The bed is horrible and hard to sleep on. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 16:30 so we had to come back later. I don't think they cleaned the room because we found a stack of clothing in the drawer.

The location of the hotel and shuttle to the Balloon Fiesta was perfect. They offered breakfast from 4:30 to 9:30 so you could eat before going to the park or when you returned. The staff was friendly and informative. Only one glitch. If you decide to drive to the park you will have trouble returning because they block the road to the hotel.

It’s difficult to rate this hotel because the staff was pleasant, it is close to the Fiesta Balloon Park, they provide shuttle service to the park and even open breakfast early for participants attending the morning session at the balloon park (4:30 am). However, we killed two cockroaches during our 2 day stay, the LVP in the room needed attention and the water in the shower remained warm - never hot. Rooms had refrigerator and microwave but no safe. Buyer beware - I can’t say I’ll stay again.

Filthy hallway and rooms. No maid service the entire time we were there so had to go ask for towels and more coffee daily. I had requested a handicapped room on line, but it was not - bathtub shower was extremely difficult and challenging to use, and when my husband went to ask if they had some shower bars, we could press and stick to the wall or a shower chair, he was informed that they do not have any handicap rooms at this hotel at all. The only reason we’ve decided to stay there is that it is close to the Albuquerque balloon festival, which is the only thing they really have going for them. I will not stay there again.

It was super close to the balloon fest. The hallway hasn’t been vacuumed in months. It needs some basic maintenance. It was ok. The location was amazing and we weren’t in the hotel long enough to make it really an issue.
