Comfy bed and room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel as i got up at the wrong times. Parking was somewhat limited and i had to park at the sister hotel one night behind the building.

Nice big room. Sofa bed you couldn’t sleep on because the mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs. There was mold in the shower. The pool that was advertised was not working.

I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool. The pool was closed. The front desk informed us if we wanted to swim we could walk to the hotel next door to swim. Had I known the pool was closed, I would not have made a reservation at this hotel.

The in pool was out of order(closed) the weight room was out of order (closed) the room was pretty clean. The elevator is very sketchy sounding. We will not be back because it did not meet our expectations but over all for a convenient quick stop off the interstate, it was ok

The worse hotel I been! Not what I expected the staff like the front desk lady was so mean, breakfast area no food even the utensils to eat! To end these rooms smells so bad and old, dirty carpet and the sofa beds! I regret seeing my money spent in this type of hote!!!

The check in clerk was very kind and helpful but our room carpet was disgusting. It felt wet and our feet would turn blk from walking on it so we had to keep our shoes on . Then the bottoms of my kids crocs were blk. And the pull out sofa was gross.

The beds very comfortable. Plenty of room. I guess the only thing is the caulking that’s around the tub had some mold in it and it’s time for them to replace that caulking and put new caulking in that room. But overall, I still rate this a 7.5

Great location that was close to the interstate. Breakfast was good and the room was nice. The only complaint that I had was the carpet was dirty.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice seating area, and very comfortable beds. A quiet area with the highway farther from the hotel. The check in was easy, and the TV had enough channels for what we needed. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Plugs all worked, which is important on the road. Breakfast was simple but well stocked with the basics and enough to get us back on the road. Convenient location with free parking.

It was what I expected- not spectacular but not uncomfortable. The room was noisy- mostly from loud neighbors. The air conditioner kept making weird noises that would wake you up every time the condenser kicked in. The breakfast was the usual selections.

Mostly a good stay. The sink faucet had a pretty bad leak. We were in the room adjacent to the elevator and every time it moved there was a loud "clanking" noise from something in the elevator shaft.

Absolutely amazing staff and facilities were amazing as well. I had 3 room reservations for a large group and it was handled beautifully and I was able to check in super fast and without any issues whatsoever. The staff were some of the friendliest and easy to work with people I’ve interacted with and would 12/10 stay here again!

We stayed two night in two different room 302 and 304. 302 had no fan in bathroom and hair in tub. Refrigerator didn’t get cold. Room 304– no bathroom light , needed to take bath , you couldn’t cause the tub wouldn’t catch water. When we called the front desk , they did nothing except say ok. Hair all over sides of shower walls, MOLD on the shower curtain. Had to walk with socks and shoes cause dirt on floor. Hot water barely got hot. 2 people stayed and yet we one one set on towels. Yes we asked for another room but was told they were full. We seem no one at our end of hallway! So much for 8.3 rating.!

We stayed here going and coming on our trip since it was the half way point! Each stay was great! Angela at the front desk morning and night both times was very sweet and helpful! Rooms are updated and clean. Will stay again!

Very clean inside our room. Did notice the lobby furniture had stains on them. There was a nice breakfast and the coffee was good and hot.

The hotel was very acceptable. The only real complaint I would have is the coffee taste like muddy peanuts. Not only coffee in the room but downstairs in the dining as well. We hoaxed about how bad it was but seriously neither of us could drink it. The room was comfortable and clean.

We were stopping here for the night for a few hours of sleep before getting back on the road. When we got to the front desk, there was a sign saying to use the provided phone to call for assistance so we did that a couple times and no one came to check us in. There appear to be two Comfort Inn buildings right by each other so my husband walked over to the other one. The guy who was supposed to be at our front desk was over there hanging out with the girl working that front desk. Once we located the guy who was supposed to help us, check in went quickly. The room itself also was not very clean. The room was good enough for the price we paid, but because of the bad service, we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Location was great! I have no feedback on the breakfast – I didn’t go to it. Staff was very friendly but you often have to ring a bell for someone to come to the desk. If you want shampoo or toiletries, you have to ask for them at the desk – they’re not just in the room. Overall the building/rooms need some maintenance and updating. It was fine, but the real reason I won’t stay there again is the parking lot felt very sketchy. There wasn’t a single time that I was in the parking lot and there wasn’t somebody lingering. Just an unsafe feel.
