hot tub & pool are perpetually broken don’t let the pictures fool you! And the entire place is sadly filthy. One good thing they do offer 24 hr cold cereal to give you the energy to climb up & Down the steep stairs to get the items your room should already have. Highly suggest keeping your shoes on at all times. Make life easy, Find a different place to stay!!

The fridge in the room was broken. The bathroom door was broken. The room keys stopped working. The towels were dirty. No soap in the room. The sheets were dirty. The floor was disgusting. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 but it wasn’t put out till mush later. Did not enjoy the stay at all!

Extremely dirty rooms. So gross I couldn’t/wouldn’t even consider using the shower. The first room we had didn’t have a functioning air conditioner and it was very hot. Also very dirty with white stains on the chairs, and crusty stains on the tables. So we moved to a room with air consisting, and the TV didn’t work, and there was a strong mild smell. Large black stains in the bathroom were either human waste or black mold, either of which totally gross me out. The only reason we didn’t leave and go to another hotel was bc we were so exhausted from driving 10 hours that day. Then in the morning we skipped breakfast due to the uncleanliness, so that was also disappointing. This place is equivalent to a very poorly maintained motel. Never never stay here!

This place was so gross! I couldn’t even stay there. I asked for a refund but was willing to leave without one too. The room smelled, it looked like someone tried to break in thru the screen window, the tv didn’t work, the door looked like people tried to break into it. The pool was disgusting. Quality Inn used to mean quality you could count on. The last few times we’ve used it the place was less quality and more SKETCH. Moth eaten sheets and curtains. Worn and holey carpets. Rooms worn out. Took 4 tidies to get a decent room. Crickets in corners. We’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.

Never checked in bc all the rooms were booked even after we had received a confirmation. Front desk clerk, John, said third party apps do not call to ensure the rooms they are selling are even available.

Facility in general is in disrepair. Front desk staff kind but seemed confused and gave me the wrong room key at first to an already occupied room. Pool (the reason we chose this hotel over others) was closed for maintenance (?). Our bathroom door was splintered and had been partially fixed but had exposed nails. Bed was comfortable enough and pillows were nice. Still, couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

Short staffed is putting it lightly, we had made a reservation the day prior and upon check in they had to switch us to 6 diffrent rooms and then had to go and check for a clean room because not 1 of the 6 rooms they put us in was clean, the girl at the front desk was clearly overwhelmed and they dont have the staff to properly run the amout of rooms they are renting out and their is also a problem with moths flying around inside the property. I'd give the staff working a 10/10 for effort but the hotel itself a 3/10. They need help not only from management but also more staff.

What I liked about the property was that it was walking distance to a gas station, what I didn't like was that it was dirty and smelled unpleasant the property was not well maintenance and the ceiling panels were missing every couple of feet, their pool was very dirty and full of dead insects and they're hot tub was out of order, it was very tub down .

The pool and hot tub were closed for repair which I was unaware of when I booked the property. The hotel is a bit tired but it seems they are in midst of updating the property. We did have a Roku TV in our room which was great! Good location near Walmart, McDonald's and the freeway. Very quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

Very outdated and kind of rough but staff is helpful. Not a great location but it was clean enough with a decent bed. I wouldnt bring children there but for just a spot to sleep it works.

Place was disguisting, never stay there, bugs on the ground in bathroom, hairs everywhere. disgusting hallway, stairs, breakfast was gross. , potato’s were not cooked the waffle mix was runny. Just gross. This place is like the 2nd worse hotel we’ve stayed in. I want my money back. we had no choice but to stay.

The fridge in the room was broken. The bathroom door was broken. The room keys stopped working. The towels were dirty. No soap in the room. The sheets were dirty. The floor was disgusting. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 but it wasn’t put out till mush later. Did not enjoy the stay at all!

Really nice place, very comfortable. Pool was an odd temperature, a little too warm and the hot tub was cold and not working.But breakfast was great, and overall, everything was pretty good.

Breakfast had better options than most. Room was clean. But other areas of the hotel are in need of renovations badly. Some things were "rigged" such as exposed plumbing behind the washer and dryer. The pool and hot tub were clean. The housekeepers were putting out fresh linen and staff were very nice. Just a basic hotel. Okay for one night. But not worth the $90 to stay there.

The continental breakfast was lacking - the orange and apple juice were basically lightly colored water. I discarded and took the cranberry because at least it had color. The waffles had a vert strong anti-flavor as if the batter had something else added to it. I have stayed at many Quality Inns - this breakfast would easily make the bottom of all of them.

The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. A couple key notes: * This is a two story hotel with no elevator. The staircase is large so easy to drag up your luggage as long as it's not too heavy for you. * We booked through Hotels.com which had said there was EV charging on-site, there is not. This isn't an issue directly with the hotel, as their direct website did not list any EV charging. For those needing it, there is a Tesla Supercharger across the street between the Best Western and gas station. Carpet by the closet smelt a little like a damp towel. Toilet and shower/tub where pretty bad with black stains, but they functioned well otherwise. Smoke detector was partially hanging from the ceiling. Overall building upkeep seemed to be needing some more love from the owner than anything. Ending with final positive notes: The bed and furniture in the room were clean. AC worked. Fridge had a freezer which is rare but nice, and the microwave was also clean and working great. Lots of outlets and they had installed a power strip with USB plug in options.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt I had to warn other travelers. We went into our original room, the door wasn't locked, upon looking at it, there was no handle on the inside. We got a new room, and it was better. It was late at night, we went to sleep. In the morning we went to go to the pool, the pool was slimey, and the hot tub was cold. Breakfast was mediocre. Common areas had major visible damages throughout, and it was definitely not a hallway you would walk down without shoes on.

We checked in. Looked run down. We got in the room. There was hair all in the sheets. The bathroom smelled like a sewer and was dirty and grimey. We immediately left and went to another hotel. We weren't here more than 15 min.
