The room was clean and large compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Grounds in front of the room door was very rough. Had to step over rocks and holes from parking lot to room.

The property is light up with great exterior lighting which was very nice. The room was clean and cleaned by housekeeping everyday (I don't find a lot of places that do this anymore). The reason I did not give a higher rating is for what she would probably call a minor issue but for us it just seemed unreasonable. The hotel has an ice machine and plenty of ice but if you want any you will need to bring your own bucket. Staff was great and will give you as many bags that fit the buckets but no buckets. Those bags are really thin and if trying to get ice yourself while holding the bag and pressing the ice button was comical.

Property in good central position. Went to Longhorn steak house restaurant, but walked. It wasn't easy crossing the road. Had a bath which I liked. My friends didn't have a plug in their bathroom, but otherwise stay was enjoyable.

Bedding was very dirty. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Towels and washcloths had stains all over them. Breakfast was very limited. Coffee, juice, waffles, apples, granola bars, muffins.

My room was discussing! Hair all over our bed, white liquid on our comforter, what appeared body fluid all over the head board, bathroom door had writings on it and a big hole that had been kicked thru and they had tried to repair it with drywall purdy. We did not sleep and checked out at the first sign of daylight. Cutting our entire trip 2 days early. I did speak with the manager at check out and he promised to get with Expedia to refund our money. I’ve have not heard anything yet.

Tub woukdnt drain…burn holes in chair…door very loose and could see around the jamb…only a trickle of wqter from sink…not sure bed linens changed as bottom sheet wrinkled …cobwebs in corner of bathroom…many single men hanging around..did not feel safe…talked to desk clerk…she said other motels were worse…Will Not stay at Super 8 again…spent $100 for very substandard room!!!

Lots of people running around in the parking lot all night long making noise and setting of car alarms. Okay place to stay if you keep an eye on everything, may not be good for kids. Rooms are in need of repairs but are okay for a few nights at the good price. A bout a dozen dump trucks parked there every night making noise when they come in and leave about 5am

The Super 8 was fine. It was convenient and affordable for a quick overnight stay on a family road trip. We were on the road all day. I made my reservation early in the morning of the day we planned to arrive. We made it to the hotel about 9pm. However, the clerk at the hotel said they never received the reservation from Hotels.com. I showed him my email confirmation from Hotels.com but the clerk still could not locate the reservation in their system. Fortunately there were plenty of rooms available. The clerk was understanding and honored the price reflected in the email confirmation.

I've stayed at this Super 8 before. The current stay was very good. The desk person, a very pleasant young man, honored my request for location of my room and was very helpful. The room was very handsome, clean & comfortable. And quiet! I got a very good night's sleep. I'll stay here again. Great location -- convenient to stores, restaurants, highway (but is in a quiet area).

The hotel offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location. The hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. When I told the staff member who checked me in that I was traveling with my elderly mother he offered a room on the 1st floor without me even asking. That was greatly appreciated.

The property was acceptably clean inside, but the parking area not so great. It was awfully difficult to fing the hotel after dark, because of its lication behind another hotel -- the entry is through the parking lot of another hotel with no signage indicating it. Quite frustrating.

Straight, no frills motel. Room was clean, maybe just slightly dated. Check in was fast and the clerk was friendly. Even though it's in a busy area right off of the interstate it was quite and easily accessible. Lots of restaurants close by.

It was a bed and roof over head. Check in staff was very sweet and helpful. Next two front desk staff were just ok, the lady was busy trying to get her son and person taking him to whereever he was to go for the day to stop and acknowledge I was standing infront of her needing towels. I found the maid and she brought me two towels and TP. Breakfast was a disappointment based on what was advertized, it is a grab and go with a waffel option. The next two nights of our travels we steard clear of any Super 8. It is good for a pass through town but no more.

I found the maid and she brought me two towels and TP. Breakfast was a disappointment based on what was advertized, it is a grab and go with a waffel option. The next two nights of our travels we steard clear of any Super 8. It is good for a pass through town but no more.

I have stayed here twice in the last 4 weeks. Great room and staff. Breakfast is nothing more than a waffle and a bag with a blueberry muffin and a granola bar. Coffee is provided. I’ll stay here again.

Great for the price. Cheap stay in Cookeville. The property was quiet. Only needed it to sleep as we were visiting family in the area. Do NOT rely on the breakfast!

It was nice. Clean roo, friendly staff. Breakfast is lacking. No juice machine, only coffee. Breakfast confined to a waffle or bag with a muffin and granola bar. Also have instant oatmeal, otherwise it sucks.

Bedding was very dirty. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Towels and washcloths had stains all over them. Breakfast was very limited. Coffee, juice, waffles, apples, granola bars, muffins.

This hotel is good for the price. Don’t expect the Ritz. The only complaint was breakfast. Don’t rely of the hotel breakfast.

The front staff was courteous and friendly. The bed and furniture was clean, but the floor was not very clean. There was also a lingering smell of smoke but I believe it's because people smoke in the stairwell and the room is right next to that. Zero probles with reservation and checking in/out. Breakfast is bare bones but sufficient to get the day started.

Beds were pretty good. Slept well even though pillows had zero support. Room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Boiled eggs were the only protein. No cereal but had instant oatmeal and waffles. Only fruit was apples.

Front desk agent was wonderful, but at check in we told there wasn't any mobility king rooms avail although that is what we booked. We were then assigned the 2nd room (the first was on second floor and that was a major issue) this was on the first but as soon as you open the door the smell of mold knocked you back. I could immediately see there was mold on the ceiling directly above the bed. I took pictures to the desk and she was of course apologetic, UNFORTUNATELY I booked through a third party, wont happen again, and could not get a refund with any urgency so she gave me the keys to 2 more rooms and allowed me to inspect and choose the room. None of the rooms were great (cobwebs in all the corners, odors, dirty mirrors and very dirty A/C vents) but I truly appreciated her helping me and my husband find a room we were comfortable in.
