The property was not well kept. Holes in the wall, bathroom fixtures loose. The elevator roof was missing light covers and was exposed to the outdoors. The room was fine, realtively clean. The people were nice but not really friendly. The food was the same each day and not real great. It was just an average place to stay.

Very little exterior lighting. From the last reviews they are new owners and are remodeling. I think customer safety should be a pretty high priority. The parking lot was not well lit and seemed poorly maintained. The room we stayed in was fine. The water in the sink took a while to get hot. The breakfast options were pretty slim. We skipped it and went to a local cafe instead. There is a McDonald's and a Braum's within walking distance so that is a plus. Overall it wasn't horrible, but if my wife was with me, I would have picked a better place.

Conveniently located near the main downtown area. Quick drive to Blue Dome District and Greenwood. Hotel staff was friendly. I was given an upgrade, which was nice, howver, I immediately had to call for service because the lightbulbs needed to be replaced in two lamps! Staff responded promptly. The elevator broke after the first of my three night stay. Skip the pool and the breakfast. Many rooms appear to have a balcony, which was nice. Overall, satisfactory.

The staff was very friendly very professional very accommodating. The hotel was incredibly understaffed . The hotel was ran down and in need of a complete overhaul. Check in time was 3:00 p.m. did not have enough staff to clean the room. The lady from the front desk ended up cleaning our room. We went to our event and came back around midnight which was the first time we were able to get in the room. Almost everything in the hotel was broken, under stocked, unkept, or in need of complete replacement. Both bed frames were broken in our room. The air conditioner unit rattled constantly all night. Have bless these water in the bathroom runs for 10 minutes before we got hot water. The free hot breakfast was non-existent either the supplies were not present or some other reason. The hotel had multiple homeless people living on or close to the property. The grounds on the property were covered in litter. All Lamppost on property had been vandalized and destroyed. It seemed like this location had a great small team of employees trying to take care of a neglected property.

No hot water, tv didn’t work, elevator was out and they charged extra for a deposit . Put us on 2nd floor , paint in the tub . Pool was not working and full of trash . Paint supplies everywhere.

Hotel appears to be in the process of some renovation but was clean, bed sagged a little but was comfortable, bedside light was much too dim to read by, though switch was turned all the way up. Disappointing but not a big deal. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable though not quite professional (desk clerk hanging out in lobby with a friend having snacks when we arrived, morning clerk or possibly housekeeper, also sitting in lobby when giving departure greeting). Hot breakfast was passable but nothing special. Altogether a good stay. We go to Tulsa 6 to 10 times a year and will happily stay again on our next trip.

I had driven about 11 hours from Boulder CO. and arrived at the hotel about 1/2 hour after sunset. Everything was dark! No lighting. If it hadn't been for my GPS, I wouldn't have known I was at the right place. As I sat in the parking lot bewildered, suddenly all the lights came on. At the check in desk, the host wouldn't make eye contact as she mumbled something at me. I had to initial and sign some paperwork which I thought was odd. When I entered my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a used Q-tip on the floor, along with some cellophane (candy?) wrappers. Gross. I walked out on the balcony and saw that over half of the lights in the parking lot were out. I went downstairs and moved my car so that it was under one of the lights that worked. Too exhausted from driving all day to complain, I took a hot shower and was asleep in seconds. I will never stay at any Quality Inn again.

Walked in and was asked for a $50 deposit even though we already paid for our room. The room was disgusting. Chips in the bed, the chairs had lots of food crumbs, smelled like cat pee. There was a door to a pet crate that was left by a previous hotel stay. Dead roaches around the fridge. Curtains were gross and stained. Some weird device, possibly smoke detector covered by a trash bag on the ceiling. Didn’t even stay, checked out immediately and left. Used condom on the ground outside the front of the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was far below acceptable standards. When we arrived the halls were smelly like mildew, it was no air in the halls. Once we got to the room it was not cleaned. There were no pillow cases on the bed pillows, stain on the sheet, water spots on night stand from glasses, furniture still dirty, bugs in window sill, refrigerator dirty and wouldn't close, no ice bucket nor ironing board was in the room and lastly bathroom tub was dirty as well as the curtains and there was urine in the toilet and seat hadnt been cleaned. The room was discusting. I cleaned it along with the help they sent up after my complaint. I truly want my money back. Please take care of this. The front desk workers were informed of everything I mentioned here. The only reason I didn't check out upon arrival is because there were so many activities happening that weekend in Tulsa that most hotels downtown were sold out.

It looks like it is under construction, and the room was horrible. There were stains all over the walls, and the non-smoking room blanket had burn holes in it. There were stains on the blanket, and the toilet would barely flush. I was there long enough to use the bathroom and find somewhere else to stay.

It was actually so disturbing that when I came down and told them my room had a mop in it. The cleaning checklist, an unmade bed sheets and towels everywhere. Hadn’t been cleaned at all and when I went down to tell the front desk they didn’t care nor seem suprised they just gave me a new room. We get to the new room and there is bugs in the beds in the chairs and the windows and once again when I said that they did not care and I said I no longer wanted to stay there.

The hotel was dirty. There was no phone in the room. The cable did not work on the TV. We had to call someone to come to the room to turn the TV on. The next morning the TV did not work for us. There was a broken ironing board in the room and I had to go down to have them bring another ironing board up. The iron did not get hot enough to get the wrinkles out of my clothes. My husband went into the breakfast area 10 minutes after the time breakfast was over and an employee yelled at him that he couldn't get a muffin because breakfast was over. My husband got the muffin anyway. Oh! When I opened the curtain the next morning, it fell on the floor.

First room we got was cold because the window fell out and was on the floor. They moved us to another room with a cracked toilet and only one key card and one towel for a 2 bed room. The blow dryer fell apart and some of the lights didn't work. Also the most uncomfortable beds ever. We call it the Uncomfort Inn

This was pretty close to everything we needed to be at for an event. But that's about it. Our room wasn't cleaned before we came in, they only swapped the sheets and gave us towels. There was a dead cockroach in our bathroom. All the room lights were burnt out. The smoke detector has been completely ripped out of the ceiling. There was a door with no lock to an inaccessible balcony. They had a ratty ass leather office chair that would have been better if they'd thrown it away than to have it. There was libt hanging out of the vents. The main door had a board partially dismantled from it, sticking out, with a screw where it could stab you. All the paint jobs were half assed. The elevator was isolated and partially outside. The breakfast food sucked. The pitchers has open tops inside the fridge. The staff was really nice. But that's about it. This is the most ghetto hotel I have ever stayed at. "Quality" my ass. Do NOT stay here. I did complain to Expedia that emailed the hotel. But they never got back with us or changed our room. And I have crippling anxiety. Plus we were doing a comicon this weekend, it is inconvenient and useless to change rooms when my cosplay stuff is scattered everywhere.

It's winter and there was no real blanket on the bed. Just a very thin white cover that I could see through and it was more like a sheet. There were dead bugs on the windowsill. The furniture is shabby and damaged. The bathroom door would not close unless it was slammed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable; neither of us slept hardly at all. The breakfast was just some scrambled egg substitute and toast or bagels. I guess you get what you pay for.

The plus side..price for 2 nights near downtown Tulsa..but I guess you get what you pay for. Very outdated. Shower rod broken and curtain held with zip ties. Micro wave knobs stripped and did not work. Sink drain stopped up. GFI for coffee maker tripped and would not reset. Window in balcony door falling out and barely held in place with duct tape..letting in lots of cold. Recieved no 2nd day room service for towels etc. Nobody at front desk..had to call them on the phone for service. Dining area for "joke" buffet breakfast was filthy..we passed.

Checked into room to find housekeeping hadn't changed the sheets. Pet/dog hair all over both beds. I went to ask for another room and find curtains hanging off the rod, shower tub was cracked, putting water into the wall, part of the drawers were missing and the grab bar to the shower was falling apart. Only good thing was bed was comfortable and water was hot.

Hotel appears to be in the process of some renovation but was clean, bed sagged a little but was comfortable, bedside light was much too dim to read by, though switch was turned all the way up. Disappointing but not a big deal. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable though not quite professional (desk clerk hanging out in lobby with a friend having snacks when we arrived, morning clerk or possibly housekeeper, also sitting in lobby when giving departure greeting). Hot breakfast was passable but nothing special. Altogether a good stay. We go to Tulsa 6 to 10 times a year and will happily stay again on our next trip.

Our room smoke detector was missing and exposed wires were hanging from the ceiling. Room smelled like smoke, bedding was stained, we didn’t sleep at all because we had to sleep on top of the blanket! Even the hallway smelled like smoke

The manager asked if I could help fix a toilet in the room because he was short on staff before I even got my room! I said sure if he would upgrade my room for exchange! Needless to say after I helped him he had no rooms available, the room I originally booked was not clean and bath was clogged! We looked at 3 different rooms and none was clean people was leaving at check-in and took me 1 hour before I even got a room! Would not recommend!!!

Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly. I felt very welcomed and at home. I have no complaints. The condition of the hotel itself was bad. Rusted, rotten, crumbling, stinking of cigarettes I had to cover my face to get to my hotel room, I'm not exaggerating. The sign outside says no smoking. There were roaches in my room. It needs to be properly remodeled. If I had any other choice I would have not stayed the night. None of this was the fault of the employees. I have no complaints about the employees. They are doing their best with what they have available to them.

Went in about an hour before check in and ask could we check in the clerk said yes in about 30 minutes. Came back in 45 minutes and the room was taken by another person. When I asked the clerk about it he stated that our room was not ready the type of room that we had. There were four of the couples in the lobby waiting and they got rooms. I don’t understand why I was so different besides that it was not ready nasty sheets were bad room was not vacuumed the comforter had stains on it like urine. Show the housekeeper and she exchanged it for me. The television was not working and also the sink over the mirror was not working told Clerk about that and he stated just use the other sink. Was told by one of the workers that they had just opened it was closed by the city. I think the city needs to close it back down again until they can get it together. Mold in the refrigerator I did not get to take a picture of it I was too disgusted to do anything but sleep and get the day over with. Went down the next morning to get breakfast it was sad. This place needs to be taken off of your list of hotels very disappointed that you don’t vet these places before adding them to the list

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The manager and staff were incompetent, prices fluctuated daily, the bed linen was old and stained, and homeless people were asleep in the halls and lobby. Should change the name to the Shitz Carlton. The only redeeming qualities were the breakfast, the parking, and the nearby dining

For a low-end hotel it was really great. It was a reasonable price and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Naturally, it didn’t have absolutely stellar amenities, but you can’t expect that from a low end hotel and they absolutely had more than I expected. I like their complimentary free breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only two main things I can complain about is the homeless people that tend to wander the area and the hallways usually smell like cleaner which made my asthmatic partner kinda light headed but this is definitely worth the money and very safe for a low end hotel. The cameras at every corner made me feel very secure.

Paid for a king mattress was queen on king frame with a full size flat sheet. Pillows were stained, toenails on the carpet, was given 1 bath towel and used toiletries. The window curtains were rigged up so we had to pin them closed. The entire landscaping was over three feet tall. The staff was extremely friendly and it was very close to the BOK.

The property was not well kept. Holes in the wall, bathroom fixtures loose. The elevator roof was missing light covers and was exposed to the outdoors. The room was fine, realtively clean. The people were nice but not really friendly. The food was the same each day and not real great. It was just an average place to stay.

Very little exterior lighting. From the last reviews they are new owners and are remodeling. I think customer safety should be a pretty high priority. The parking lot was not well lit and seemed poorly maintained. The room we stayed in was fine. The water in the sink took a while to get hot. The breakfast options were pretty slim. We skipped it and went to a local cafe instead. There is a McDonald's and a Braum's within walking distance so that is a plus. Overall it wasn't horrible, but if my wife was with me, I would have picked a better place.

The plus side..price for 2 nights near downtown Tulsa..but I guess you get what you pay for. Very outdated. Shower rod broken and curtain held with zip ties. Micro wave knobs stripped and did not work. Sink drain stopped up. GFI for coffee maker tripped and would not reset. Window in balcony door falling out and barely held in place with duct tape..letting in lots of cold. Recieved no 2nd day room service for towels etc. Nobody at front desk..had to call them on the phone for service. Dining area for "joke" buffet breakfast was filthy..we passed.

Conveniently located near the main downtown area. Quick drive to Blue Dome District and Greenwood. Hotel staff was friendly. I was given an upgrade, which was nice, howver, I immediately had to call for service because the lightbulbs needed to be replaced in two lamps! Staff responded promptly. The elevator broke after the first of my three night stay. Skip the pool and the breakfast. Many rooms appear to have a balcony, which was nice. Overall, satisfactory.

I had driven about 11 hours from Boulder CO. and arrived at the hotel about 1/2 hour after sunset. Everything was dark! No lighting. If it hadn't been for my GPS, I wouldn't have known I was at the right place. As I sat in the parking lot bewildered, suddenly all the lights came on. At the check in desk, the host wouldn't make eye contact as she mumbled something at me. I had to initial and sign some paperwork which I thought was odd. When I entered my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a used Q-tip on the floor, along with some cellophane (candy?) wrappers. Gross. I walked out on the balcony and saw that over half of the lights in the parking lot were out. I went downstairs and moved my car so that it was under one of the lights that worked. Too exhausted from driving all day to complain, I took a hot shower and was asleep in seconds. I will never stay at any Quality Inn again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room not a bad size. Had a tv, fridge, & microwave. Sheets were questionable in cleanliness. Kinda looked like they may have been slept on. Room was dark. Toilet was low enough for a 4 year old which made it hard for this senior to sit on it and get back up, had to use the door handle to pull me back up. This hotel is NOT in a safe area. Lots of homeless people. Lots of questionable characters driving in the area and walking on the streets.

It's winter and there was no real blanket on the bed. Just a very thin white cover that I could see through and it was more like a sheet. There were dead bugs on the windowsill. The furniture is shabby and damaged. The bathroom door would not close unless it was slammed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable; neither of us slept hardly at all. The breakfast was just some scrambled egg substitute and toast or bagels. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was a cozie room and bed was comfy and clean , although the paint in the bathtub was peeling off which wasn't great during showering but it wasn't much so wasn't really a problem . All workers were very professional and courteous. The free breakfast was nice

This place is not worth the price. It's dirty, dingy, and not clean. The breakfast wasn't worth eating. There are a lot of homeless people wandering around the hotel.

I’ll definitely never stay here again. The entire experience is shady. Area around property at night not safe. Pull up in parking lot, not well lit. Rooms need updated badly. Breakfast was terrible.. hot items were ice cold. Waffle batter, syrup, utensils empty among many other issues. One staff member was extremely rude to me and threw a verbal tantrum in front of guests about staff. Really sad to see a property that could be a very nice place, be run into the ground with bad maintenance and unprofessional staff.

plumbing in our room had a leak in the bathroom fawcett; water pressure was adequate but with water on the floor it was a bit inconvenient. We stayed one night and it was reported when we checked out. the breakfast included in our stay was passable; there was an hour left before they quit serving the self-service buffet and they had run out of a couple of items.

The hotel was dirty. There was no phone in the room. The cable did not work on the TV. We had to call someone to come to the room to turn the TV on. The next morning the TV did not work for us. There was no hot water in the sink for the bathroom and no cold water in the sink next to the coffee maker. There was a broken ironing board in the room and I had to go down to have them bring another ironing board up. The iron did not get hot enough to get the wrinkles out of my clothes. My husband went into the breakfast area 10 minutes after the time breakfast was over and an employee yelled at him that he couldn't get a muffin because breakfast was over. My husband got the muffin anyway. Oh! When I opened the curtain the next morning, it fell on the floor.

This property is not being maintained - lightbulbs burned out, things off wall needing repair, the staff were horrible - looks like they just took whoever off the street - not friendly! Their laundry was the conference room! No blankets on bed - just a sheet - we asked for blankets and kept getting sheets. The beds were comfortable and the linen were clean and soft.

First room we got was cold because the window fell out and was on the floor. They moved us to another room with a cracked toilet and only one key card and one towel for a 2 bed room. The blow dryer fell apart and some of the lights didn't work. Also the most uncomfortable beds ever. We call it the Uncomfort Inn

Staff was nice. Room was not clean tables by bed had food In bottom. Had to get towels wash rag. Need update. Will not stay again.

The plus side..price for 2 nights near downtown Tulsa..but I guess you get what you pay for. Very outdated. Shower rod broken and curtain held with zip ties. Micro wave knobs stripped and did not work. Sink drain stopped up. GFI for coffee maker tripped and would not reset. Window in balcony door falling out and barely held in place with duct tape..letting in lots of cold. Recieved no 2nd day room service for towels etc. Nobody at front desk..had to call them on the phone for service. Dining area for "joke" buffet breakfast was filthy..we passed.
