Sagebrush Inn & Suites

Alt var slidt, gulvtæppet klisteret, (andres) hår på badeværelset, sengetøjet var rent, men selve sengene beskidte og der lå en ølkapsel og andre småting på gulvet rundt omkring. Anbefaler det ikke. Vi boede i 'den nyere' del af hotellet ved poolen.

Hot tub and pool were dirty. Hot tub jets did not work but the water was warm. Rooms very out dated but the beds were comfortable. Rooms felt dirty they really need to be refreshed. Bathroom toilet was a bit unsteady

We have stayed at the sagebrush several times over the past 10-12 years and always been happy but the last trip we were disappointed with our room...it was not the one we booked and the walls were dirty and we weren't able to use the fireplace. The room was cramped and had old beat up furniture and just didn't have the charm that our other rooms have had in the past. Hopefully you will give some love to this hotel and make it special again.

The front desk staff was friendly, the property is a reasonable value considering the room decor is tired. The rooms could also benefit by having sheer curtains for some daytime privacy. The cantina across the street is a convenient walk, the food is decent and prices economical.

On checking in, tI thought I had hit a home run. Until I got into the room. Smallest room I’ve had ever. The rooms are old and sad. Half the plugs near the bed for charging electronics didn’t work. The sink drain was broken. The room was on one of the courtyards making it the most pet friendly place I stayed in a 2 week trip. The ice machine was in a secure area outside the reception to their restaurant, which was which was locked except 3-9 pm when the restaurant was open. Inconvenient. The pet area was cleaner than the room. I wanted to tell the staff, but when I went to check out, the receptionist was too busy talking on the phone. There was one person ahead of me, but the receptionist kept answering the phone. Looked like she was the only staff at the desk, and was never trained to take care of the customers waiting in front of her. Her supervisor should teach her to answer the phone”Thank you for calling the Sagebrush Inn, would you please hold. After waiting 5 minutes, I dropped the keys on the desk and left. If she didn’t understand customer service why should I care. Answering the phone while people are waiting is the same as having 3 people in line and serving the last person first
