Väldigt bra. Alla kan ditt namn och behandlar dig som en familj. Härligt hotell, bra frukost. Tycker baren var lite kal. Skulle vara fint med lite gröna växter. Goda drinkar och bra service.

This is a very overpriced hotel for what you get. Some of the staff (front desk) we rude and unfriendly. We had three issues with our room that were fixed promptly. The air conditioning stopped working, the phone did not work, and the bathroom door handle came off. The bar and restaurant had obscenely high prices for what you get. This hotel is for folks who don’t mind wasting money for what you get. I would never stay at another Taj hotel. Just not worth the price.

Room had extensive scaffolding outside the window which the hotel was not forthcoming about, even as we let them know ahead of time that we were in town to celebrate our anniversary. We decided that we needed to get an upgrade to make the stay worthwhile for which we were charged the regular rate. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly, but room service took over 45 minutes to deliver just plates and forks — at which point we had just gone to the bar to get it ourselves. Bathroom had a small leak, leaving a puddle in the morning. Lots of charme and great staff — but we were disappointed as we had higher expectations. Comping just $30-40 for minor incidentals on a $3000 bill felt rude rather than a nice gesture to make up for inconveniences. At that point, don’t comp at all.
