Quiet area, ample parking.

I saw some of the poor reviews and knew what what was in store for me. Frankly, I only got the room because I needed to use the shower and toilet as my place had no running water for days due to a water main break. The place is conveniently located off Route 46, near I-80. There is ample parking. The place was not very clean, though the lobby reeked of bleach, so at least some effort was being made. All hotel staff was courteous and pleasant. The hallways and balconies all smelled like smoke despite ample warnings advising guests not to smoke. I am not sure what the hotel staff is expected to do, short of policing the hotel constantly. The refrigerator in my room was so efficient that it froze all of the soda cans I had brought with me. The floor of the shower was slippery and slimy. The carpet felt moist and I dared not walk on it barefoot. The bed was a rock, though the pillows were comfortable. In any case, I ended up driving home to sleep (half an hour away) and using the room to shave and shower before work. Again, for 90 dollars a night, I am not sure what people expect. Some of the reviews are scathing. They seem to expect four or five star amenities for very little money. You get what you pay for, people!

Under construction. Not the picture shown on the Expedia.ca website. No pool. Dirty. Falling apart. Illegal activities. Residence for people who have no home. Cockroaches.

Hotel was a mess. Black mold in bathroom, couldn't adjust room temp, fridge froze everything I put in it, poor lightning, TV reception was very poor, housekeeping bever came to clean for the 4 days i was there, had to get a new key card every night, free standing closet was falling apart, gym was not available...you get the picture. On the plus side Hiren and the girl that worked the front desk in the afternoons were very nice.

There’s a good reason this is a 2-star hotel- it has been neglected for decades, apparently. Many updates to the building and guest rooms are needed, and I get the feeling the owners just want to count the money coming in while neglecting the building itself.

Ants in the bathroom. The entire front of the hotel looks like a warzone. It’s under construction. Looks like it’s been under construction for over a year and it’s been halted. The dirtiest headboard I’ve ever seen. The place was a complete dump and should be shutdown. If I hadn’t of gotten there at 11 pm, I’d of left and looked for a new room somewhere else. The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Today was doing construction work but it was a little different noisy but nevertheless it was fine

The whole front half of the building was missing. No notification of any construction. The 1 elevator stopped working when we were checking out so we had to carry out our multiple bags and luggage down the stairs. The rooms smelled like mildew and the shower head and faucet were detached from the walls. Never again!!!

never again !!! it was for me and my guys to work in NJ so I was like from the pictures it's OK but I feel bad even for my workers ,rooms smells like mold ,bathrooms dirty ,old , zero upgrades ,rats

It was okay just for sleeping, but the floor was oily and one of the towels wasn’t washed at all. It had hair of random people still on it. That was disgusting

The pictures in no way represented the hotel. They were doing work on the outside and there was trash everywhere. The room was filthy. The bottom of the tub was black. There brown smears all over the walls. There were holes ripped in all the lampshades. Would recommend not booking a room here.

Very dirty. Hairs in tub. Ants crawling everywhere. Trash from previous guests under nightstand. Lobby is a mess, whole hotel is a mess. Would not recommend.

This property needs to be taken off ur site. It's filthy, fallen apart, n we were there for 10.minutes and the room was full of cockroaches! They wouldn't refund our money $, said it would take 4 days and we were from out of town. it was the most horrifying horrible experience we have ever encountered. Really just want our $ back...

You get what you pay for I guess... Room dirty... sheets had stains... I found a long black hair when I moved the pillows... the bathroom is disgusting! The mildew/calcium & rust buildup on the showerhead is insane.. the towels weren't bleach clean. But for the price I guess thats how it is... Bring your own sheets!

the coffee maker didn't work, there are spider webs everywhere, the sheets were all stained. The pipe in the bathtub was clogged and the water didn't even go down. I do not recommend this hotel at all. If you're just going to sleep, leaving quickly is fine, otherwise NOOOO

Nothing redeeming about this place! Absolutely disgusting! If I hadn’t made the mistake of paying ahead of time, I never would have spent a single night there! Unfortunately, I was stuck there from Sunday to Friday. The whole place is disgusting, gave me a terrible allergic reaction, to what, I still don’t know. And then there were German cockroaches on the bed and ants in shower.

It looks like a bomb hit the outside. They say they're remodeling, but no workers? Junk cars in lot. Ants on nightstand and found 2 in the bed. Black bug in the ice bucket. Coffee pot dirty. Wash area was filthy. Bath fan hanging out of the wall. The place should be condemned!

Not clean and didn’t get a smoke free room Cigarette smell in the room

The rooms are old and outdated. Our bedding was dirty. The floors were nasty. The pictures online give a different idea of what the hotel actually offers.

This trip was terrible from start to finish. It began when we checked in and the girl at the desk told us she had to see “if” our room was clean. We get to the room and the lights don’t work in our bathroom, the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The bed had a flat pillow and they couldn’t find an extra pillow. The bathtub didn’t drain and the stopper just stayed stuck in the tub. The toilet didn’t fully flush and made loud noises for 5 minutes after being flushed. The WiFi didn’t connect unless you were in the lobby and the blinds didn’t even fully cover the window so lights from outside were coming into the room all night.

You get what you pay for, but i stayed in the room long enough to see that I would not enjoy my stay. Property is under renovation but I had no idea prior to arriving. I went into the room. Only one light worked. The comforter was disgusting with large cugarette burns and stains. The floor was filthy. The tub didnt have drain fully and had water in it prior to my arrival. I woukd not recommend unless you have no problem staying in a place that is genuinely unclean and broken down.

Ac barely worked. The chain lock was broke so all you had was a deadbolt but overall an okay stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. This is an old property in need of a total remodel. Anything metal in the room had rust on it. The fixtures were functional however, drains ran slow and toilet did not flush completely the first time. Linens were clean but old. Microwave door was rusty. Will pass on staying again until a remodel is done.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff, clean room, room service.. Walking distance for shopping and food. Just peaceful and relaxing. Able to get plenty work done.

It was bit out of the way. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, that’s what matters the most. The rest is secondary

Management is not pleasant

I like that they do not require a deposit or a major credit card for deposit. The front desk was employed by very kind professional people that printed out important documents for me multiple times during my stay and answered any questions I had about my reservation.

The hotel staff will charge your card before check in then tell you that’s there are no hotel room keys. The staff lets you into your room each time you leave and come back.

Rude front desk. No air conditioning in the lobby, which stinks. Rugs and walls dirty. Not recommended at all.

The management at this property were rude and very incompetent at running a hotel. They would not listen and refused to work with me when I had issues checking in. The hotel itself is disgusting and unfit for the price they’re charging.

Convenient location, good room.

nice quiet location

It’s close to major freeways but only a couple of restaurants are close by.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the location's convenience can't be beat.

The motel was under construction, the room only had 2 electric sockets, the tv remote didn't work when we tried to use the side buttons to change channels the menu option kept coming up used the sink and the handle to turn water in kept falling off. Beds were small. No breakfast in morning as it started they had when i booked the motel. Very tiny bathroom.

Room was reasonably comfortable. Loud air conditioner. Pleasant staff. Mildly disappointed that breakfast was not available. Over all, good value.

The hotel is under construction/renovation so at least they are striving to improve it. And the rooms are very very old so hopefully they are going to renovate them as well. Also, website said breakfast included, and it was not.

They didn’t offer breakfast as mentioned on the website and my daughter found the thing people smoke cigarettes under the bed. Also, the light by my daughter side where she sleep was not working and the coffee maker also wasn’t working. Neither the blow dryer.

This place looks NOTHING like the photos on the outside. The front of the building looks like it was damaged in a hurricane. Only the rooms in the rear are usable. Apparently it\'s looked like this for months. Room was fairly clean but cigarette burns on sheets. Lampshades old and some damaged. Shower was good and hot with a nice variable shower head. Enough towels. The website should NOT say free breakfast when it has been discontinued since covid began and you only offer coffee. Take "free breakfast" off your website.
