Ett fint hotell när man reser som familj. Vi uppskattade köket i rummet och att det var ett separat sovrum. Bäddsoffan hemsk att sova i tyvärr. Väldigt bra service, otrolig personal och städning varje dag. Bra läge nära både affär och tunnelbana. Låg lugnt och fint på Upper West Side. Kan absolut stanna här igen, men inte för fyra personer (så man slipper bäddsoffan, haha).

A equipe foi super prestativa ao longo de toda a hospedagem, muito agradáveis, acolhedores e dispostos a ajudar com o possível! O hotel passa por reformas, então a recepção parece um pouco “improvisada” no segundo andar, mas não atrapalhou em nada nossa estada. Os pontos altos são: a equipe muito cordial, a localização excelente (com o supermercado exatamente na frente do hotel), e a conveniência da pequena cozinha no quarto, que fez nossa experiência ser 10/10. Os quartos e banheiros são simples e merecem pequenos ajustes / atualizações, mas tudo funcionou bem, não tivemos problemas. Um vazamento foi identificado na cozinha do nosso quarto, e tivemos que mudar, o que foi ok, em vista de como fomos super bem tratados. Ganhamos vouchers para um dia de café da manhã. Ah, achamos o quarto silencioso! Considerei que foi tudo ótimo, voltaríamos! Embora caro, como tudo na cidade, valeu a pena!

It was a holiday weekend in New York City and hotels were running high so rather than stay in the Time Square area we came to the upper west side to the Beacon hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was over $800 and it wa the kind of hotel and room I would have stayed at in my late adolescence. It was grungy and had a feeling of being unclean. The room was tiny. The TV didn’t work at first. The lobby looked like a bus station and one man at the desk was rude. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone that I care for. It felt punitive..

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Beacon and couldn’t recommend it more! We arrived at around 9 AM, several hours before the official check-in time of 3 PM, and the staff kindly helped us check in early. After a long journey, this truly saved our day and made such a difference to our family’s stay. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the staff have been incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also accidentally left something behind in our room when we checked out. The hotel contacted us straight away and went out of their way to find a solution by arranging to send it to our next destination. Their helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile really impressed us. It’s the combination of a great location, lovely staff and truly exceptional, solution-oriented service that makes this hotel so special. We would highly recommend Hotel Beacon and would love to stay here again on our next visit to New York!
