It's newly remodeled and nice. The gym wasn't finished yet. But it was quiet, close to restaurants, and grocery store. They also offered a decent breakfast. Staff were pleasant.

Basic needs met! Nothing fancy, but clean and a bargain place to stay! The pool is next door at a sister hotel… so that wasn’t as advertised. Breakfast was all carbs! If I had to complain about something it would be that there were coffee cups in the room but no coffee maker.

Expedia did not under construction. Expedia information said there was an elevator available, which there was not. The desk clerk sent us to the wrong direction so we were dragging our luggage and our dog all over the hotel. Every outside access door was propped open, and this was not a very safe area. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was so much wrong room was ready at 4pm.. dirty.. furniture should have been thrown away more stains than a porn set.. new carpet had huge brown stain in middle.. room incomplete.. tv smelt like burnt dust when on.. like 3 items to eat foe continental breakfast.. swimming pool closed.. elevator closed.. half the entrances closed.. yea prob wont be back

A good value for the area. Seems like new ownership/management and they are still “in transition”. Pool/spa was not available. If one is diabetic, avoid the free breakfast as there is nothing there you can eat…it’s all carbs. No protein options available. Apparently marijuana is allowed while working, or maybe just those working the front desk.

DO NOT BOOK. Checked in at 3 was told no room werent clean and to give it another 30mins. We came back an hour and half later. Front desk was on the phone discussing low staffing and had the same convo over 3-4 times not once did she acknowledge us. After 10 mins I spoke up and asked how much longer because we had an event to get ready by 5. She gave horrible attitude and was annoyed by me asking. It would’ve been nice had she said I’ll be with you as soon as I can. But we were ignored and met with unprofessionalism when speaking up. I tried to cancel with a refund so we could stay somewhere else so we had a room to get ready in as we were already late but they would not allow it. The rooms were absolutely filthy. Blankets had stains or they were unwashed. Tub did not train during shower. Fridge was dirty. I wish they’d allow picture and videos. Overall horrible experience. I will say the kitchen worker was amazing. Extremely kind and helpful. She needs a raise and should train the front desk employees in customer service.

The first room had hair in the bed and shower. Gross. They gave me a new room but the bathroom was still dirty. There was no hand soap and when I asked for some they said they were out. There was no elevators and the staff were nice but not very helpful at all.

Where to start. Booked the hotel for last 2 nights of Sturgis. Old old building re-purposed as a Travelodge. A pig with bad lipstick. Woke up to a beetle of some sort crawling on me. Concrete bugs crawling on the wall. A dried human feces stain on the back of the bathroom door. Then to top it off. Someone upstairs was moving furniture around all night: and a female next door had the most mediocre 3 minutes of her day around 01:00. At least the beds were made. Booked for 2 nights, couldn’t get out quick enough after 1. Save your money spend the few extra dollars for a nicer one.

Both queen beds had disgusting stains on the sheets, pillow cases and blankets/ comforter. Staff at front desk did give us clean bedding. He was friendly, however, when we did arrive no one was around for 5-10 minutes. The place immediately made me regret booking. I didn't feel safe and my wife didn't either. It was half re-modeled, sloppy and messy. The next morning, when I went to check out. I brought up my concerns and thought they should give me a discount or something. They said they couldn't do anything because I booked through Expedia. They also said they have new bedding on order and are aware stained bedding. This is unacceptable in any motel. I hope someone reads this and takes care of that place and gives me a refund. Please, don't stay there.

Customer Service was great! Looks like the hotel is remodeled. The room was comfortable. Bed was great! We slept very well. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage and biscuits, waffles, cereals. The hotel was floor plan was different, a u shape. The internet didn’t work until the morning. The door would not shut properly. We had to push in the door to open and close.

Checking was fast and very friendly. The room was clean and very thing worked. The tv was glitchy but worked. The nothings that could be worked on the mattress was kinda uncomfortable, and the locking latch to my window was broken so window didn’t lock, but told the front desk in am and they were going to get it fixed asap.

The manager there was very unprofessional. The TV in the room didn’t work and it had no microwave as advertised. The pool advertised was across the street at another hotel.This was ridiculous. The manager was condescending and didn’t want to help. When he saw I had a service animal he made my husband who has heart failure move upstairs and there was no elevator. I explained it is hard on my husband to go upstairs as we are seniors and he had multiple heart stents. The refrigerator in the room upstairs had eaten left over food from a supposedly clean room which we returned to the office. We were told if this wasn’t acceptable then we could leave. I will never return tothis hotel again

Checkout would have taken twice as long had I not stopped the staff from talking. I was in a hurry to get to a wedding and they were chatting about the system software and not helping get me checked in. When I got the the (clean) room, there was no iron or ironing board. I called the front desk and was told they had no boards, but did have an iron they’d bring up momentarily. 20 minutes later we went down and picked it up ourselves. There’s no coffee pot in the room, either. Overall, I will visit this hotel in the future, as they’re going through renovations and just changed to a Travelodge recently. I hope to give them five stars next time!

Hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. Davina, Grover, and Jenna deserve 10 stars. Now for the problem, the hotel’s computer randomly charged my debit card through out my stay and I have not been refunded my money as of yet!

45 minutes to check in. Employee was new. Spent a lot of time with one couple then left the desk. Upon coming back, she pretty much disregarded another couple’s complaint about noise above them. When I got checked in, I parked my car, gathered all my stuff and trekked to my room to find that my key didn’t work. Had to trek back to the office with all my bags and wait in line to get another key. Being 74 years old and trying. I had to wait with my bags until she waited on others. She compared me to her two year old.

Great deal on a nice room. Everything seemed very clean. They are renovating, but that wasn't an issue for us. Only negative would be the bugs that we noticed the next morning in the bathroom. Breakfast was your usual motel fare. Entrance is a little hard to find. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of dining options.

It's newly remodeled and nice. The gym wasn't finished yet. But it was quiet, close to restaurants, and grocery store. They also offered a decent breakfast. Staff were pleasant.

Was under construction, room did not have a phone, the bath tub had dents and the shower was spraying in spurts. But the hotel was convenient and close to tourist attractions.

The neighborhood is pretty sketch as in smoke shop vibe and gas n dash vibe. Would not go for a walk here. The room was clean and people are nice at the front desk though so that helps

Very central to everything in the Rapid City area. The staff were friendly and competent. The breakfast room was always clean and well attended. The breakfast itself could use an addition of protein, the coffee is excellent. The bed, linens & towels were of good quality and condition.

Customer Service was great! Looks like the hotel is remodeled. The room was comfortable. Bed was great! We slept very well. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage and biscuits, waffles, cereals. The hotel was floor plan was different, a u shape. The internet didn’t work until the morning. The door would not shut properly. We had to push in the door to open and close.

Remodelled rooms, we had a suite. Very clean and large room. Only thing missing was a hairdryer. Microwave ans refrigerator were present. Breakfast was good enough with wafels, cereals and toast.

It's close to the interstate. On another positive there is great restaurant in the same parking lot. Beds were comfortable and looked fairly new. Two mornings in a row their breakfast had either no coffee or cold coffee.

A good value for the area. Seems like new ownership/management and they are still “in transition”. Pool/spa was not available. If one is diabetic, avoid the free breakfast as there is nothing there you can eat…it’s all carbs. No protein options available. Apparently marijuana is allowed while working, or maybe just those working the front desk.

We checked in and the gentleman gave us a room on 2 nd floor. As we made our way through the hotel we found there was no elevator up to 2nd floor so we asked for a 1st floor room. Got to the room and it was not clean at all. We walked in room and there were crumbs all over the desk area like someone ate there and never cleaned it. Stains on the floor carpet and the bed had wooden splinters coming out the side. It smelled moldy in the room. We immediately went back to the desk to get our money back and find a new place to stay. We were in the hotel maybe 20 minutes before we left and a week and a half later I’m still waiting for my money back. I had to file a dispute through my credit card because they charged me anyways. Do not stay there.

There was no washer and dryer in the building. You had to go next-door to do laundry. There was hair on the floor and on the sink person at the counter was rude.
